The Biblical Unitarian Podcast is an incredible resource for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of the Bible and the truth about the nature of God and Jesus. Hosted by Dustin Smith, this podcast breaks down complex topics in a way that is easy to understand and digest. One of the best aspects of this podcast is how it delves into topics that may not be commonly discussed or even known to many people. Smith brings up thought-provoking ideas and presents them in a logical and organized manner, making it easier for listeners to follow along.

I also appreciate how each episode concludes with a recap of the main points discussed. This helps reinforce what was taught and allows me to reflect on what I have learned. Additionally, I love that the podcast is compiled into series, allowing for an in-depth study on specific topics.

One of the most significant strengths of this podcast is how it showcases that the word of God is true, precise, and fits together perfectly. Smith does an excellent job presenting evidence from the Bible to support his claims and demonstrate the accuracy of its teachings.

However, one downside to this podcast may be that it focuses primarily on religious perspectives and may not appeal as much to those who are not actively seeking spiritual or theological discussions. It may not cater as much to individuals who are looking for more general or diverse content.

In conclusion, The Biblical Unitarian Podcast is an invaluable tool for studying biblical texts and deepening one's understanding of God's word. Smith does an outstanding job presenting information honestly, logically, and without any hidden agenda or product promotion. The insights provided in each episode are thought-provoking and leave listeners with plenty to consider. Whether you are already familiar with biblical studies or just starting your journey, this podcast offers valuable insights into the truth behind Scripture's teachings.

Is Christ a genuine member of the human race? Some Catholic and Protestant apologists say, no, Jesus is not a real human person. The biblical authors, however, are adamant that Jesus is, in fact, a real human person. The early Christians did not relate to the Holy Spirit in trinitarian terms, and this observation can be confirmed along several lines of evidence. This week's episode examines how acts are offered to God (e.g., worship, prayer, sacrifice, praise, singing, talking) and draws attention to how no one in Scripture performs these same acts to the Holy Spirit. The resulting conclusion is that the biblical authors did not think of the Spirit as a distinct, conscious divine person alongside the Father.  Visit Amazon to buy your copy of my book Wisdom Christology in the Gospel of John: https://a.co/d/6nFEbZg  Please consider supporting this Podcast and future projects by donating at: https://www.paypal.me/10mintruthtalks                              To view the notes from this episode please click the link below: https://docs.google.com/document/d/17xztVthgcih6zkmHbc3K1dBdgKL3sjM_OOfjXs9Qx5M/edit?usp=sharing     Check out some of my videos on YouTube at: https://www.youtube.com/@BiblicalUnitarianPodcast                Follow us on Twitter at: https://twitter.com/OneGodPodcast

1 John 5:20 is one of the handful of grammatically ambiguous passages in the New Testament that either calls Jesus "God" (theos) or distinguishes Jesus from God. This week's episode examines the passage as neutrally and fairly as possible to determine whether Jesus is called "the true God and eternal life." 1 John 5:20 will be set in the broader context of the entire book and the context of Johannine literature as a whole before deciding on the key theological matter. While Jews and Unitarian Christians have traditionally argued from Deut 6:4 that God is only one person, several Trinitarian apologists and internet theologians have insisted that "echad" (the Hebrew word for "one") refers to a compound unity of multiple persons. This episode examines the cardinal Hebrew number one ("echad") to determine if it is a word possessing the meaning of compound unity. After digging deep into the lexicons and dictionaries, we listen to the best arguments put forth by Trinitarians in favor of "echad" referring to a plurality of subjects. The results are, let's say, less than compelling for the argument in favor of compound unity.    Visit Amazon to buy your copy of my book Wisdom Christology in the Gospel of John: https://a.co/d/6nFEbZg          Please consider supporting this Podcast and future projects by donating at: https://www.paypal.me/10mintruthtalks          To view the notes from this episode please click the link below: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1PyvmM_H6olwYVfnAXlcoO0oqFISibk2GnGb69QivuBg/edit?usp=sharing    Check out some of my videos on YouTube at: https://www.youtube.com/@BiblicalUnitarianPodcast          Follow us on Twitter at: https://twitter.com/OneGodPodcast

This week's episode begins a new series that examines common logical fallacies used in debates about God and Christ. The Straw Man fallacy occurs when one misrepresents, either intentionally or unintentionally, the argument of their opponent in a manner that makes it easier to knock down. This results in the actual argument getting ignored and the discussion stalling.
