Inez Stepman of the Independent Women's Forum fills in for Jim today on 3 Martini Lunch. Join Inez and Greg as they review a CNN poll showing immigrant voters shifting significantly to the GOP, address the clear organization present in the LA riots, and ponder the effects of Missouri Sen. Josh Hawley's call for a minimum wage hike.Ā First, Inez and Greg analyze new CNN polling that shows a dramatic 40-point swing toward Republican immigration policies among legal immigrant voters over the past four years.Ā Inez adamantly presents the recent situation with the LA riots as a prime example of why people do not trust leftist immigration policy.Ā Next, they examine the LA riots as a return to coordinated, violent left-wing activism.Ā Inez also explains the distorted logic behind the rioters waving Mexican flags. And they marvel at how many people on the left and beyond openly admit they don't want federal immigration laws enforced. Finally, they unpack Sen. Josh Hawley's proposal to raise the federal minimum wage to $15 per hour through his "Higher Wages for American Workers Act." Greg argues the plan ignores basic economic principles, while Inez notes many employers already offer similar wages. She says the real danger lies in Hawley's support for the PRO Act, which could reduce flexibility for freelancers and remote workers.Check out our great sponsors:Talk it out with Betterhelp. In this week's episode, Jennifer welcomes Payton McNabb, a determined advocate for the elimination of biological males participating in women's sports and the protection and fairness of girlsā and womenās sports. Payton is a former three-sport high school athlete from rural North Carolina whose life changed abruptly, due to existing state policy at the time, after she suffered a traumatic brain injury during a volleyball game against a male player who spiked the volleyball onto Payton's head. Unable to continue athletic competition, Payton has since dedicated herself to speaking out for the protection of girls in sports, serving on the Stand for Women Advisory Board with the Independent Womenās Forum, and testifying across several states to inspire legislative changes. Jennifer and Payton delve deeply into the controversial and headline-making topic of transgender participation in girlsā sports, raising urgent questions about safety, fairness, and the impact of policy on real lives. Payton reveals the physical and emotional aftermath of her injuryāconcussion, brain bleed, permanent whiplash, and PTSDāand recalls the lack of empathy shown by the opposing team, school administrators, and even the player involved. The conversation exposes how the egregious legislation once prioritized inclusion transgendered women (biological males) at the direct expense of the safety of all female athletes, and how Paytonās testimony contributed to the law changing in North Carolina. Payton emphasizes that stories like hers, often dismissed as rare, affect not just individual players but entire communities and families. She courageously shares her vision for a future where girls can compete without fear, calling for truth, common sense, and genuine compassion in the ongoing debate over the future of womenās sports. āThe protections of this one man overrode the protections of every girl and every parent.ā ~Payton McNabb This week on Political Contessa: Payton McNabbās journey from promising athlete to national advocate The sports injury that ended her volleyball career and changed her life Navigating the aftermath: medical diagnoses, PTSD, and the emotional toll North Carolinaās previous policies allowing biological males to compete in girlsā sports and how that changed How teams, communities, and families are impacted by ājust oneā such injury The lack of accountability and empathy from the schools and the athlete who caused her injury Why Payton feels called to share her truth and stand up for other girls Paytonās hope for a safer, fairer future for girlsā and womenās sports Connect with Payton McNabb and Resources Mentioned: Independent Women's Forum: https://www.iwf.org/ Awaken Your Inner Political Contessa Thanks for tuning into this weekās episode of Political Contessa. Inez agrees that we need much more fiscal restraint but she supports the bill because of its provisions on border safety, rooting out indoctrination in schools, and more.Ā Next, they are horrified at House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries,' promise to dox ICE members for alleged overreach. Anyone responsible for deporting potential members of drug cartels have every right to protect their identity in the process. Inez slams the move as reckless and unconstitutional.Ā Finally, they spotlight the increasing number of cases where male athletes identifying as girls are awarded titles, and scholarships, and other opportunities over the girls.Ā Inez argues for a firm definition of sex in Title IX to avoid future Democratic majorities from enacting egregious reinterpretations of the law. Please visit our great sponsors:Upgrade your skincare routine with Caldera Lab and see the difference. The reality is that women cannot handle stress the way men can and there's a really great reason for that. If they could the following would not be true:Women are losing their cycles in record numbers and dissociating from their bodies. Women are using antidepressants 2X the number men are. 80% of autoimmune disfunction and diseases happens in women. These are not accidents. In this episode I explore the differences between men and women that have been true since the beginning of time and remain true today. I discuss the themes of beauty, relational intuition, purpose, and taking action. I break down the story of the fall in a new way (inspired by Stasi Eldredge) and clarify what the purpose of man and woman is and what happens when we live the opposite of our design.TIMESTAMPS:00:00 - 01:07 Episode Trailer and Intro01:07 - 03:10 What's best for one gender is best for the other03:10 - 04:10 The issue with dating culture04:10 - 06:42 What causes dysfunctional menstrual cycles?06:42 - 08:24 The worrying prevalence of autoimmune conditions today08:24 - 10:22 No one is happier in the West than married mothers10:22 - 11:19 Women are not happy today11:19 - 13:52 What really happened in the garden of Eden?13:52 - 15:43 Women vs men represented in art15:43 - 17:18 Who's really to blame for the Garden of Eden Saga?17:18 - 18:53 How the fall of man and woman still affects us today18:53 - 20:37 What really fulfills women?20:37 - 22:05 What do women actually want?22:05 - 25:55 Men react to women, not the other way around25:55 - 26:47 Final Thoughts and key takeaways26:47 - 27:25 Outro____________________________________________If you found some value today then help me spread the word! Americans changed their news consumption habits years ago, but the White House press briefing room did not reflect these changes, that is until now. Despite floundering ratings at CNN and MSNBC, and outlets like the Washington Post hemorrhaging money, corporate media was long given deference across Washington D.C., especially at the White House. Now, with the Trump administration's creation of the ānew media chair,ā and opening the press briefing room to podcasters and social media influencers, the White House briefing room reflects where American people actually consume their news. Pew Research reports that 54% of Americans get their news from social media at least some of the time, and 27% of Americans said the same of podcasts. While the legacy media might view the changes in the White House press briefing room as āMAGA,ā it is likely a future Democrat administration will pull from President Donald Trump's playbook. Granted, a Democrat administration is more likely to give āCall Her Daddyā podcast host Alex Cooper access to press briefings over conservative podcaster Tim Pool, but either way, nontraditional media are likely in the briefing room to stay. On this week's edition of āProblematic Women,ā Gabriella Hoffman, director of the Center for Energy and Conservation at the Independent Women's Forum, joins the show to discuss the changing media landscape. Also on today's show, Hoffman details the dark history of Earth Day and explains how conservatives can practice conservation without falling prey to the left's false environmentalist talking points. Plus, we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the 2005 āPride and Prejudiceā film. Enjoy the show! Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Inez Stepman of the Independent Women's Forum fills in for Jim today onĀ 3 Martini Lunch Join Inez and Greg as they break down President Trump's executive order ending collective bargaining for federal employees in key national security roles, the escalating turmoil at Columbia University, and the backlash Inez faced online for simply expressing gratitude for her husband.First, Inez explains why Trump's order removing collective bargaining for federal employees at the Pentagon, State Department, Homeland Security, EPA, and other agencies is long overdue. She argues that as head of the executive branch, the president should have the authority to determine who works for him. Inez also highlights the absurd difficulty of firing even the worst-performing federal employees under the current system.Next, they examine the latest controversy at Columbia University, where President Trump pushed for action against rampant anti-Semitism on campus. Interim President Katrina Armstrong reportedly agreed to Trump's demands to secure $430 million in federal grants but has now resigned amid faculty backlash. Inez shares why it's absurd that Columbia gets so much taxpayer money in the first place and how the school now finds intself in a tight political spot. Finally, Inez became the center of a social media storm after tweeting her appreciation for her husband taking care of their baby when Inez wasn't feeling well. The post triggered outrage, with critics arguing men shouldn't be thanked for basic parenting duties. Steve McConkey is president of 4 WINDS USA, a nationwide sports ministry, with emphasis on track and field. Since 1981 he's worked through 11 Olympic cycles. He shares the gospel, encourages Christians, stands up for Olympic athletes and gives training advice. He was a USA National Track & Field Club Coach from 1982-1992.March 31st marks "Transgender Day of Visibility." Each year the LGBTQ community sets that day aside to honor the achievements of so-called trans and non-binary individuals. The problem is that what transgenders are supposedly "achieving" appears to be causing more harm than good. This broadcast takes a look at the negative impact that transgenders are having upon women in sports, depriving them of records, medals, scholarships, and even their physical well being. One notable example is that of Payton McNabb, a now former women's volleyball player. When she was 17 she was severely injured during a game by a boy identifying as a transgender girl. This transgender girl spiked the ball (traveling at an estimated 65 M.P.H.) at Payton's face. She was knocked unconscious, diagnosed with a brain bleed, a concussion and permanent whiplash. Jim played a portion of an interview with Payton obtained by the Independent Women's Forum. Is this a spiritual battle and not just a political one? After all, when it comes to this issue, the woke "left" just doesn't seem to care about women. Where does the International Olympic Committee stand on this issue? Is our nation applauding mental illness with its current stand? These are questions you'll get answered when you review this edition of Crosstalk.
It would have felt hypocritical to not speak up,Ā Payton McNabbĀ said, remembering how nervous she felt to confront the man standing in the women's bathroom on her college campus.Ā For months, McNabb had been advocating for the protection ofĀ women's sportsĀ and encouragingĀ other women to do the same. She knew the price of surrendering female only spaces to men after a man spiked a kill shot into her face during a volleyball game when she was just 17 and a senior in high school. The incident left her with a serious concussion, permanently ending her dreams of playing collegiate sports.Ā So, when McNabb encountered a man in her college bathroom in the spring of 2024, she pulled out her phone, hit record, and ask him what he was doing in the ladies bathroom. McNabb shared the video on social media, and it quickly gained the attention of a wide audience, including her sorority, Delta Zeta.Ā After meeting with Delta Zeta leadership, McNabb was told she violated the sorority's āanti-bullying policy,ā and was kicked out of the sorority.Ā Furthermore, the man McNabb confronted filed aĀ Title IXĀ complaint against her at her college and she spent months fighting back against that complaint, but ultimately prevailed and was cleared of all charges.Ā McNabb, who is barely 20, has already learned there can be a high cost to truth.Ā McNabb, an ambassador of Independent Women's Forum, joinsĀ āProblematic Womenā to share her story in her own words. McNabb discusses the challenge of forgiving the man who injured her on the volleyball court, the pain of losing her Delta Zeta community, and what is next as she continues to advocate for the protection of women's sports and spaces.Ā Also on today's show,Ā Emma Waters, Heritage Foundation Tech Policy Center policy analyst, shares a recent social media post from Elon Musk's son, who now identifies as a woman, claiming that his āassigned sex at birth was a commodityā since he was conceived through in vitro fertilization. Waters discusses the moral questions IVF raises, and how the process stands to negatively affect society at large.Ā Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Mitch McConnell announcing he won't run again, the latest unspeakable atrocities committed by Hamas, and how federal agencies are making DOGE-related budget cuts painful for the public.First, they analyze Mitch McConnell's decision to retire after 42 years in the Senate and 18 years as GOP leader, and they assess his performance. Inez Stepman of the Independent Women's Forum fills in for Jim today. Join Inez and Greg for 3 Martini Lunch as they analyze the U.S. decision to designate cartels and gangs as terrorist organizations, President Trump's sharp criticism of Ukrainian President Zelensky, and the latest developments on congestion tolls in New York City, where Andrew Cuomo's political ambitions are taking shape.First, they commend the State Department for labeling MS-13, Tren de Aragua, and several cartels as terrorist organizations. They discuss why this designation matters, the impact it may have, and how it aligns with Trump's national security strategy.Next, they break down President Trump's strong criticism of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. They examine where Trump's rhetoric diverges from the facts and how how Trump most likely believes this statement will help bring the war to an end. And while Trump and others have suggested possible Ukrainian concessions to reach a deal, Greg and Inez also consider what demands should be placed on Russia. Finally, they dive into two major news items in New York City, where Inez resides. They assess the battle between the Trump administration and Gov. Kathy Hochul over congestion tolls. Plus, they react to reports that former Gov. Andrew Cuomo is likely to announce his run for mayor before the month ends.
Inez Stepman of the Independent Women's Forum fills in for Jim on this episode of the 3 Martini Lunch podcast. Join Inez and Greg as they discuss Trump's legislative priorities, his controversial executive order on in vitro fertilization (IVF), and the role COVID played in shifting young men towards Trump in the 2024 elections.First, Inez and Greg break down Trump's call for a single reconciliation bill to tackle border policy, energy, defense, and tax cuts. Trump is aligning with the House strategy, while the Senate currently plans to divide the issues into two separate bills. Inez explains how this demonstrates what Trump learned from hisĀ legislative approach eight years ago and why he's likely to get what he wants in the end.Next, they discuss Trump's executive order aimed at making in vitro fertilization more accessible and more affordable. They both agree taxpayers shouldn't be footing the bill for IVF treatments. Greg says while IVF provides hope to married couples struggling with infertility, it also results in the destruction of human life in many cases. Inez opposes the executive order, warning it could accelerate the troubling rise of "designer babies" and genetic engineering. They also stress that the government should focus on making it easier and more affordable for families looking to adopt children already born. Finally, they explore polling and analysis from The Atlantic that suggests COVID lockdowns and the erosion of trust in experts have contributed to a significant shift in young men's political allegiance towards Donald Trump. Inez points out that the COVID era coincided with the peak of the woke movement, and many young men grew frustrated with being blamed for society's problems. This podcast is sponsored by BetterHelp.Visit Better Help https://www.betterhelp.com/3ML to get 10% off your first month
