Today, on Karl and Crew, we wrapped up our weekly theme, “Impact Week.” Dr. Heather Holleman, the author of “Sent: Living a Life That Invites Others to Jesus,” shared how staying close to Jesus naturally opens doors to share the gospel, offering practical encouragement to see everyday conversations as opportunities to join God’s work. Then Crawford Loritts, the President and Founder of Beyond Our Generation, explored why many believers try to live the Christian life in their own strength and what Scripture teaches about walking in the power of the Holy Spirit. Additionally, Dr. Ronald Sauer, a retired Professor of Bible and Greek from the Moody Bible Institute, reflected on the often-overlooked ministry of the Holy Spirit, sharing how God’s Spirit guides, convicts, comforts, and empowers believers to follow Christ faithfully. We then turned to our listeners on the phone line and asked, "How has Jesus changed you?” You can hear the highlights of today’s program on the Karl and Crew Showcast. Listen Now to 136 Future Now Show I am writing this summary of this week’s show from the island of Maui, in Hawaii.  It’s been a wild week, starting with a trip to the rugged and wild Farallon Islands, 25 miles of the coast of San Francisco, home to copious wildlife, fish, marine mammals, and the great white sharks.  Getting there was harrowing, with very rought seas, but the sun broke through as we arrived revealing the majestic Farallons through the dissapating mist.  All of us had something to share about our experienes there in today’s show! And naturally we keep you up to date on the latest with 3I/ATLAS, though by the time you read this the perihelion has happened, with wthatever it has to reveal about any sentience behind it’s actions…  And in the second hour you will meet three visiting Nordics to Silicon Valley, involved with what’s known as “Clean Tech,” and the unfolding use of AI in developing the energy sector of our human civilization. We met at the start of Nordic Impact Week, at the Nordic Innovation House in Palo Alto, CA, and carried on for today’s show. The Nordics have an extemely sophisticated energy infrastruction for power sharing in Scandinavia and are in Silicon Valley to scale their advanced use of technology to the larger world, starting with us! Enjoy.. Our intrepid crew returning from the Farallon Islands
