Welcome to 2024! Certainly have started off the year in motivating fashion with a Dry January with Rules concept. In this episode I'll break all of it down along with some of my favorite lessons that I've learned in the book "How to Win Friends & Influence People" by Dale Carnegie. My mindset have certainly shifted and have adopted the concepts that were shown to me. Looking forward to another amazing year of this beautiful thing that we call life.

This is for a weekend that I will be telling my grandkids about. March madness and St. Patrick's day falling in the same exact weekend....the stars are aligned. Happy Thursday! Dry January is officially complete (minus 1 day) but we're still grinding to keep pushing in the right direction. Regardless great start to 2023. In this episode I'll break down the pros and cons of sports gambling and what makes it so enticing. Along with a short lesson for any of those that are interested to learn!
