The crew kicks things off with the 100-inning softball game supporting the Burton family, where Rafe and Scott discover that 12 straight hours of softball is apparently something human beings willingly participate in. There were legitimate athletes, Chris Kerber brought the stories and good Blues energy, and Team Rizz did what Team Rizz does best: proudly represent athletic mediocrity while somebody else actually knows how to play the sport.Moon, meanwhile, spent his weekend in Los Angeles with Goldfinger for their biggest headlining show ever at the Hollywood Palladium. Between the packed hometown show, backstage chaos and trying to juggle approximately every person he has ever met in Southern California, Moon also wanders into Amoeba Music and suddenly finds himself standing next to Matt Berry. His carefully prepared celebrity interaction consists basically of realizing, “Holy crap, that's Matt Berry,” which honestly is probably better than anything the rest of us would've managed.Delays pile up, passengers get increasingly irritated, everyone lines up to board…and the entire plane waits for one missing flight attendant. When she finally arrives, Moon witnesses a level of leisurely strolling that probably should've been studied by scientists. Hundreds of angry passengers? Connecting flights on the line? Whatever. She had a walking speed and she was committed to it.Rizz heads the opposite direction for a father-son road trip to the University of Arkansas and finally experiences the roadside cathedral known as Buc-ee's. Unfortunately, he discovers that Buc-ee's contains one fatal flaw: other people. Lots and lots of other people. He battles the crowd, buys a Cuban sandwich that immediately disintegrates inside the car and ultimately reaches the devastating conclusion that Buc-ee's is basically a bigger Wally's. Somewhere, a beaver just felt a disturbance in the Force. So yes, this episode has softball, Chesterfield sociology, Goldfinger, Matt Berry, airport rage, Buc-ee's, college nostalgia and weather-induced emotional manipulation. The Grand Theft Auto 6 rumor mill is firing on all cylinders. Alleged leaks suggest GTA 6 could make players actually refuel their cars, because apparently escaping the cops and committing fictional felonies wasn't immersive enough. Now we may get the authentic experience of realizing the tank is on E at the absolute worst possible moment.Naturally, Jean-Claude Van Damme doing the splits leads Lern to ask questions about male anatomy that nobody was emotionally prepared to answer. Suddenly we're discussing whether men have a “seam,” whether God is responsible for said seam, and why absolutely none of this information was included in health class. From there, Crap on Celebrities turns surprisingly philosophical when Dr. Dre and Billy Corgan land on opposite sides of the AI music debate. This comedy podcast also gets into Bret Michaels recovering from kidney stone surgery while apparently refusing to surrender his hat under any circumstances, Kacey Musgraves performing while floating on giant disco-ball truck nuts, Dolly Parton exploring avatar performances, Bonnaroo taking a year off, and St. Louis artist Slater covering Hole's “Violet.”National Treasure 3 inches closer to becoming a real movie, and Hollywood is ready to cast King Scott in a major role.A guy scales the St. Louis Zoo big-cat enclosure, an alleged staged fender bender turns into an armed robbery and multiple police chases, and then we attempt to save everybody's relationships with the 777 Rule. Welcome to another comedy podcast where apparently the only thing separating civilization from complete chaos is a zoo fence and a shared Google Calendar. We get into a Florissant case where suspects allegedly rear-ended a Volvo to force the driver to stop, only for the situation to turn into an armed robbery, a fight, a stolen vehicle and multiple police pursuits. Somewhere along the way, the unnamed Volvo driver becomes “Johnny Volvo,” the suspects become the “Jeep Boys,” and this comedy podcast briefly transforms into the least legally sound self-defense seminar ever broadcast. That kicks off a surprisingly thoughtful debate about whether the 777 Rule is realistic, especially when listeners point out that dates, overnight stays and vacations cost money. The crew argues that the exact numbers and activities aren't really the point. Take a walk. Go for a drive. Pack a picnic. Hit a park. Complain together. Whatever works.Follow The Rizzuto Show → linktr.ee/rizzshow for more from your favorite daily comedy show.Connect with The Rizzuto Show Comedy Podcast online → 1057thepoint.com/RizzShow.Hear The Rizz Show daily on the radio at 105.7 The Point | Hubbard Radio in St. Louis, MO.Man climbs into Saint Louis Zoo big cat area, taken into custodyFlorissant man charged in attempted fender bender robberyWhat Is the 7-7-7 Relationship Rule? Why Do I Feel Anxious for No Reason? — Free-Floating Anxiety & the 4-2-6 Breath | 10 Minute Guided Meditation Nothing happened today. Nobody was unkind to you, nothing went wrong, no letter came and no bad news arrived. And yet here it is — that low humming unease sitting just underneath your ribs, the feeling of waiting for something without ever being told what. Then comes the second thing, which is almost worse than the first: the voice that says there is no reason for me to feel like this, so what is wrong with me? Nothing, my friend. Nothing is wrong with you. Anxiety doesn't always come with a reason attached. Sometimes the alarm is simply still ringing, long after whatever it was that set it off. So today we are not going to hunt for the cause — we are just going to turn the alarm down. If this is a feeling you know well and can never quite put your finger on, there is something inside our app Anchored that will genuinely help: Instant Calm. It is in the free version, it works offline, you can use it as often as you want, and it is baked into the app itself for moments exactly like this one.

If your container can only hold 60 watts of energy, that is all you are getting. No strategy, no opportunity, no amount of hustle changes that. What changes it is expanding the vessel itself. David Ghiyam is a Kabbalah teacher and spiritual coach who has spent 25 years working with people at the intersection of consciousness, abundance, and transformation. This is one of the most expansive conversations Heal Thy Self has ever had. It moves from money ceilings and competing belief systems to anxiety as a message from your highest destiny, to darkness as excess light, to the energetic pipes of mother and father that govern healing and abundance. It goes places most podcasts never go and it earns every minute of it. In this episode, you'll discover:  •  Why the ceiling you keep hitting with money, love, or opportunity has nothing to do with the outside world, and why fixing your circumstances without expanding your spiritual vessel is fighting a shadow instead of the seed  •   What competing belief systems are and how a hidden belief you are completely unaware of can quietly sabotage every goal your conscious mind is working toward  •   Why anxiety is not a problem to solve but a signal that your higher destiny is trying to come in and cannot, and what it actually takes to open the channel This one will stay with you. You feel anxious. Nothing has happened. Nothing is wrong on paper. Dr. Aimie learned in the emergency room that anxiety is never one thing. Someone would come in and say the word, and her job was to work out why. It could be a hard week. It could be a heart attack. Same word, two entirely different bodies. She still runs that checklist on herself. Then she read Dr. Nicole Cain's book Panic Proof and found the same approach mapped into nine types, each one named for the body system driving it. In this Part 1 conversation, they cover the first three. Cardiac, gut, and thought anxiety. You will learn how to tell fear from anxiety from panic, why the first place you feel it is your best clue, and why the same word describes both high energy activation and shutdown. This is Part 1 of two.    WHAT YOU'LL LEARN: 03:15 Why anxiety gets treated as one condition 06:33 Fear, anxiety, and panic as three different states 08:07 The green, yellow, and red zones 09:31 How your body measures how much danger you are in 11:08 Your canary, and why the first signal matters 12:25 High energy anxiety or shutdown 13:27 Flop, fawn, fracture, and perimenopause 15:24 The therapeutic order 17:09 Cardiac anxiety, and when to see a cardiologist 19:28 Gut anxiety and the gut-brain axis 21:11 What a food and mood journal revealed 22:34 Thought anxiety and looping thoughts 25:07 Parts work, and the moment it landed for Miguel RESOURCES: Get the free guide, Is It Stress or Trauma? Crying for no reason is the nervous system releasing emotion that the child was not allowed to express. This is not dysfunction, it is the body completing what was once incomplete. The tears are arriving on time, decades late. This video walks through why you are crying in parking lots, in showers, at commercials, in the arms of partners who did nothing wrong, and why your body is not malfunctioning, it is finishing. If you have been embarrassed by tears that come without warning, this names what is actually happening.Kenny Weiss is the creator of the Worst Day Cycle™, the Authentic Self Cycle™, and the Emotional Authenticity Method™. This teaching maps unexplained tears to the Emotional Permission System, dead spots thawing, suppressed grief returning, and the body completing what the child could not complete.Crying for no reason is rarely hormones, depression, or weakness. It is the nervous system releasing emotion the child was forbidden from expressing. The body does not forget grief, it waits until the adult life is finally safe enough to let it arrive. The childhood Emotional Permission System told most adults that sadness was not safe. Tears were dismissed, mocked, or met with silence. The body filed the tears away and learned not to make them at all. Decades later, when safety arrives, those stored tears begin to release. This is the body completing what was once incomplete. The nervous system that has been suppressing for thirty years is not malfunctioning, it is finishing. Hormone panels, antidepressants, and journaling cannot reach this because what is happening is not a problem to be fixed, it is a process to be allowed. The Emotional Authenticity Method™ addresses unexplained tears at the body level. Its six gentle steps trace the tears from somatic down-regulation through earliest memory to Feelization, where the body builds a new emotional addiction to being free instead of being held together.Kenny Weiss is a relationship, communication, and childhood trauma recovery specialist and the creator of the Worst Day Cycle™, the Authentic Self Cycle™, and the Emotional Authenticity Method™. This is a very similar font that was used in the typed version of the Declaration of Independence. A circle of 13 large five-pointed stars frames the entire design, creating the look of an early American flag which was inspired by the spirit of 1776 and, of course, the 13 original colonies. At the top left and right corners of the print, the years “1776” and “2026” mark the 250-year anniversary of the United States. Beneath each year is a line of raised braille dots, adding a tactile reading element that complements the18th century fonts. Centered in the middle of the print, the famous and powerful phrase from the Declaration of Independence is stacked in dramatic vintage-style lettering “WE HOLD THESE TRUTHS TO BE SELF EVIDENT THAT ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL.” Each section of text is paired with tactile braille underneath, allowing the message to be experienced both visually and through touch. The combination of distressed colonial inspired lettering and raised puff ink creates a striking and authentic dimensional effect. Below the main statement is a horizontal divider with a centered star, followed by the words: “UNITED STATES Of AMERICA.” Again, accompanied by tactile braille beneath the 18th century authentic wording the entire print is designed in clean white puff ink for a bold raised texture that stands out. The tactile surface gives the artwork depth, accessibility, and a handcrafted feel while maintaining a strong patriotic presentation. This T-shirt is 100% cotton, but do not size up because there is very little shrinkage when washed. What if the belly fat, the exhaustion, and the 3 a.m. wake-ups were never about willpower or effort at all? In this episode, Dr. Siobhan Mitchell, a neuroscientist with 25 years of nutrition and cellular health research behind her, breaks down exactly what is happening inside the body during midlife and why the same habits that worked at 35 stop working at 45. Dr. Mitchell is currently the Chief Science Officer at MitoQ, a cellular health company with over $60 million in research, and she brings a level of scientific depth to this conversation that is genuinely rare. What unfolds is not the standard hormone health conversation. Dr. Mitchell explains the critical difference between the two estrogen receptor types, why visceral belly fat is actually a metabolic warning sign and not just a cosmetic frustration, and the truth behind decades of fear-mongering around soy. She also introduces a compound called S-equol that most women have never heard of, despite research showing it may outperform soy isoflavones for menopausal symptoms, joint pain, blood sugar, bone density, and brain health. The catch? Only 20 to 30 percent of Western women can produce it naturally, and the rest need to approach it differently. The conversation goes deeper into mitochondria, aging, oxidative stress, and why protecting your cellular energy production may be one of the most important things you can do in midlife. Natalie also opens up about her own experience with cortisol, soy, and the mom guilt she carried for 18 years over a decision she now knows was completely fine. This one is packed. Whether you are on HRT, avoiding it, or somewhere in the middle, there is something in this episode that will change how you understand your own body.
