La palabra traducida como "contentarme" en el mundo griego se usaba "para describir a la persona que a través de la disciplina se había independizado de las circunstancias externas". * La Nueva Versión Internacional la traduce con las palabras: "He aprendido a estar satisfecho". Este es un camino que implica disciplina.Pablo comprendió que su felicidad no dependía de lo externo, de lo mucho o poco que pudiera obtener. Aprendió a estar "contento" con lo que tuviese, porque el secreto de su gozo radicaba en "tener" a Cristo. Es en ese contexto que aparece la famosa declaración: "A todo puedo hacerle frente, gracias a Cristo que me fortalece" (Filipenses 4:13). Mark A. Cohen has long been ahead of the curve. After 25 years as an accomplished trial lawyer, he founded one of the first legal process outsourcing companies and then cofounded Clearspire, the groundbreaking two-company law firm and service provider that became the blueprint for a new generation of innovative legal services providers. Now, Cohen puts his experience to work as a legal business consultant, providing services and training to law firms, legal departments and other organizations through his consulting firm LegalMosaic. He is also a widely read thought leader for his column at Forbes, where he writes about the business of law, now and into the future. Cohen is also Distinguished Fellow at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and was recently appointed by the Singapore Academy of Law to serve as its inaugural LIFTED Catalyst-in-Residence. The regulatory body that oversees the legal profession in England and Wales, the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), has enacted a major overhaul of legal training and solicitor licensure. This will take effect in 2020. On Lawyer 2 Lawyer, hosts Bob Ambrogi and Craig Williams join attorney Mark A. Cohen, CEO of Legal Mosaic and Julie Brannan, Director of Education and Training for the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), as they discuss how the U.K. is eliminating the requirement of attending law school in favor of a skills exam. They talk about that exam, its potential impact on law students and the legal community, and whether or not the United States will adopt a similar practice. Mark Cohen, the CEO of Legal Mosaic, is a Distinguished Lecturer in Law at Georgetown Law School and writes a weekly column on the global legal marketplace for Forbes. Mark recently wrote a piece for Forbes titled, “A British Reboot of Legal Education-- Law School Optional.” Julie Brannan is the director of education and training for the Solicitors Regulation Authority better known as the SRA out of the U.K. She joined the SRA in October 2013, and since then has been leading the Training for Tomorrow review of legal education and training.
