Cindy and Adam FINALLY come back from a long hiatus to critique the differences between the old(er) Beachbody workouts/programs - such as P90X, Insanity, Body Beast, 21 Day Fix, etc. - and the more modern ones such as The Work, 80 Day Obsession, LIIFT4, etc. They discuss how the older programs were more geared towards a full body recomposition that promoted sustainability, whereas the news ones are about getting a quick, yet perhaps ineffective, workout in geared towards a specific demographic. Reflecting on the theory popularized by philosopher Nick Bostrom and supported by Elon Musk, Cindy and Adam discuss whether or not we are living in base-reality or in a simulation. The theory has gained steam lately as physicist Hong Qin presented research that may support the notion that we are living in a simulation, which raises the question: Is life a product of a virtual reality that is indistinguishable from base-reality?
