Eddis Grey (Kelley) Williamson died on December 16, 2023, at her home in Mobile. She was 94 years old. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her children. Eddis was born February 3, 1929, to Horace and Ida Victoria Kelley. She grew up in Clarke County, Alabama on a working farm where she was the 10th of 11 children. She met her husband, Bill, at age 17 and married soon after. They had four children, Jimmie, William, Joan and Anita and were married for 73 years.
