On this episode of the Manistee Local Solo Pod addition I talk about the 72 hour water fast I have put myself through. Why, and where I expect to go once finished. It has been a very interesting eye opening experience and one I would encourage others to do. Talk with your Doctor to ensure you can handle the fast and if given the go ahead I encourage you do try it. I plan on doing it once a quarter going forward as part of my health span routine.
