For the first time this season, the boys have decided to dedicate an episode solely to college football and there may not be a better week to do so. Dan, Colin, and Evan open the episode by running through our collective CFB Top-25 rankings. There was some variance between everybody's rankings including Dan and Evan putting Ohio State at #1, Dan being higher on Mississippi State than his fellow co-hosts, and Evan tossing South Carolina in at #25. Next, we dove into some recap games for you featuring UCLA/Utah, TCU/Kansas, and Ohio State/Michigan State. There weren't a ton of great matchups to pool from but that was a different story once we transitioned to focus games. Have we had the best opening three weeks of NFL football in years? That is at least the consensus amongst the Slingin' It Deep crew. As our rankings roll on, we're starting to get to teams that we believe have a chance to make the playoffs in a Wild Card position. Episode 4 brings you teams 17-20 featuring the Cardinals, Saints, Vikings, and Patriots. Dan, Evan, and Colin go back and forth on the Patriots. What is NE's ceiling with a defense that has questions. The Vikings offense looks explosive on paper, but can Kirk Cousins get them over the hump this time around with a new HC? The past weekend of the divisional round playoffs was perhaps the best two games a Sunday has ever seen in the NFL between the Rams late-game heroics, and the Mahomes and Allen duel. This episode featured our recaps of all four games, as well as how each team can win this weekend. Lastly, we ranked our top ten running backs of the past season.
