This week's episode brought to you by Indy Wrestling US, Slice on Broadway, Occupy Pro Wrestling, and IndyWrestling Network! Sorg, Mad Mike and Larry are joined by Ronnie Starks in studio this week. The boys are on their best behavior to avoid being cited for violations by the MtOSHA rep as they talk this week in wrestling, including: Ronnie Starks is showing off the BDW Guiness World Record trophy on this week's show. RAW is snore. Sorg and Mad Mike are sharing some thoughts on where the Monday night show goes on a shame spiral. Anyone else notice that The Revival is getting screwed lately? 205 Live talent is appearing more and more on the other shows. Does this mean we're looking at 205 Dead in 2019? It looks like Daniel Bryan is wrestling all the people he's wanted to. Evidence that his career with WWE is coming to an end? WWE Evolution went so well that they're doing more women's wrestling focus. Are we looking at a Queen of the Ring event? Up Up Down Down at the largest video game collection on the planet? Sorg is excited that Heavy Metal Jesus is now canon thanks to Edge and Christian! In case you wanted to book Ric Flair to wrestle, he has been medically cleared for in-ring action. We thought Rhyno was retiring, but it turns out he's not. Dojo Pro is now on Facebook Watch. We're talking tattoos, but not THAT tattoo. We want to see a Green Arrow vs Green Ranger match. This week's Big Question: Which wrestler has had the biggest fashion violation? We have a bit of a crossover with our guest Ronnie Starks as he went to ScareHouse and visited The Basement for their Christmas event. Our friends at IWC Wrestling made some news with their recent show. Sorg is sharing how creative fans get with fans-bring-the-weapons matches. What did YOU learn in wrestling this week? Yeah, we know it isn't a Star Wars bourbon. Yes, it's a bad joke in the title. Deal with it! First, the guys try James T. Kirk Straight Bourbon Whiskey that their buddy Logan brings over. Then, they go off on some rabbit trails. Then, they talk about the professional wrestling show that they produced: Dojo Pro. Then, they try Smooth Ambler Old Scout American Whiskey Single Barrel Select from Elixir in Spring Hill, TN. The pick is called "Ounce of Responsibility." Finally, Logan makes a request of Tarak from Elixir to name a pick: Tarak the Dinosaur Hunter.
Last stop on the road to 100 and what better way then shining the spotlight on a on the rise talent that I truly believe in. This week I am joined by Kevin Ku. Some way be familiar with his work on Dojo Pro which you can watch FOR FREE if you're a Amazon Prime member. Others may have seen him in the SCI Futures Showcase Tournament or in Southern Underground Pro both available on Powerbomb.tv. If you are unfamiliar then it's time to change that. Kevin's story is relatable yet unique. The road he is traveling is certainly his own but he has never lost sight of his love for Pro Wrestling. Must listen episode!Support the show (http://spotlightseries.bigcartel.com)
The title of this interview episode speaks for itself, MJF stopped by our table, talked some Dojo Pro, being Cody's best friend and eating caviar and then he yelled at people in line. Pretty standard fun stuff, check it out and look out for MJF at All In and Starrcast. He's a blast. That's So Braven Starrcast: The Art of a Colt Cabana interview That's So Braven Starrcast: Catching up with Veda Scott!
Host: Stephen Jensen || Guest: Dominic Malnar || Dominic joins me on Fight Talk to discuss his experience as the ring announcer for Dojo Pro! || Recorded on July 18, 2018
MXP is back! We have a full house this week talking WWE Extreme Rules, Dojo Pro, the G1 standings, and of course, CM Punk rumors!
This week's episode brought to you by Slice on Broadway, Occupy Pro Wrestling, and Indy Wrestling US! Rob Johnston joins us to talk about some Dojo Pro wrestling. He, of course, is joined by our usual stable of ne'er-do-wells including Sorg, Dave Podnar, and Alex Kahrs as they talk this week in wrestling, including: That's right, we've kidnapped Rob Johnston from the AwesomeCast podcast so we can talk Dojo Pro (among other things). Extreme Rules was in Pittsburgh, and we are once again reminded why we can't have nice things. Sorg was so close at Extreme Rules that he almost took a pancake to the face. Dave heard Steelers chants come through the TV feed for Extreme Rules. Sorg recalls no such chants. Were they piped in? Hmmm. Things we are thankful for - The Roman Reigns v Bobby Lashley match didn't follow the Iron Man Match at Extreme Rules. We didn't see Elias in his hometown for Extreme Rules - despite the obvious Pittsburgh references throughout. Sorg is sad he didn't get an awesome Shinsuke v Jeff Hardy match. THE CROWD GOT KICKED IN THE BALLS BY SHINSUKE! Rob can FEEL the wrestling in Nashville. We're taking a few moments to remember Bruno Sammartino and the history of wrestling. Speaking of our guest, Rob, it was great seeing him being pushed around in the ring on a Dojo Pro video on Facebook. Rob Johnston is talking about some of the fun with Dojo Pro. The biggest message from Rob Johnston - Dojo Pro is bingeable! Rob has some thoughts on Joey Janela. It's convenient that we're talking with Rob Johnston on THIS episode. Rob had a chance to speak with Hulk Hogan a few years back. Hulk Hogan is not the same as Terry Bollea. It's important to make separations between characters and people. Some heels get crap from fans for being heels, then Kevin Owens gets the spotlight at a Shania Twain concert. This week's Big Question: Which wrestling superstar needs to release an album next? Mad Mike couldn't be here this week - so he sent a Mad Mike Mail! eFeds are a thing Alex Kahrs is explaining to us. Sorg is headed to the Gathering of the Juggalos, and he'll be seeing some interesting wrestling. Joey Janela is apparently facing John Cena at the Gathering of the Juggalos. In which Bart celebrates 5 years and 200 episodes of Ears Of Steel: The Podcast, officially announces Dojo Pro, and discusses how the work of a late-80's superstar has become the anthem(s) for his life. Plus Jimmy Buffett, getting into Chicago, and, in true Marvel fashion, hides a bonus after the credits.
This week’s episode brought to you by Slice on Broadway, Occupy Pro Wrestling, and Indy Wrestling US! What did YOU learn in wrestling this week? Want a chance to win a Rampage poster? Become our patreon for a chance to win! (Even if it's for $1.)
