ਸੋਰਠਿ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥ ਗਈ ਬਹੋੜੁ ਬੰਦੀ ਛੋੜੁ ਨਿਰੰਕਾਰੁ ਦੁਖਦਾਰੀ ॥ ਕਰਮੁ ਨ ਜਾਣਾ ਧਰਮੁ ਨ ਜਾਣਾ ਲੋਭੀ ਮਾਇਆਧਾਰੀ ॥ ਨਾਮੁ ਪਰਿਓ ਭਗਤੁ ਗੋਵਿੰਦ ਕਾ ਇਹ ਰਾਖਹੁ ਪੈਜ ਤੁਮਾਰੀ ॥੧॥ ਹਰਿ ਜੀਉ ਨਿਮਾਣਿਆ ਤੂ ਮਾਣੁ ॥ ਨਿਚੀਜਿਆ ਚੀਜ ਕਰੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਗੋਵਿੰਦੁ ਤੇਰੀ ਕੁਦਰਤਿ ਕਉ ਕੁਰਬਾਣੁ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ ਜੈਸਾ ਬਾਲਕੁ ਭਾਇ ਸੁਭਾਈ ਲਖ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਕਮਾਵੈ ॥ ਕਰਿ ਉਪਦੇਸੁ ਝਿੜਕੇ ਬਹੁ ਭਾਤੀ ਬਹੁੜਿ ਪਿਤਾ ਗਲਿ ਲਾਵੈ ॥ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਅਉਗੁਣ ਬਖਸਿ ਲਏ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਆਗੈ ਮਾਰਗਿ ਪਾਵੈ ॥੨॥ ਹਰਿ ਅੰਤਰਜਾਮੀ ਸਭ ਬਿਧਿ ਜਾਣੈ ਤਾ ਕਿਸੁ ਪਹਿ ਆਖਿ ਸੁਣਾਈਐ ॥ ਕਹਣੈ ਕਥਨਿ ਨ ਭੀਜੈ ਗੋਬਿੰਦੁ ਹਰਿ ਭਾਵੈ ਪੈਜ ਰਖਾਈਐ ॥ ਅਵਰ ਓਟ ਮੈ ਸਗਲੀ ਦੇਖੀ ਇਕ ਤੇਰੀ ਓਟ ਰਹਾਈਐ ॥੩॥ ਹੋਇ ਦਇਆਲੁ ਕਿਰਪਾਲੁ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਠਾਕੁਰੁ ਆਪੇ ਸੁਣੈ ਬੇਨੰਤੀ ॥ ਪੂਰਾ ਸਤਗੁਰੁ ਮੇਲਿ ਮਿਲਾਵੈ ਸਭ ਚੂਕੈ ਮਨ ਕੀ ਚਿੰਤੀ ॥ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਅਵਖਦੁ ਮੁਖਿ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਸੁਖਿ ਵਸੰਤੀ ॥੪॥੧੨॥੬੨॥ ਅਰਥ: ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਜੀ! ਤੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਣ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈਂ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੋਰ ਕੋਈ ਮਾਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ। ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਤਾਕਤ ਤੋਂ ਸਦਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਮੇਰਾ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਨਕਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੀ ਆਦਰ-ਜੋਗ ਬਣਾ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ।ਰਹਾਉ। ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਤੂੰ (ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੀ) ਗਵਾਚੀ ਹੋਈ (ਰਾਸਿ-ਪੂੰਜੀ) ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਸ ਦਿਵਾਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈਂ, ਤੂੰ (ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ) ਕੈਦ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਛੁਡਾਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈਂ, ਤੇਰਾ ਕੋਈ ਖ਼ਾਸ ਸਰੂਪ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ, ਤੂੰ (ਜੀਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ) ਦੁੱਖਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਢਾਰਸ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈਂ। ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਮੈਂ ਕੋਈ ਚੰਗਾ ਕਰਮ ਕੋਈ ਚੰਗਾ ਧਰਮ ਕਰਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ, ਮੈਂ ਲੋਭ ਵਿਚ ਫਸਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਮੈਂ ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਮੋਹ ਵਿਚ ਗ੍ਰਸਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਪਰ ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਮੇਰਾ ਨਾਮ 'ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਦਾ ਭਗਤ' ਪੈ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸੋ, ਹੁਣ ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਆਪ ਲਾਜ ਰੱਖ।੧। ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕੋਈ ਬੱਚਾ ਆਪਣੀ ਲਗਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸੁਭਾਵ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਗ਼ਲਤੀਆਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦਾ ਪਿਉ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਕਈ ਤਰੀਕਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਝਿੜਕਦਾ ਭੀ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਫਿਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਗਲ ਨਾਲ (ਉਸ ਨੂੰ) ਲਾ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ-ਪਿਤਾ ਭੀ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਗੁਨਾਹ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤੇ ਅਗਾਂਹ ਵਾਸਤੇ (ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇ) ਠੀਕ ਰਸਤੇ ਉਤੇ ਪਾ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ।੧। ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਹਰੇਕ ਦੇ ਦਿਲ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ, (ਜੀਵਾਂ ਦੀ) ਹਰੇਕ (ਆਤਮਕ) ਹਾਲਤ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ। (ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ) ਹੋਰ ਕਿਸ ਪਾਸ (ਆਪਣੀ ਬਿਰਥਾ) ਆਖ ਕੇ ਸੁਣਾਈ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ? ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨਿਰੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਬਾਨੀ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ। (ਕਰਣੀ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਜੇਹੜਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ) ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਗਾ ਲੱਗ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦੀ ਉਹ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਰੱਖ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਮੈਂ ਹੋਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਆਸਰੇ ਵੇਖ ਲਏ ਹਨ, ਮੈਂ ਇਕ ਤੇਰਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਹੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।੩। ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਮਾਲਕ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਇਆਵਾਨ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਕਿਰਪਾਲ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਆਪ ਹੀ (ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੀ) ਬੇਨਤੀ ਸੁਣ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਮੇਲ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਮਿਲਾ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ (ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ, ਉਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ) ਮਨ ਦੀ ਹਰੇਕ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਮੁੱਕ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਹੇ ਦਾਸ ਨਾਨਕ! ਆਖ-ਗੁਰੂ ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ) ਮੂੰਹ ਵਿਚ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ-ਦਵਾਈ ਪਾ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਆਤਮਕ ਆਨੰਦ ਵਿਚ ਜੀਵਨ ਬਿਤੀਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।੪।੧੨।੬੨। SORAT'H, FIFTH MEHL: The Restorer of what was taken away, the Liberator from captivity; the Formless Lord, the Destroyer of pain. ਸੋਰਠਿ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ਘਰੁ ੩ ਚਉਪਦੇ ੴ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥ ਮਿਲਿ ਪੰਚਹੁ ਨਹੀ ਸਹਸਾ ਚੁਕਾਇਆ ॥ ਸਿਕਦਾਰਹੁ ਨਹ ਪਤੀਆਇਆ ॥ ਉਮਰਾਵਹੁ ਆਗੈ ਝੇਰਾ ॥ ਮਿਲਿ ਰਾਜਨ ਰਾਮ ਨਿਬੇਰਾ ॥੧॥ ਅਬ ਢੂਢਨ ਕਤਹੁ ਨ ਜਾਈ ॥ ਗੋਬਿਦ ਭੇਟੇ ਗੁਰ ਗੋਸਾਈ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ ਆਇਆ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਦਰਬਾਰਾ ॥ ਤਾ ਸਗਲੀ ਮਿਟੀ ਪੂਕਾਰਾ ॥ ਲਬਧਿ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਾਈ ॥ ਤਾ ਕਤ ਆਵੈ ਕਤ ਜਾਈ ॥੨॥ ਤਹ ਸਾਚ ਨਿਆਇ ਨਿਬੇਰਾ ॥ ਊਹਾ ਸਮ ਠਾਕੁਰੁ ਸਮ ਚੇਰਾ ॥ ਅੰਤਰਜਾਮੀ ਜਾਨੈ ॥ ਬਿਨੁ ਬੋਲਤ ਆਪਿ ਪਛਾਨੈ ॥੩॥ ਸਰਬ ਥਾਨ ਕੋ ਰਾਜਾ ॥ ਤਹ ਅਨਹਦ ਸਬਦ ਅਗਾਜਾ ॥ ਤਿਸੁ ਪਹਿ ਕਿਆ ਚਤੁਰਾਈ ॥ ਮਿਲੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਆਪੁ ਗਵਾਈ ॥੪॥੧॥੫੧॥ ਅਰਥ: ਜਦੋਂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਨੂੰ, ਗੁਰੂ ਨੂੰ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਦੇ ਖਸਮ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਪਏ, ਤਦੋਂ ਹੁਣ (ਕਾਮਾਦਿਕ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੈ ਰਹੇ ਸਹਿਮ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਣ ਲਈ) ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਥਾਂ (ਆਸਰਾ) ਭਾਲਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਨਾਹ ਰਹਿ ਗਈ।ਰਹਾਉ। ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਨਗਰ ਦੇ ਪੈਂਚਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ (ਕਾਮਾਦਿਕ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੈ ਰਿਹਾ) ਸਹਿਮ ਦੂਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ। ਸਰਦਾਰਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਭੀ ਤਸੱਲੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲ ਸਕਦੀ (ਕਿ ਇਹ ਵੈਰੀ ਤੰਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਗੇ) ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਹਾਕਮਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਭੀ ਇਹ ਝਗੜਾ (ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਿਆਂ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਦਾ) ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਪਾਤਿਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ (ਤੇ, ਕਾਮਾਦਿਕ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਡਰ ਮੁੱਕ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ) ।੧। ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਜਦੋਂ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਹਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਵਿਚ ਪਹੁੰਚਦਾ ਹੈ (ਚਿੱਤ ਜੋੜਦਾ ਹੈ) , ਤਦੋਂ ਇਸ ਦੀ (ਕਾਮਾਦਿਕ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ) ਸਾਰੀ ਸ਼ਿਕੈਤ ਮੁੱਕ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਤਦੋਂ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਉਹ ਵਸਤ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਸਦਾ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਣੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਤਦੋਂ ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਢਹੇ ਚੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਭਟਕਣੋਂ ਬਚ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।੨। ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਹਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਵਿਚ ਸਦਾ ਕਾਇਮ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ (ਕਾਮਾਦਿਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਟੱਕਰ ਦਾ) ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦਰਗਾਹ ਵਿਚ (ਜਾਬਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਲਿਹਾਜ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ) ਮਾਲਕ ਤੇ ਨੌਕਰ ਇਕੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਸਮਝਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਹਰੇਕ ਦੇ ਦਿਲ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ (ਹਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਵਿਚ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਵਾਲੀਏ ਦੇ ਦਿਲ ਦੀ) ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ, (ਉਸ ਦੇ) ਬੋਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਆਪ (ਉਸ ਦੇ ਦਿਲ ਦੀ ਪੀੜਾ ਨੂੰ) ਸਮਝ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ।੩। ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਸਾਰੇ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਾਪ-ਅਵਸਥਾ ਵਿਚ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤਿ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਦੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਇਕ-ਰਸ ਪੂਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਪਾ ਲੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ (ਤੇ, ਮਨੁੱਖ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਾਮਾਦਿਕ ਵੈਰੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾ ਸਕਦੇ) । (ਪਰ, ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣ ਵਾਸਤੇ) ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਈ ਚਲਾਕੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ। ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਆਖ-ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਜੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ) ਆਪਾ-ਭਾਵ ਗਵਾ ਕੇ (ਉਸ ਨੂੰ) ਮਿਲ।੪।੧।੫੧। SORAT'H, FIFTH MEHL, THIRD HOUSE, CHAU-PADAS: ONE UNIVERSAL CREATOR GOD. Now that I have attained what I had sought, where should I come and where should I go? || 2 || There, true justice is administered. There, the Lord Master and His disciple are one and the same. The Inner-knower, the Searcher of hearts, knows. Without our speaking, He understands. || 3 || He is the King of all places. There, the unstruck melody of the Shabad resounds. ਸੋਰਠਿ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥ ਰਾਜਨ ਮਹਿ ਰਾਜਾ ਉਰਝਾਇਓ ਮਾਨਨ ਮਹਿ ਅਭਿਮਾਨੀ ॥ ਲੋਭਨ ਮਹਿ ਲੋਭੀ ਲੋਭਾਇਓ ਤਿਉ ਹਰਿ ਰੰਗਿ ਰਚੇ ਗਿਆਨੀ ॥੧॥ ਹਰਿ ਜਨ ਕਉ ਇਹੀ ਸੁਹਾਵੈ ॥ ਪੇਖਿ ਨਿਕਟਿ ਕਰਿ ਸੇਵਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਹਰਿ ਕੀਰਤਨਿ ਹੀ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤਾਵੈ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ ਅਮਲਨ ਸਿਉ ਅਮਲੀ ਲਪਟਾਇਓ ਭੂਮਨ ਭੂਮਿ ਪਿਆਰੀ ॥ ਖੀਰ ਸੰਗਿ ਬਾਰਿਕੁ ਹੈ ਲੀਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਸੰਤ ਐਸੇ ਹਿਤਕਾਰੀ ॥੨॥ ਬਿਦਿਆ ਮਹਿ ਬਿਦੁਅੰਸੀ ਰਚਿਆ ਨੈਨ ਦੇਖਿ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਵਹਿ ॥ ਜੈਸੇ ਰਸਨਾ ਸਾਦਿ ਲੁਭਾਨੀ ਤਿਉ ਹਰਿ ਜਨ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਵਹਿ ॥੩॥ ਜੈਸੀ ਭੂਖ ਤੈਸੀ ਕਾ ਪੂਰਕੁ ਸਗਲ ਘਟਾ ਕਾ ਸੁਆਮੀ ॥ ਨਾਨਕ ਪਿਆਸ ਲਗੀ ਦਰਸਨ ਕੀ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਅੰਤਰਜਾਮੀ ॥੪॥੫॥੧੬॥ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਭਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਇਹੀ ਕਾਰ ਚੰਗੀ ਲੱਗਦੀ ਹੈ। (ਭਗਤ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ) ਅੰਗ-ਸੰਗ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ, ਤੇ, ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤਿ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।ਰਹਾਉ। (ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਜਿਵੇਂ) ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਰਾਜਾ ਮਗਨ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਮਾਣ ਵਧਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਆਦਰ-ਮਾਣ ਦਾ ਭੁੱਖਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਪਰਚਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਲਾਲਚੀ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਲਾਲਚ ਵਧਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਆਹਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਫਸਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਿਵੇਂ ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੀ ਸੂਝ ਵਾਲਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ-ਰੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਮਸਤ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।੧। ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਚੰਬੜਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਪਿਆਰੀ ਲੱਗਦੀ ਹੈ, ਬੱਚਾ ਦੁੱਧ ਨਾਲ ਪਰਚਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੰਤ ਜਨ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨਾਲ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।੨। ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਵਿਦਵਾਨ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਵਿੱਦਿਆ (ਪੜ੍ਹਨ ਪੜਾਣ) ਵਿਚ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅੱਖਾਂ (ਪਦਾਰਥ) ਵੇਖ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਸੁਖ ਮਾਣਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਜਿਵੇਂ ਜੀਭ (ਸੁਆਦਲੇ ਪਦਾਰਥਾਂ ਦੇ) ਸੁਆਦ (ਚੱਖਣ) ਵਿਚ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਤਿਵੇਂ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਭਗਤ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤਿ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਦੇ ਗੀਤ ਗਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।੩। ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਸਾਰੇ ਸਰੀਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਜਿਹੋ ਜਿਹੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਜੀਵ ਦੀ ਲਾਲਸਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਉਹੋ ਜਿਹੀ ਹੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ। ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ) ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਦਰਸਨ ਦੀ ਪਿਆਸ ਲੱਗਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਲ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ (ਆਪ) ਆ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ।੪।੫।੧੬। SORAT'H, FIFTH MEHL: As the king is entangled in kingly affairs, and the egotist in his own egotism, and the greedy man is enticed by greed, so is the spiritually enlightened being absorbed in the Love of the Lord. || 1 || This is what befits the Lord's servant. Beholding the Lord near at hand, he serves the True Guru, and he is satisfied through the Kirtan of the Lord's Praises. || Pause || The addict is addicted to his drug, and the landlord is in love with his land. As the baby is attached to his milk, so the Saint is in love with God. || 2 || The scholar is absorbed in scholarship, and the eyes are happy to see. As the tongue savors the tastes, so does the humble servant of the Lord sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord. || 3 || As is the hunger, so is the fulfiller; He is the Lord and Master of all hearts. Thank you. Yesterday morning I was experiencing frustration and every-minute impatience. it was one of those days where every little thing was met with something impeding me. I was dropping things, and one thing led to another. I began to outwardly vocalize words of constant irritation. I would stop and pray asking for forgiveness for outbursts and negative words, only seconds later to be doing it again. At one point I let out another verbal grievance, and immediately, a partial scripture entered into my mind: "Which things the angels long to look into...." Philippians 1:12. I stood there knowing it was the Lord who brought that to me. I was met with deepening understanding as I meditated on that word. The understanding was very clear. It is not only the Lord and our Father in heaven that are looking upon us. It was not only the eyes of the Holy Ghost, "the Searcher," who is searching us out, but the eyes of the angels that are all around us too. I was shown by the Holy Spirit that all the angels do not understand the mystery of salvation given to us. They do not know the sweetness of redemption. They have no experiential knowledge of grace and salvation. Angels in heaven have not been separated from God, nor have they personally known reconciliation or the depth of intimacy that follows. It is a foreign concept that piques their curiosity. The Greek word for “to look into” means “to physically stoop down, peer intently, and inspect curiously.” It seems to mean a strained attention to something which has caught the eye somewhat out of usual line of sight. They are always looking at us and it seemed important to the Lord to have me acknowledge this. There also seems to be a responsibility to our character that God takes seriously regarding what they are watching us say and do. Make sure you are walking in the ways of the Lord and let them rejoice in Jesus Christ in you. "One unkind thought of another, one belittling thought even, unless rejected and forbidden, is enough to bring us crashing down. Thank you. The qualifications list for bishops and deacons really should be qualifications for all believers. And not just qualifications per se but the new life of Christ living within us. Each feature mentioned should already be active and at work in everyone at some degree of growth. These are all elements of the character of the new birth. The will being exercised in all paths of this life. Yes, it is necessary that these offices demand purity for good reason. Purity is always a requirement in those who are over other's lives. I have read these passages for decades. Yet today I realized that this must not be only for a "select" few, or those who stand above the rest respectively. Because though an individual can pass the check list of requirements, they can still be unqualified by the Holy Ghost, the Searcher, who can see sins beneath. Sins of disposition, secret sins, and "darkness in part." Should these few only stand as a special class and the body of Christ be anything less? Should this list stand only for leadership candidates alone? Sadly and unfortunately this has long been the case. Many stand afar off never thinking they are good enough, they never go any further. Never try to attain to these twenty-nine requirements in efforts for position. Only those who in pure-hearted love for Jesus Christ have His life flow in all these things naturally. Never in any earthly office. Your aim will be much higher. Love is at the deepest root of all these things. Information seeking and integration is a complex cognitive task that consumes enormous time and effort. Inspired by the remarkable progress of Large Language Models, recent works attempt to solve this task by combining LLMs and search engines. However, these methods still obtain unsatisfying performance due to three challenges: (1) complex requests often cannot be accurately and completely retrieved by the search engine once (2) corresponding information to be integrated is spread over multiple web pages along with massive noise, and (3) a large number of web pages with long contents may quickly exceed the maximum context length of LLMs. Inspired by the cognitive process when humans solve these problems, we introduce MindSearch to mimic the human minds in web information seeking and integration, which can be instantiated by a simple yet effective LLM-based multi-agent framework. The WebPlanner models the human mind of multi-step information seeking as a dynamic graph construction process: it decomposes the user query into atomic sub-questions as nodes in the graph and progressively extends the graph based on the search result from WebSearcher. Tasked with each sub-question, WebSearcher performs hierarchical information retrieval with search engines and collects valuable information for WebPlanner. The multi-agent design of MindSearch enables the whole framework to seek and integrate information parallelly from larger-scale (e.g., more than 300) web pages in 3 minutes, which is worth 3 hours of human effort. MindSearch demonstrates significant improvement in the response quality in terms of depth and breadth, on both close-set and open-set QA problems. I wasn't anxious about what mix of equity and debt to include in a letter of intent, but was instead anxious about the prospect of not finding a company to acquire at all after spending two years in pursuit of one. For this reason, I thought it might be helpful to compile some of the lessons that I've learned over the years that cover the “human side” of acquisition entrepreneurship. I hope at least one of them provides you with a reason to reflect on your own situation, and perhaps make a change for the better in the process.
Geoff Duckworth's story is that of a self-funded search that transformed him from being an employee at a larger firm, to CEO of an enduringly profitable small business, to seller of the company that he had run for years. It was after reading Rick and Royce's book, HBR Guide To Buying A Small Business, that he decided to pursue the path of entrepreneurship through acquisition. In this episode, Geoff shares reflections on his experiences as an acquisition entrepreneur, including why he decided to stop working for others and buy his own business; how he sourced companies that were for sale; the qualities he saw in the business he ultimately bought; how he financed the acquisition; and insights on his time spent at the company helm and beyond. If you're familiar with Tana French, it's likely for her Dublin Murder Squad series of crime novels that kicked off in 2007 with "In the Woods." But her new book, "The Hunter," a sequel to 2020's "The Searcher," takes place outside of that series.In this episode of the podcast, speaking to Sarah Lyall about her shift to new characters, French said, "I wasn't comfortable with sticking to the detective's perspective anymore. I think from the perspective of a detective, a murder investigation is a very specific thing. It's a source of power and control. It's a way that you can retrieve order after the disruption that murder has caused. But I kept thinking there are so many other perspectives within that investigation for whom this investigation is not a source of power or control or truth and justice. It's the opposite. It's something that just barrels into your life and upends it and can cause permanent damage."

Once there, they begin riding at the Rancho Santa Fe Equestrian, where horses (and murder) are a lifestyle. Holly's key takeaways were: From the start we learn that someone is dead, and then Brazier weaves us through the lead up to the incident with alternating perspectives from Heather, her daughters, and other “Barn Moms” at the stables. There are distinct socioeconomic themes and dynamics in this book; Heather is newly wealthy and determined to give her daughters the life she never had, but the established families in the community are suspicious and judgemental. This book is full of characters that are flawed, hurt, downright unlikeable and their internal challenges clash against their peers as they feed their ambitions and fight for what they believe they deserve. The Heart (21:44): Devin discussed Done and Dusted by Lyla Sage, a novel following professional barrel racer Emmy Ryder as she returns to her hometown of Meadowlark, Wyoming after an accident renders her unable to get back on her horse. Once there, she's met with more than she expected as her brother's best friend, Luke Brooks, becomes more than just an occasional thorn in her side. Devin's key takeaways were: If you're looking for some horse energy, this is the book for you. Emmy's family owns Rebel Blue Ranch which raises cattle, horses, gives riding lessons and embraces the classic western vibes. Luke and Emmy spend most of their time around horses and the deepening of their romantic dynamic is part and parcel with those interactions. The story does not hold back on the steam front; this book is almost shockingly sexy and involves dirty talk. If you're looking for a more subtle, closed door romance vibe, tread lightly with this book. If you're not, join Devin for an absolute blast. Sage has ADHD herself and worked hard to bring more authentic representation of the disorder with Emmy. Both she and Luke have traumas and experiences that inform and block their connection that they work through together to grow as people (and together).
