Detailing 10 video games that affected them greatly, Andrew & Alex reflect on their favorites of the past decade – making it one to remember.
Richie starts off the podcast talking about how Cyber Monday has turned into Cyber Week. There is no end in sight for the expansion of these type of sales. He then dives into the free Playstation game, Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture, and explains why it should be billed as a video experience and not a video game. He talks about the Krampus holiday and digs into the College Football Playoff selection.
I talk to Jessica Curry and Dan Pinchbeck of The Chinese Room about their lives together as husband and wife but also as coworkers. We talk Dear Esther, Everybody's Gone To The Rapture, the games we enjoy, plus we discuss why Jessica has decided to take another step back from the industry

No Rob this week, he's feigning illness whilst playing Uncharted 4, but Gareth and Don are holding it down with the news of the last 7ish days. We've got shooters on the brain as we discuss the merits and pitfalls of Activision and EA going completely opposite directions with their flagship shooters. Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Battlefield 1 have both been revealed and the internet is a blaze, but what do a ball of hair and a midget think? This is the only place to find out. If shooters aren't your thing though we've got plenty of other stuff to talk about, like the new Pokemon Sun and Moon trailer; Nintendo's Zelda-focused E3; Destiny's player count; winnable bovines, and Overwatch porn searches. Told you there was plenty! Then to finish off we're talkiing about what we've played this week, including the Overwatch Beta, Everybody's Gone To The Rapture, Galak-Z, Destiny, and Monument Valley. Oh, and it wouldn't be the Gamecentral Podcast without your weekly Hot Goss Ip and Video Game Music sections, both of which are present and correct. Be sure to tune in next week as (SPOILERS!) Rob tries to call Uncharted 4 the best game ever made and Gareth and Don tease him relentlessly for it. Probably. I can only assume. There hasn't been this much Rare since the last vampire steak buffet.Regular service has almost resumed at Nintendo Free Radio, as the end of the editing backlog appears to be in sight. But first, we have some New Business to attend to, as Stephen and Donald took on respective Wii U 3D platformers in the form of Super Mario 3D World and The Legend of Kay Anniversary. Donald follows up the roll of cat puns with some retro brawling goodness in Streets of Rage 2... then Austen takes the wheel on the left side of the road and steers the crew through 30 years of googly eyes with Rare Replay. Everything from the good (Banjo-Kazooie Nuts & Bolts) to the bad (Grabbed By The Ghoulies, Snake Rattle 'n Roll, BATTLETOADS) gets looked at as Austen pretty much blasted through the collection in a few days. When not getting his British up, Austen didn't want to see the PS4 get Left Behind so he took a walk on the morbid side with Everybody's Gone To The Rapture (semi-functional run button included).Whatcha Watchin' has returned from summer hiatus: Donald teases the next show and also talks Vision of Escaflowne, Stephen gets praise from at least one of our fans with My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, the impossible to search K, and an Orange is the New Black update. Austen is satisfied with a Soul Eater spinoff... NOT.Following a rather emotional Listener Mail from our Canadian friend Jason, the crew looks at recent as-of-recording news with Gamescom, payola, MercurySteam x Metroid and the Mario Maker unlock kerfuffle on the docket. Finally, the Mushrooms cover Donald's employment woes with a bonus #ThanksHarper, Stephen's trouble with process, and virtual reality. Apologies for the downer ending. We'll be caught up with shows before we record another one - the editor would like to thank Labor Day - and we want to hear from you. Justin leads us off with Fantasy Life, Fallout Shelter, Mario Strikers, and Mario Kart Double Dash. Stephen then discusses his brief time with Snatcher and the GameFAQs top 10, along with Zombies Ate My Neighbors. Anthony, of course, continues on with Fallout 3.
