We have been reading Ann Voskamp's book, Unwrapping the Greatest Gift for our family Advent readings this year. It is awesome walking through the promises of the coming King in the long, long time of waiting. Because that is what Advent is, waiting in anticipation and hope. While Jesus has come and his kingdom is coming right now, we still wait for the fullness of his reign to be realized. Anyway, a couple of days ago, at the end of the reading, Voskamp says this, “It's coming—the Kingdom's coming in little and small and unexpected ways. And the King is coming to rule the world and make all the sad things untrue and all the bad things come undone.” A simple and true statement of both the “now” of Jesus' Kingdom reign and the “not yet” of his coming reign. Paul ends his theological explanation of who Jesus is and why he came by sounding this future hope—one day Jesus will reconcile to himself all things. That is real, tangible, get in your bones—hope. Not hope as a wish, but hope realized and already accomplished, yet awaiting some future time known only to God. Can we trust him with that? Does that grip us? Does that have moral and ethical implications for how we live now? These are the questions we wrestle with this Sunday. I will give you a hint. On the one hand, it is a truth that is the most comforting thing in the world, and yet when we believe it and are shaped by it, it totally takes us out of our comfort zone and into another world—his world. Well, you know what that world looks like if you peer into the story of the Incarnation. I can't wait to talk about it with you this Sunday.

Since October 7, 2023, the world has witnessed a massive American Jewish uprising in support of Palestinian liberation. Through sit-ins in Congress or Grand Central Terminal, through petitions and marches, thousands of Jews have made it known the Israeli state is not acting in their name. This resistance did not come out of nowhere. Citizens of the Whole World: Anti-Zionism and the Cultures of the American Jewish Left (Verso Books, 2025) returns us to its roots in the “red decade” of the 1930s and, from there, traces the history of American Jewish radicals and revolutionaries to the present day.Benjamin Balthaser delves into radical Jewish novels and memoirs, as well as interviews with Jewish revolutionaries, to unearth a buried if nonetheless unbroken continuity between leftist Jewish Americans and the diasporic internationalism of today.Covering more than just the politics of anti-Zionism, Citizens of the Whole World explores the Jewish revolutionary traditions of Marxist internationalism, Jewish solidarity with Third World struggles, and relations between Jewish and Black radicals during the Civil Rights era.Balthaser's book stages an intervention into current anti-Zionist politics, suggesting activists can learn from past struggles to help form a future politics in a world after Zionism. One thing is that everyone knows Bhagavad-gītā. They know about it, and it keeps it simple, because after you distribute sets of Bhāgavatams, Bhagavad-gītā is easy as everyone wants it. It's famous everywhere in the world, and the Bhagavad-gītā is complete. It's only 700 verses. It's highly consumable for people; the verses are short, and although they're philosophical, Kṛṣṇa has spoken very succinctly, so that anybody can understand. When Lord Caitanya was teaching Sanātana Gosvāmī about devotional service, He mentioned that by speaking the Bhagavad-gītā to Arjuna, Kṛṣṇa saved the whole world. And Jīva Gosvāmī, in talking about the verse (BG 18.66): sarva-dharmān parityajya mām ekaṁ śaraṇaṁ vraja ahaṁ tvāṁ sarva-pāpebhyo mokṣayiṣyāmi mā śucaḥ where Kṛṣṇa invites any person at any time, day or night, 24 hours a day, to surrender to Him, and He says, "Don't worry, I'll take care of you," Jīva Gosvāmī says devotees constantly remember that verse, and he also comments that Kṛṣṇa is 10 million times more dear to them than their own lives. ------------------------------------------------------------ To connect with His Grace Vaiśeṣika Dāsa, please visit https://www.fanthespark.com/next-steps/ask-vaisesika-dasa/ ------------------------------------------------------------ Add to your wisdom literature collection: https://iskconsv.com/book-store/ https://www.bbtacademic.com/books/ https://thefourquestionsbook.com/ ------------------------------------------------------------ Join us live on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/FanTheSpark/ Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/sound-bhakti/id1132423868 For the latest videos, subscribe https://www.youtube.com/@FanTheSpark For the latest in SoundCloud: https://soundcloud.com/fan-the-spark ------------------------------------------------------------ #spiritualawakening #soul #spiritualexperience #spiritualpurposeoflife #spiritualgrowthlessons #secretsofspirituality #vaisesikaprabhu #vaisesikadasa #vaisesikaprabhulectures #spirituality #bhaktiyoga #krishna #spiritualpurposeoflife #krishnaspirituality #spiritualusachannel #whybhaktiisimportant #whyspiritualityisimportant #vaisesika #spiritualconnection #thepowerofspiritualstudy #selfrealization #spirituallectures #spiritualstudy #spiritualquestions #spiritualquestionsanswered #trendingspiritualtopics #fanthespark #spiritualpowerofmeditation #spiritualteachersonyoutube #spiritualhabits #spiritualclarity #bhagavadgita #srimadbhagavatam #spiritualbeings #kttvg #keepthetranscendentalvibrationgoing #spiritualpurpose

On last Tuesday's Bible Study, we looked at The Last Trump and the Judgment of God on Israel, then on our Friday Podcast, we looked at The Last Trump and the Judgment of God on America. Tonight we complete our spiritual trifecta with The Last Trump and the Judgment of God On the Whole World, a big topic if ever there was one.“O earth, earth, earth, hear the word of the LORD.” Jeremiah 22:29 (KJB)On this episode of Rightly Dividing, we look at what the Bible has to say about how God views the world, what He thinks of the world, what His judgment upon it shall be, and the coming great Day of the Lord when He will blow the whole thing to kingdom come, pun intended. It was shocking to see how God is going to judge Israel, equally shocking to see how He is judging America, but it will blow your mind when you see what the Bible says what will soon come upon the whole world and all the inhabitants in it.
Isaiah wasn't just concerned with Israel—God had something to say to all the nations. Dr. John walks through Isaiah 13-27, where the prophet delivers oracles against Babylon, Assyria, Moab, Egypt, and other surrounding nations, accurately predicting the rise and fall of empires centuries before they happened. These chapters culminate in God's message to the whole earth: the Lord will judge the world for its transgressions, but for those who trust in Him, there's hope beyond the darkness. The Grand Vision: God's Story Through Isaiah: Isaiah is the second-most quoted book in the New Testament, yet many Christians have never studied it deeply. In this 10-message series, Dr. John guides listeners through this essential prophetic book, exploring Isaiah's 50-year ministry during one of Israel's most turbulent periods. From temple visions to confrontations with kings, from oracles against nations to prophecies of the coming Messiah, Isaiah reveals God's sovereignty over all history and His plan for the world through Jesus Christ.

Many people are hoping to die and go to Heaven on the basis of trying to live a good life. The apostle Paul has news for them.
In this special episode, Rabbi Yoshi shares his 5786 Rosh Hashanah (2025) sermon, Sanctified — For the Whole World.Drawing on the wisdom of his grandfather, Jewish tradition, and the moral challenges of our time, Rabbi Zweiback explores the sacred balance between particularism and universalism — between our deep commitment to the Jewish people and our responsibility to all humanity.Through stories of family, Israel, and acts of compassion near and far, this message invites us to live inside the holy tension that defines Jewish life: to defend our people fiercely, and to love the wider world boldly.May this new year inspire all of us to bring holiness, empathy, and peace into the world we share.
Today is day 313 and we are studying The Sixth Commandment. 313. Is it always wrong to harm or kill another? There are circumstances in which justice, the protection of the weak and defenseless, and the preservation of life may require acts of violence. It is the particular task of government to uphold these principles in society. However, our Lord calls us to show mercy and to return evil with good. (Numbers 35:9–34; Matthew 5:43–45; Romans 12:17–21; 13:1–4; Articles of Religion 37) We will conclude today by praying Prayer 27.For the Peace of the Whole World found on page 654 of the Book of Common Prayer (2019). Most of us move through life feeling like we're “in here,” looking out at a world that's “out there.” There's me—the one who sees—and then there's the world, full of things to see. It's such a familiar way of perceiving that we rarely question it.But what if that picture isn't quite true?In this episode, Craig invites us to rest in the simplicity of awareness and look more deeply into our direct experience. Through a guided meditation, he leads us beyond the illusion of separateness to discover that everything we experience—every sound, sensation, and even the stars themselves—arises within the vast field of consciousness we are. This episode is both a profound teaching and an experiential doorway. Set aside time to listen without interruption, and allow yourself to glimpse the mystery that has been here all along—the whole world, within you.If the podcast has been meaningful to you, please consider leaving a rating or review, and click “Follow” or “Subscribe” in your app—it helps us share this work with more people. To access the full transcript of this episode and discover more resources, visit the episode page on MeditationChangesEverything.com. “This is Ground Zero for Agenda 2030 across the Globe. What is here Epitomizes what ALL Farmers are Facing, including the Highest Risk of Mankind's Food Security and Natural Solutions to Heal being Eradicated from God's Creation” Mere hours from the peaceful, 35-yr old multi-generational farm in British Columbia, a CHILD IS REPORTED MISSING and a community responds… Yet instead of mounting area-wide search efforts for the child… An estimated 140 RCMP vehicles, with an estimated 200+ armed RCMP agents, their Helicopters, Surveillance Units, Drones, a Mobile Command Unit including the RCMP Tactical Team (Emergency Response Unit deployed in acts of terrorism) convoyed 3 hours, descending upon Universal Ostrich Farms. What mission is more important than searching for a missing 5yr old boy? What warrants this over investigating and dismantling terrorist networks? Or stopping the flow of deadly fentanyl, drug trafficking or human smugglers? Even investigating crimes against humanity, or... Hunting down sexual predators? (By their very actions, words and deeds, to these members of the RCMP, it's more important to support a W.H.O. proclamation pushed by Canada's deep state and kill these birds...) Along a scenic highway inside the Rocky Mountain interior this week, dozens of law enforcement began terrorizing the Grandmother, her daughter Katie Pasitney, and co-owner David Belinski. The government agents swarmed the farm, locking down airspace and planting themselves firmly on private property setting up to eviscerate 400 healthy ostriches with 230 healthy days of herd immunity. The antibodies produced by the eggs of these very ostriches have been clinically proven across numerous studies from the USA to Kyoto University in Japan, to prevent or heal humans from various strains of flu, from COVID itself, plus provide a natural diet alternative to Big Pharma's Ozempic...and perhaps might potentially heal cancer.
