It was with great sadness as we saw facebook light up with 'Rest in Peace' shout outs to "Romanthony" (real name Anthony Moore, 1967 – May 2013). In Toronto we grew up with Romanthony records like his four-vinyl "Romanworld" compilation, and singles in that album and pre-dated that album like "Now You Want Me" (a Toronto anthem at 3am sat. ngt. warehouse sessions- one of our favourite instrumental house tracks). Other fav vinyls like "Testify", "Trojan Horse", "Bring U Up" and everyone's favorite "Let Me Show You Love".Time moves past us relentlessly and we have to be thankful and make the best of each day. Our apologies, there is a slight train wreck near the end after "Play with the Voice", but other than that it is a pretty smooth run with lots of sweet house vocals and deep and funky house beats. Happy New Year!! 2017 is going to be amazing for everyone! Thank you for giving us a listen! We appreciate it. We have loved house since we were 16yr old boys and all this new amazing music helps re-energize us every time. This is actually our 100th mix on this podcast site!! It's been almost 7yrs since we've had this site, however, the mixes on this site represent our 20+ yrs history of DJing and loving house music with some of the earlier work transferred from cassette tapes and CDs.
