I am trying to be drug and alcohol free and stop thinking I need drugs and alcohol to get lit and have spirit in me. And honestly I feel so good and its hard and mind playing tricks on me and trying to last and stop thinking that I need them. And circumstances will never matter and ancestors and spirit want me to trust and believe they are in me. And my 3 day fast is ending today and I feel and look good and was 228 and now 221 and feel and look and believe and accept myself. And dont let people and circumstances stop and hinder and harm you. I have started a 3 day water fast and learning so much from this so far and its only 3 hours. I am learning that I can overcome negativity and manifest and make stuff happen and learned its alot I need to heal. And that people and things and situations trigger me but I cant be quick to point blame I have to ask myself why I let something or someone trigger me. And this fear of failure we all get and that is human and natural. We arent born all knowing and all confident because our parents most times didnt have or know how to have confidence and faith to let alone pass it down to us. I am forgiving myself all those times I gave up and didnt complete my water fast and I just look and think to myself " But those other times failed" But its important to bounce back when you make mistake and really not let it hurt and hinder you. The purpose of this 3 day water fast is growth and weight loss. And if someone would told me I would be healing and getting through life and thriving I wouldnt believe them. You owe it to yourself to believe in yourself and your dreams and put your all and be disciplined and consistent and productive and really believe and have faith. And live like its your last day. I want women to not give into the 3D. I want women to not focus on circumstances. I want women to know that they are the operant power. I want women to know that they do not have to wait for stuff and that everything is instant. I want women to know that they do not need to be anyone else but themselves. When you are at your ropes end when manifesting its best to take step back and look at how far you came and your new mental diet and there is nothing that you cannot do and everything you wanna do God has a plan for you. And whatever you feel you cant do you should ask God to help you move forward or give your all so you can see the fruits of your labor. And I hope you know that you can do anything and the power is in you and do not put the power in anyone else or a God. I want you to know that you are the most amazing person and project you will ever have. And seasonal depression is real. And there is nothing you cannot do and sometimes you need to cry and trust that God has plan. And this is why i am gonna keep telling yall to keep going cause sooner or later all the stuff you wanna manifest comes reality. And trust that there is nothing that you cannot do and you are fully capable of living the life you want and desire. And depression is real. Its winter and sun is out less and its so important to get sunshine. Its cold and you feel the need to scream and no one can hear you. I struggle with depression and its real. I want you to know you can face anything that comes to you. And you need to pray and seek help if you need professional help. And im seeking professional help and hope you take your meds and seek therapy or life coach. And there is nothing that the Lord Baal cant do. And there is nothing that the ancestors cant do and im so thankful for the spirit team and you should seek guidance from your spiritual team and ask them what is the best thing for you to do to get the life that is gonna make you happy and make you strive.
