Welcome to '' and the first edition with my trusty sidekick and now co-host Welcome, to our first show together. Today we are going to talk about -  Who will win? First,  Let me say a few things about you Bjorn and why I asked you to be on the podcast with me. Your GCI is generally between $400k to $500k a year. You've been in real estate 14 years. You've always been a solo operator NOT in a team of 3 or 4 people. The results you've achieved by yourself in that you don't have an EBU  (Effective Business Unit) - you only have the help of  VA'S (Virtual Assistants) and technology.  So you could be earning equivalent to what a Million-Dollar Agent would be earning after taking out expenses and you have NO intention of being a Million-Dollar Agent. And I want to say clearly the focus of and this podcast is NOT about being a Million Dollar Agent -  our focus is balance. We want to Work Hard and Play Hard. , you're on the coal face listing and selling .. I'm not - however, I've been there done that.  I've had real estate offices - and now I'm still very close to the coalface talking to agents every day through my Coaching, Training and the Facebook group let's talk about real estate. You love technology and what it can do.   So do I.  And we will explore technology over future episodes. You investigate things.  You don't jump into things  - I'm normally more spontaneous and I look for people like you that have done the research. You think analytically. We've done quite a few interviews together and you're open to what we talk about.  Not precious and we can have discussions. We can say what we think. You're funny. However, I'm funnier. NOW to Danny Hayes and Big Brother.  Danny Hayes has successful real estate offices in Victoria. with his business partner He has a YouTube Channel called where he rides where he shouldn't. So.   WHAT DO YOU THINK…. Is Danny going to win big brother? What do you think of him? I hope Danny wins.. however, I can't help but think that they are setting up or to win? I think so.. Here are my thoughts on what he's brought into the Big Brother House being a leader, a business owner, team builder, real estate agent and entrepreneur. He does deals - more importantly - He looks for deals  -   he looks for opportunities Has a contingency plan - a plan B every time He's honest and open - he's not sneaky He's vulnerable and asks for help - He admits his faults He tries to protect the vulnerable He's loyal - he doesn't like disloyalty He's an influencer - he can get people to see his way by showing them how it will affect them He uses WHATEVER he has available to influence people Building alliances - Getting everyone focused on the game and the objective of the game - the outcome.. The strategy He's strategically thinking about winning  - who he needs onside and the vision for how he can make that happen. He's getting big brother onside and thinking about what the public are going to think of him. - talking to big brother is equivalent to talking to viewers.. He's tactical. He's being himself He's upfront - you know where you stand He uses humour He makes his goals known He created a following as an influencer on YouTube and was well known in real estate prior through his video marketing. He adapts and is flexible He responds to change - he pivots.. He's willing to change He's being accepted for himself He is him.. And he attracts his tribe So.. we need to be ourselves.. Be you and in saying that..... What's acceptable behaviour as a real estate agent? What WOULD you do in a listing appointment or buyer appointment? What WOULDN'T you do? Clothes -  Wear a polo shirt? Bag the competition? Drink alcohol? Swear? Wear socks / No socks? Burp? Be very structured with a listing kit or not? Be a rock star - pull up like you are a celebrity? Smoke? Wear your shoes in the house? Park the car in someone's driveway? Use their toilet? Answer your phone? What does everyone else think listening? In the comments Please tell us... Danny got a new dog and has to train and discipline the dog. Is this a form of how God treats us? Possibly. Is Danny’s dog coping with being an animal that has to obey commands now? Most likely. Is Danny tired by disciplining a dog at all hours of the morning? Absolutely. Discipline from God’s perspective is not something meant to keep us down, strip us of our divinity or condemn us. It comes from the same place as a Father who loves his children disciplines them out of love. For the Christian, we must willingly accept the love of God that comes in the form of discipline. Furthermore, this differs from condemnation which tells us we are worthless whereas discipline simply seeks to make us more like our Heavenly Father. “Consider him who endured from sinners such hostility against himself, so that you may not grow weary or fainthearted. In your struggle against sin you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your blood. And have you forgotten the exhortation that addresses you as sons? “My son, do not regard lightly the discipline of the Lord, nor be weary when reproved by him. For the Lord disciplines the one he loves, and chastises every son whom he receives.” It is for discipline that you have to endure. God is treating you as sons. For what son is there whom his father does not discipline? If you are left without discipline, in which all have participated, then you are illegitimate children and not sons. Besides this, we have had earthly fathers who disciplined us and we respected them. Shall we not much more be subject to the Father of spirits and live? For they disciplined us for a short time as it seemed best to them, but he disciplines us for our good, that we may share his holiness. For the moment all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.” (Hebrews 12:3-11, ESV)We want to hear from you!
