Many health tech and med tech companies don't struggle because of weak products, they struggle because buyers don't clearly see or trust their value. In this episode, Saul Marquez of Outcomes Rocket, who has interviewed nearly 2,000 healthcare leaders, shows growth-stage companies how to turn complex offerings into clear positioning, real pipeline, and measurable revenue in the healthcare market. In this episode of Marketer of the Day, Saul breaks down his Discover–Define–Deliver framework for healthcare marketing strategy. Instead of jumping straight into tactics, cold email, conferences, content, LinkedIn, PR, he shows why most teams need a fast but disciplined “discovery sprint” to map the landscape, clarify positioning, and understand the real decision-makers and early adopters in their space. Saul explains how one week of focused discovery can save months of wasted execution and move you into the top tier of companies that actually have a documented marketing strategy (only 28% of med tech companies do). Saul also shares a powerful case study of a client with a truly innovative “smart hospital” platform that the market didn't know how to categorize. By doing voice-of-customer research, segmenting early vs. late adopters, and building a targeted list of the right CIOs and clinical leaders, Saul's team helped them stand out as the smart hospital player. Through a combination of focused podcasting, thought leadership, PR partnerships, and a smart hospital maturity model, the company went from “bumping their head against the wall” to being acquired by a major medical device organization. The conversation then dives into podcasting as a B2B growth engine in healthcare. Saul outlines three types of podcasters and explains why most B2B companies are in the “business owner” camp, not media companies chasing downloads. He reframes podcasts as a way to create contacts and contracts, not vanity metrics. Using his content flywheel, a single episode becomes SEO content, social posts, sales enablement snippets, PR assets, and opportunities for pod swaps and deeper relationships with buyers and partners. Downloads are vanity; strategically leveraged conversations are where the real ROI is. https://youtu.be/6F0aamX1bgo?si=KgMDfiuUCkpzAZEi Throughout the episode, Saul returns to a central theme: strategy over shiny objects. With marketers bombarded by new channels, tools, and “can't-miss” offers, the real advantage comes from knowing what to avoid and staying anchored to a clear, evidence-based strategy. He calls out “sleepy opportunities” most teams ignore, like repurposing PR into sales messaging, which only 6.1% of organizations do, and shows how focusing on these overlooked levers can create a serious competitive advantage. If you're in health tech or med tech and feel like you have a great product but inconsistent growth, this episode will give you a practical roadmap to build trust, clarify your message, and turn strategy into revenue with Saul's Discover–Define–Deliver approach. Quotes: “Strategy precedes tactics. If you don't do the strategy work, your chances of success decrease significantly, and you're leaving your business to chance.” “If you don't enjoy a marketing channel, you won't stay with it. Consistency is key, so do the things you're actually going to stick with.” “The most important thing you can do in your marketing is avoid the things that don't get you to the end goal as fast as possible.” Contact Details: Explore Saul Marquez's Official Website Healthcare Marketing Built on Insight. Atlanta Braves at San Diego Padres by Tony T. Atlanta is batting .257 on the road with a .444 slugging percentage. Padres are batting .215 at home with a .349 slugging percentage. Marquez, in his three home starts allowed 15 runs in 13 innings. Both bullpens are in good recent form. Braves are 24-14 on the road with a +7.9-unit return. Padres lost 17 of 27 with a -8.4-unit loss.
Dre Harrison and Pete McLaren sit down to review a wild weekend at Brno for the Czech GP (Don't worry, Lewis is back next week, he's on holiday)The weekend was dominated by Marco Bezzecchi being banned from the Grand Prix after striking a marshal during a crash in the Sprint Race. With his ban, and Marquez winning the Grand Prix, it reduces Bezzecchi's lead over Marquez to just 40 points from 102 just two weeks prior in Mugello. Is this a weakness for Bez going forward, and was it right he was banned? The race itself is also analysed, as Marquez had to dig extra deep to hold off Ai Ogura's worn-tyre pace, while Pecco Bagnaia managed his fourth podium finish in a row. And finally, some more follow-up on the F1-esque Concorde Agreement that the sport and factories agreed on. But what does that mean for you as a fan? Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Devi pensare ad un colpo solo. E' tutto lì. One shot. La precisione. L'attesa. Vi fa venire in mente qualcosa?

Dre Harrison, Lewis Duncan and Peter McLaren join forces to review the Hungarian GP and what could be a major flashpoint in the 2026 Championship.Marc Marquez would dominate the weekend, just his second race back from being on an operating table just 27 days prior. He'd win both the Sprint and the Grand Prix to become just the third member of the 100 win club, as well as Ducati's 100th win as a factory team. But the weekend was a disaster for Aprilia, with Jorge Martin making a huge mistake braking into Turn 1, losing control and crashing into his teammate Marco Bezzecchi, fellow Aprilia rider Raul Fernandez, Fabio di Giannantonio and Fermin Aldeguer. With tensions rising in the Aprilia camp, is Marquez back in the title picture after reducing the deficit to 72 points? Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Last year was the first time we went to Balaton, and the result wasn't great. This year? Hate the track, love the riders. And I say 'riders', plural, because it takes two to tango. And people, did we get one hell of a dance between Acosta and Marquez today. Yes, the king is back and schooling everyone with 1,5 functional arms. Keen readers might notice that this is slightly less than the average of 2, but leave it to Marquez to make the best of it and show everyone how it's done. And if that doesn't make you excited, then just think:He's only going to get better from here. Who also keeps steadily doing better is Pedro Acosta, showing us how gentlemen duel while speeding over the tarmac with Marc. He's making the KTM look good, perhaps even better than it really is. Now let's put him on a Ducati next year, and see what happens...So yes, Mat and Peter have got plenty to talk about. Also, is this going to be the year that the Bez becomes champion? Convocato Massimo Ferrari, DG di We Build.

Dre Harrison, Peter McLaren and Lewis Duncan come together to review the Italian Grand Prix.It was a dream weekend for Aprilia, who ticked off a heap of milestones including the all-time MotoGP Speed Record (229.3mph), a front-row lockout in qualifying, as well as their first home win at the Italian GP. With Pecco Bagnaia barely able to hang onto third in a photo finish with Ai Ogura while the factory team goes 1-2, was this the killer blow for the 2026 Championship? The weekend's other major story was a return to action for Marc Marquez after missing Le Mans and Catalunya with a broken metatarsal and shoulder surgery brought forward. He struggled to P7 in the Grand Prix, but was this weekend a positive one for the reigning Champion? Also included, the tricky weekend of Raul Fernandez and why a Sprint win alone may not be enough to save his MotoGP career, KTM's reliability concerns and Cal Crutchlow's shock return to the grid. VIDEO ALERT! We've got Mat and Peter taking a stroll across Jerez, and that's the episode version I'd most recommend! There's this thing called the law of opposites. You know: for every Ying, there's a Yang. For every good thing, a bad thing. For every exciting sprint, one boring race. Oh bloody hell, we weren't allowed to say that!Well never mind anyway, because it won't stay boring if you look a little closer. And you know who's really good at that? That's right, your hosts Mat and Peter! It's a little cliche to call Jerez "Marquez-country", but there's good reason: in the past, the Spanish 'King of Chaos' has always ruled supreme over his kingdom here. But this year, something's seriously wrong. Marc was out in the second lap; not a great sign for his condition this season. And now the king's younger brother reigns in his stead, while Aprilia is steadily cementing itself further and further as best in class. And right in the middle of this? Mat and Peter, taking a stroll across the grid. Want to come backstage with us and see what they thought of it all? Then jump in! (Small note: today's episode is pretty short, but tune in tomorrow night for a special surprise!)---Want more? Visit our website or support us on Patreon.
