This week Adrian shares with us three points for how to move forward into the future that God has for us. Passages: Joshua 3:5 “Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will do amazing things among you.” Joshua 3:13 And as soon as the priests who carry the ark of the Lord—the Lord of all the earth—set foot in the Jordan, its waters flowing downstream will be cut off and stand up in a heap.” Joshua 4:4-7 So Joshua called together the twelve men he had appointed from the Israelites, one from each tribe, 5 and said to them, “Go over before the ark of the Lord your God into the middle of the Jordan. Each of you is to take up a stone on his shoulder, according to the number of the tribes of the Israelites, 6 to serve as a sign among you. In the future, when your children ask you, ‘What do these stones mean?' 7 tell them that the flow of the Jordan was cut off before the ark of the covenant of the Lord. When it crossed the Jordan, the waters of the Jordan were cut off. These stones are to be a memorial to the people of Israel forever.” Recorded at Restore Church on the 27th of June 2021. We are so thankful for our Senior Pastor. Especially the way he leads us in vulnerability and humility. This week Adrian shares with us what it means to have true strength. Passage: 'even though I have received such wonderful revelations from God. So to keep me from becoming proud, I was given a thorn in my flesh, a messenger from Satan to torment me and keep me from becoming proud. Three different times I begged the Lord to take it away. Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me. That's why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong.' 2 Corinthians 12:7-10 https://my.bible.com/bible/116/2CO.12.7-10 Recorded at Restore Church on the 2nd of May 2021. Message by Adrian Jackson
