This week on The Iron Skillet Podcast we have Zack Kravits who is a filmmaker, photographer and a full time creative coach. Zack has made it his mission to show creatives how to build a successful and sustainable business that allows them the freedom to live the life they want. Zack got started in the filmmaking industry shooting his own fitness VLOGS in hopes of becoming a fitness influencer. As his skills as a videographer started to improve and he started producing higher quality content he began getting hired by other fitness influencers to shoot their VLOGS and branded content. This eventually led to shooting weddings, content for brands and working with some high level lifestyle entrepreneurs. Zack was able to leave his job as a personal trainer and build a full time freelancing business as a content creator. This was great but after a while the countless hours, cross country flights and late night editing sessions started to add up. Zack realized if he wanted to become more financially successful he had to start thinking outside of the box and find a way to increase his revenue without it being directly related to giving more of his time. This is when the creators blueprint was formed. Zack created an online coaching course where he would take limited numbers of students 2-3 times a year and teach them how to take their side hustle and turn it into a extremely successful business. It has become Zack's mission to empower other's who are stuck in situations like he was unhappy with their current job to go all in on their passion as a filmmaker and make it their full time job. In this episode we talk about how focusing on one thing and going all in instead of hopping from idea to idea can lead to the life you've been dreaming of a lot more quickly than you think. How pain can be our biggest motivator in life to push us into situations that force us to change, overcome adversity and reach new levels. As well as how to build your business in a way that allows you the freedom to buy back your time, continue to grow and elevate your vision instead of getting stuck in the hamster wheel of client work. This episode is pack with so much value Zack did an amazing job sharing his story and he gave a lot of tips and advice along the way.
