Ward, who operates in the premier East Tennessee tailwater system, breaks down current conditions on the Watauga River (low flows no recreational releases) and South Holston River (reliable generation), while detailing the shift to smaller fall patterns with bugs in the 16-22 range. This episode delivers actionable techniques for fishing floating lines at distance, including Ward's proven lift-and-drop method that positions anglers for downstream hook sets and eliminates problematic line slack. Survivors of Jeffrey Epstein have consistently described how intimidation was one of his primary tools of control, ensuring their silence and compliance. Many testified that he surrounded himself with wealth, influence, and a carefully cultivated aura of untouchability, which made speaking out feel impossible. Epstein reportedly warned some victims that he had powerful friends who could ruin their lives if they tried to resist or expose him. Others recalled the presence of armed security, locked doors, and the isolation of being flown to private islands or estates, all of which heightened the sense that escape wasn't an option. These tactics made young women feel trapped in a system where Epstein held all the power.Beyond threats of retaliation, survivors explained that Epstein's intimidation extended into psychological manipulation. He would remind them of their vulnerability, their youth, or their lack of resources, exploiting these insecurities to keep them compliant. Some survivors said he kept meticulous records and hinted he had leverage on anyone who crossed him, reinforcing the perception that he could destroy them socially or legally. This culture of fear ensured that even those who wanted to break away often stayed silent for years. Their accounts make clear that intimidation was not incidental to Epstein's crimes but a deliberate, calculated strategy to maintain control and prolong the abuse while keeping outsiders from intervening.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7779829/amp/Virginia-Roberts-posts-chilling-Twitter-message-claiming-Im-not-suicidal.htmlBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

It's the seventh episode of the 2025 Global Leadership Summit Recap Series on Stories from the River, and CEO Charlie Malouf is joined again by Will Luke, Senior Director of Project Management, to dive into John C. Maxwell's session at the Summit.  They reflect on Maxwell's legacy in leadership, his lifelong dedication to developing others, and the personal stories and frameworks that have shaped his teachings. John was presented with the Lifetime Leadership Legacy Award by Craig Groeschel at the Global Leadership Summit, and Craig referred to John Maxwell as the single greatest teacher and model of servant leadership in our lifetime.  After their conversation, John taught on legacy and leadership.  The conversation highlights Maxwell's influence not only on the world stage—including his founding of the nonprofit EQUIP to do transformative work with countries and then the nonprofit iLead to do transformational work with schools globally—but also within the Broad River Retail community, where his principles have become part of the company culture. Charlie and Will unpack Maxwell's three-part framework for leaving a legacy:  - the Compass (having a destiny to fulfill) - the Clock (making meaningful contributions in the present) - and Companions (developing others to carry the impact forward).  They share takeaways about the importance of intentionality in legacy-building, the wisdom of thinking long term, and how true significance comes from what you leave in people rather than just what you leave for them. Personal anecdotes about their own families and the practice of distilling their lives into a single meaningful sentence reinforce the episode's inspiring, relatable message: every Memory Maker has the chance to make a lasting difference by investing in others and living authentically. In this sixth episode of the 2025 Global Leadership Summit Recap Series on Stories from the River, CEO Charlie Malouf is joined by Will Luke, Senior Director of Project Management, to recap insights from Dr. James Hewitt's Global Leadership Summit keynote on regenerative performance.  Dr. Hewitt, a former world-class cyclist turned human performance scientist, shared his journey from relentless “go, go, go” living to understanding the necessity of pausing and reflecting, especially after surviving cancer. The discussion introduces the concept of “cognitive gears,” a metaphor for the varying levels of mental focus and energy: low (rest and simple tasks), middle (emails and meetings), and high (deep, priority-driven work). Most workers get caught in the “middle gear” — a cycle of distractions and meetings — which can lead to burnout and inefficiency. Charlie and Will explore Dr. Hewitt's practical strategies, like batching emails, rethinking meeting culture, leveraging AI for smarter workflows, and recognizing the value of rest and breaks, not just as luxuries, but as critical tools for sustainability and peak performance. They emphasize aligning work with one's natural circadian rhythms and highlight the power of quality sleep and strategic downtime for creativity and long-term effectiveness. The episode closes with a call for leaders to model regenerative practices, acknowledging that when Memory Makers are encouraged to replenish their mental and physical capacity, it has a ripple effect throughout the organization, boosting both wellbeing and performance. The big problem: Why “evil by biology” is lazy design and a headache for modern tables. The fix: Treat drow as cultures, factions, and ideologies rather than one-note villains. Tactics and terror: How to make them scary with ambushes, traps, lair design, and coordinated squads instead of tired stereotypes. Design like defenders: Build lairs that use elevation, darkness, traps, and chokepoints to punish rash adventurers. Run them as a team: Drow squads should coordinate roles like special ops, not fight as isolated stat blocks. Texture matters: Factionalize your drow societies—zealots, moderates, and opportunists—to create story oxygen. Bring the right books: Ammann's tactics, 3.5e's Drow of the Underdark, and RPGBOT's own lair-design masterclass turn “complicated” into “compelling.” If you enjoyed this dive into the Underdark, share the RPGBOT.Podcast with your gaming group. Adel Nero and Zak “RedPill78” Paine dig into the escalating attacks on RFK Jr., connecting whistleblower reports of CIA sabotage tactics to the broader deep state war against Trump's health agenda. They highlight how chronic illness and poisoned food systems keep Americans weak, while RFK's push for clean living threatens the establishment. The hosts explore how crimes against children may go beyond trafficking—pointing to vaccines, pharmaceuticals, and nutrition policies that cripple generations. The conversation then shifts to the strange Epstein press conference, where survivors' voices were mixed with political theater aimed at tying Trump to Epstein. Adel and Zak argue that Trump's “hoax” framing was a masterstroke, forcing Congress and media to spotlight Epstein like never before, triggering a wave of demands for transparency. Closing thoughts touch on Thomas Massie's curious role in Washington, MTG's motives, and the bigger picture of transhumanist whispers from Xi and Putin. A heavy yet hopeful episode that ties health, corruption, and narrative warfare into the Great Awakening.

#OZWATCH: 3/4 - Ashes Preparation: Psychological Tactics and English Threats The pre-Ashes period involves psychological tactics. Australian fast bowler Josh Hazelwood publicly praised England's batting lineup as "one of the most fearsome ever". This is interpreted as a psychological maneuver to either mock England, make them overconfident, or encourage them to "rest on their laurels" and be less prepared, giving Australia an advantage. The English team is expected to be "very, very strong" after a "soul search" following past Ashes losses. Joe Root, a "very good batter" who has adopted a more conservative style, is considered one of Australia's "biggest threats" and has mentored many other English players. Harry Brookke is also mentioned as a key player for England. JEREMY ZAKIS, NEW SOUTH WALES. #FRIENDSOFHISTORYDEBATINGSOCIETY
