This time with DJ Anka, a part of: Disco Sprizz, fem*vak, and Italo Fundamentalo from Leipzig, Germany. Enjoy It Kurt Kjergaard INFO: Get ready for a groovy journey through acid and synths. This set is inspired by the psychedelic eara in the 70's. ANKA mixes new indie dance with retro edits and creates colourful sets. As part of the feminist network „fem*vak“ and the Leipzig collective „Italo Fundamentalo“, they organize a queer FLINTA party series "Disco Sprizz". For them music is liberation and self-empowerment - it's all about heating up the dance floor and making people happy!

Šodien, 15. novembrī, Sanfrancisko tiek atklāts kārtējais Āzijas un Klusā okeāna ekonomiskās sadarbības jeb APEC forums. Kā jau liecina nosaukums, šī Klusā okeāna akvatorijas sadarbības formāta mērķis ir ekonomiskās izaugsmes, investīviju un tirdzniecisko sakaru veicināšana. Forums tika iedibināts 1989. gadā, un sākotnēji tajā iesaistījās 11 dalībnieki: ASV, Austrālija, Bruneja, Filipīnas, Indonēzija, Japāna, Jaunzēlande, Kanāda, Dienvidkoreja, Malaizija, Singapūra un Taizeme. Nākamās desmitgades laikā pievienojās vēl desmit – Ķīna, Honkonga (tobrīd vēl britu koloniālais valdījums), Taivāna, Meksika, Papua-Jaungvineja, Čīle, Krievija, Peru un Vjetnama. Oficiālajā foruma protokolā tiek lietots apzīmējums „ekonomika”, nevis „dalībvalsts”, kas ļauj tajā piedalīties arī Honkongai un Taivānai, pēdējai gan ar nosaukumu „Ķīnas Taipeja” un ne kādas valsts amatpersonas pārstāvētai, ko nosaka kontinentālās Ķīnas nostāja Taivānas suverenitātes jautājumā. Šogad arī Krieviju pārstāv otrā ranga amatpersona – viens no premjerministra vietniekiem Aleksejs Overčuks. Gaidītākais notikums Sanfrancisko ir ārpus foruma pamatprogrammas – tā ir Savienoto Valstu un Ķīnas prezidentu Džo Baidena un Sji Dzjiņpina tikšanās. Iepriekšējo reizi abi aci pret aci runāja tieši pirms gada citā forumā – G20 valstu samitā. Starplaikā abu superlielvalstu attiecības spilgtinājuši tādi notikumi, kā ķīniešu spiegošanas zondes pārlidojums Savienoto Valstu teritorijai un tās notriekšana, ķīniešu hakeru veiktā Savienoto Valstu tirdzniecības ministres Džīnas Reimondo e-pasta sarakstes uzlaušana un Vašingtonas aizliegums eksportēt uz Ķīnu modernākās mikroshēmas. Siltumu šais attiecībās nevieš arī Pekinas nostāja Krievijas agresijas sakarā un militāro muskuļu demonstrēšana Taivānas virzienā. Kā norāda analītiķi, nekāds pēkšņs attiecību atkusnis Sanfrancisko neesot sagaidāms. Taču viņi arī izsakās, ka, ja tikšanās ļaus izvairīties no turpmākas attiecību pasliktināšanās abu lielvaru starpā, tas jau būs panākums. Visreālākā konkrētā vienošanās varētu būt abu valstu militāro resoru tiešas saziņas atjaunošana; Ķīna šo saziņu pārtrauca pērnvasar pēc Pārstāvju palātas spīkeres Nensijas Pelosi vizītes Taivānā. Kā norāda Vašingtonas administrācijas pārstāvji, prezidents Baidens sarunās pievērsīsies jautājumiem par Ķīnā ražoto bruņojuma detaļu piegādi Krievijai, par sankcionētās Krievijas un Irānas naftas iepirkšanu un iespējamu Ķīnas spiedienu uz Irānu, lai atturētu to no tālākas situācijas eskalācijas Tuvējos Austrumos. Tomēr Ķīnas autoritārā līdera gatavību nākt pretim šīm Vašingtonas gaidām, visdrīzāk, jāuzlūko ar skepsi. Kamerons atgriežas Pārmaiņas britu valdībā tika sagaidītas jau labu laiku. Pārāk daudzi no kabineta locekļiem premjerministram Riši Sunakam tika mantojumā no viņa priekšgājējas Lizas Trasas, un bija paredzams, ka agri vai vēlu toriju līderis pārdiegs valdību vairāk pa savam mēram. Tomēr pārmaiņas, kuras tika publiskotas pirmdien, dažā ziņā ir ekstravagantas. Tas noteikti sakāms par jauno ārlietu ministru Deividu Kameronu – Lielbritānijas valdības vadītāju no 2010. līdz 2016. gadam. Tieši viņš bija tas, kurš, breksitistu ietekmes spiests, piekrita liktenīgajam referendumam un demisionēja pēc tam, kad tas beidzās ar britu elektorāta lēmumu pamest Eiropas Savienību. Nav šaubu, ka viņa pieredze un sakari patiešām var lieti noderēt Sunaka valdībai, taču ekspremjera darbošanās viņam nesusi arī pāris reputācijas problēmas, t.sk. pārmetumus, ka Šrilankas galvaspilsētas Kolombo ostas attīstības projekts, kuru Kamerons aktīvi virzījis starptautiski, varētu radīt nozīmīgu Ķīnas ietekmes bāzi. Vēl viens problēmjautājums ir jaunā ārlietu resora vadītāja atskaitīšanās parlamentam. Kamerons ir Lordu palātas loceklis, un Parlamenta procedūra neparedz lordu iztaujāšanu apakšnamā. Jādomā, konkrētais katalizators valdības pārvedei bija vajadzība nomainīt līdzšinējo iekšlietu ministri Suellu Brāvermenu. Pagājušajā nedēļā viņa publicēja rakstu, kurā pārmeta Londonas policijai, ka tā adekvāti strikti kontrolējot labējo radikāļi publiskās akcijas, bet tikām caur pirkstiem skatoties uz līdzīgām izrīcībām no Gazas palestīniešu atbalstītāju puses. Tā kā publikācijas teksts, pretēji pieņemtajai kārtībai, nebija saskaņots ar valdības preses dienestu, ministrei tas maksāja portfeli. Viņas vietu jaunajā kabineta struktūrā ieņems līdzšinējais ārlietu ministrs Džeimss Kleverlijs. Līdzšinējais veselības ministrs Stīvens Bārklejs turpmāk vadīs vides resoru, savukārt finansiāli ietilpīgo veselības nozari pārraudzīs Viktorija Etkinsa, savulaik ministre Borisa Džonsona valdībā, bet Sunaka kabinetā ieņēma vienu no augstākajiem amatiem Finanšu ministrijā. Pārmaiņas skārušas vēl vairākus toriju valdības posteņus, un var secināt, ka tām ir kā gluži subjektīvi, tā plašāki politiski motīvi. Kā izsakās raidsabiedrības BBC politiskais redaktors Kriss Meisons: „Ja jūs esat Riši Sunaks un raugāties uz to, kas nupat izskatās pēc iespējamas sakāves vispārējās vēlēšanās, tad ir vērts mēģināt.” Var atgādināt, ka nākamajām vēlēšanām Apvienotajā Karalistē jānotiek ne vēlāk kā 2025. gada 25. janvārī. Raraswati (Kontributor NarasiPost.Com dan Aktivis Muslimah Peduli Generasi) Voice over talent: Mimi Muthmainnah NarasiPost.Com-Aksi besar ribuan demonstran menyerbu kediaman resmi presiden dan sekretariatnya di ibu kota komersial Kolombo pada Sabtu (9/7/2022) waktu setempat, menjadi sorotan dunia. Krisis ekonomi yang melanda negeri tersebut membuat masyarakat protes keras terhadap Presiden Gotabaya Rajapaksa. Menurut kabar dari VIVA (10/7/2022), demi keselamatan sang Presiden, ia telah dipindahkan dari kediaman resminya sejak Jumat (8/7/2022). Demonstrasi untuk menggulingkan presiden Sri Lanka ini sebagai luapan emosi rakyat yang telah memuncak. Polisi yang sempat melepaskan tembakan ke udara, tidak mampu menghentikan gerakan massa yang ada di sekitar kediaman presiden. Para demonstran berusaha memasuki kediaman presiden dan mencicipi fasilitasnya (News Internasional, 10/7/2022). No amata atkāpies Lielbritānijas premjers Boriss Džonsons. To prasīja viņa pārstāvētās Konservatīvās partijas deputāti. Iemesli ir saistīti arī ar karantīnas režīma pārkāpumiem Dauningstrītā,  izšķērdīgu savas oficiālās rezidences renovāciju un nepiedienīgā uzvedībā apsūdzēta kandidāta iecelšanu augstā amatā. Džonsons gan amatu pametīs tikai tad, kad tiks atrasts viņa pēctecis, kas varētu notikt septembra sākumā. Pretendentu amatam pietiek. No amata atkāpies arī Šrilankas prezidents Gotabaja Radžapaksa, bet šīs demisijas iemesli ir pavisam citi. Tie saistās ar plašajiem nemieriem, ko valstī izraisījusi smagā ekonomiskā krīze. Protestētāji bija ielauzušies prezidenta oficiālajā rezidencē un kancelejā, taču Radžapaksa paspēja aizbēgt pirms demonstrantu ierašanās. ASV nerimst diskusijas par Augstākās tiesas spriedumu, kas faktiski liedz sievietēm tiesības pašām izlemt par abortu. Jūnija nogalē Augstākā tiesa atcēla pusgadsimtu senu spriedumu, kas atzina, ka šādas tiesības sievietēm ir noteiktas konstitūcijā. Līdz ar to ASV štati ar savu likumdošanu drīkst būtiski ierobežot vai aizliegt abortus. Tiek lēsts, ka šādus ierobežojumus vai aizliegumus varētu ieviest puse no ASV štatiem, turklāt 13 no tiem šādi likumi jau ir pieņemti. Aktualitātes vērtē TV24 žurnālists Kārlis Streips un Latvijas Universitātes asociētais profesors Daunis Auers. Džonsons aiziet Pagājusī ceturtdiena. 7. jūlijs, kļuva par pavērsiena punktu vienai no spilgtākajām personībām mūsdienu Eiropas un pasaules politikā – šai dienā Lielbritānijas premjerministrs Boriss Džonsons paziņoja par atkāpšanos no amata. Šo soli praktiski neizbēgamu padarīja divu viņa kabineta ministru – kanclera jeb finanšu ministra Riši Sunaka un veselības  sekretāra Sedžida Dževida – demisija, kam sekoja apmēram 60 zemāka ranga valdības locekļu atkāpšanās. Konkrētais situācijas detonators bija konservatīvo partijas parlamenta darba organizētāja vietnieka Krisa Pinčera nepiedienīga uzvedība, kādā privātā ballītē uzmācoties dažiem vīriešu kārtas viesiem. Lai gan līdzīgas epizodes Pinčera sakarā bijušas zināmas arī iepriekš, tas nav kavējis Džonsonu iekļaut viņu savā administrācijā. Tomēr šis atgadījums nebūtu kļuvis izšķirošs, ja ne virkne citu skandālu, kuri pēdējā laikā satricinājuši toriju partijas frakciju. Skaļākais no tiem saistīts ar ballītēm, kuras notikušas vairākos valdības birojos laikā, kad valstī bija noteikti strikti pulcēšanās ierobežojumi pandēmijas dēļ. Vienā no šādiem saviesīgiem vakariem piedalījies arī pats premjerministrs, par ko bijis spiests samaksāt policijas noteikto naudassodu. Tāpat pēdējā gada laikā seksa skandālu dēļ no amata nācies atkāpties diviem toriju partijas deputātiem, un vēlēšanās uz viņu vietām jūnija beigās konservatīvie zaudēja. Džonsona kabineta reputāciju apēnoja arī pieķeršana lobēšanas normu pārkāpšanā un nekontrolētos partijas sponsora naudas tēriņos premjera rezidences remontam. Ievērojot Borisa Džonsona nozīmīgo atbalstu Ukrainai tās karā pret agresorvalsti Krieviju, viņa demisija izraisījusi teju sajūsminātas reakcijas no Kremļa pārstāvju puses, savukārt Ukrainas prezidents Volodimirs Zelenskis paudis nožēlu. Vairāki Eiropas Savienības politiķi, t.sk. Īrijas premjerministrs Mihals Mārtins, pieminējuši Džonsonam viņa lomu „Breksita' procesā un pauduši cerības, ka viņa aiziešana nākšot par labu dialogam ar Lielbritāniju. Boriss Džonsons paliks premjera amatā līdz brīdim, kad Konservatīvā partija ievēlēs jaunu līderi. Balsojumam konservatīvo frakcijā jāsākas šodien, un tam nominēti astoņi kandidāti, starp kuriem ir demisionējušais kanclers Riši Sunaks un pašreizējais kanclers Nadims Zahavi, ārlietu ministre Liza Trasa, tirdzniecības ministre Penija Mordenta, bijušais ārlietu ministrs Džeremijs Hants. Klans zaudē varu Šrilankā Ietekmīgu ģimeņu jeb klanu loma Šrilankas politikā nav nekas jauns. Pagātnē valsts augstākos amatus ilgākā laika periodā ieņēmuši vīri no kalnrūpniekiem Senanajakēm vai Bandaranaikēm, kuri gadsimtiem ilgi bijuši eiropiešu koloniālo varu dienestā. Arī valsts dienviddaļas plantatori Radžapakšas ieņēma administratīvus un politiskus posteņus jau britu koloniālās administrācijas laikā pagājušā gadsimta pirmajā pusē, taču valsts politikas priekšplānā šis klans iznāca tikai 2005. gadā, kad par valsts prezidentu tika ievēlēts Mahinda Radžapakša. Ar prezidenta gādību viņa vairāki ģimenes locekļi drīz tika iecelti augstos valdības amatos. Tiek lēsts, ka atsevišķos laikposmos klana pārstāvji tieši vai netieši kontrolējuši apmēram 50%, pēc dažām aplēsēm – līdz pat 70% no valsts budžeta izlietojuma. Par politisko platformu ietekmīgajam klanam kalpo Šrilankas Tautas fronte, kas ietilpst apvienībā Šrilankas Tautas brīvības alianse. Lai gan šī apvienība tiek raksturota kā kreisi orientēta, pati Tautas fronte tiek dēvēta par konservatīvu. Radžapakšas sevi pozicionēja kā valsts lielākās etniskās grupas singāļu interešu aizstāvjus pretstatā tamilu u.c. minoritātēm, un šī nacionālistiskā ievirze līdz šim nodrošinājusi klanam nozīmīgu elektorāta atbalstu. 2019. gada prezidenta vēlēšanās uzvarēja Gotabaja Radžapakša, dažus mēnešus vēlāk ieceļot savu brāli Mahindu Radžapakšu par premjerministru. Klana varu vēl vairāk nostiprināja 2020. gada parlamenta vēlēšanas. Tomēr problēmas, kas uz pēdējo gadu globālo krīžu fona smagi skārušas nestabilo Šrilankas ekonomiku, izraisījušas plašu sabiedrības slāņu neapmierinātību ar varu. Nu jau vairāk nekā gadu šrilankieši izjūt akūtu pārtikas un degvielas trūkumu, kam pēdējā laikā pievienojušies arī strāvas padeves pārtraukumi. Jau kopš šī gada sākuma valstī vērsušās plašumā neapmierināto iedzīvotāju protesta akcijas, kuras vara mēģinājusi slāpēt ar policijas spēku, laižot darbā asaru gāzi un ūdensmetējus, kā arī organizējot savu atbalstītāju uzbrukumus demonstrantiem. Galu galā pēc asiņainām sadursmēm šī gada mijā no amata atkāpās premjerministrs Mahinda Radžapakša. Tomēr protesti nerimās, un nu kārta pienākusi viņa brālim prezidentam. 9. jūlijā saniknots pūlis ieņēma prezidenta rezidenci galvaspilsētā Kolombo, un drīz pēc tam prezidents paziņoja par savu gatavību atkāpties. Vairākas dienas par viņa atrašanās vietu nebija drošu ziņu, līdz šorīt kļuva zināms, ka bijušais prezidents kara lidmašīnā pametis valsti un devies uz kaimiņvalsti Maldīviju. Saskaņā ar Šrilankas likumdošanu vara valstī jāpārņem parlamenta priekšsēdētājam, kuram 30 dienu laikā jāsarīko jauna prezidenta vēlēšanas. Tomēr sabiedrības vispārējā neapmierinātība ar varu liek izteikt skeptiskas prognozes par iespējām stabilizēt politisko situāciju un bažas par valsts ieslīgšanu politiskā haosā. Abortu un ieroču problemātika ASV Pēdējās nedēļas saasinājušas uzmanību uz ilglaicīgām Savienoto Valstu iekšpolitikas problēmām, kas iezīmē nozīmīgas idejiskas šķirtnes amerikāņu sabiedrībā. Pirmkārt, jāmin Savienoto Valstu Augstākās tiesas 24. jūnija spriedums lietā Dobss pret Džeksonas Sieviešu veselības organizāciju, kas faktiski atļauj štatu likumdevējiem noteikt aizliegumus un ierobežojumus abortu veikšanai. Tas maina apmēram kopš pusgadsimta Savienotajās Valstīs iedibināto likumdošanas praksi, kas atzīst šādus aizliegumus par neatbilstošiem Savienoto Valstu Konstitūcijai. Izšķirošais notikums šai ziņā bija Augstākās tiesas 1973. gada spriedums lietā Rou pret Veidu, kā arī 1992. gada spriedums lietā Organizācija „Planned parenthood” pret Keisiju. 24. jūnija spriedums argumentēts ar apsvērumu, ka minētie agrākie spriedumi nodrošinot tiesības, kas gan izrietot no Konstitūcijas, taču neesot „dziļi iesakņotas nācijas vēsturē un tradīcijās”. Kā atzīmē daudzi komentētāji, šāds spriedums atspoguļo pašreizējo tiesas idejisko ievirzi, kas mainījusies, Trampa administrācijas periodā ieceļot amatos vairākus konservatīvi noskaņotus tiesnešus. Spriedums nepārprotami ignorē lielākās daļas amerikāņu sabiedrības noskaņojumu, ciktāl, saskaņā ar aptaujām, pavalstu tiesības liegt izdarīt abortus atbalsta vien apmēram trešdaļa amerikāņu. Savukārt jau gadiem cilāto jautājumu par šaujamieroču brīvo pieejamību saasinājusi kārtējā asiņainā šaudīšanās. Šoreiz traģēdija izvērtās Hailendpārkas pilsētā Ilinoisas pavalstī, kur 21 gadu vecs vīrietis 4. jūlija Neatkarības dienas parādes laikā atklāja uguni uz svinību dalībniekiem no Smita un Vesona pusautomātiskās šautenes. Ieņēmis izdevīgu pozīciju uz stūra ēkas jumta, šāvējs nogalināja septiņus un ievainoja 25 cilvēkus, vēl vienpadsmit cilvēkiem gūstot traumas šaušanas radītajā panikā. Var piebilst, ka šis ir tikai asiņainākais no pēdējā laika publiskas šaudīšanās gadījumiem, kas Savienotajās Valstīs notiek teju ikdienas. Šomēnes vien, neskaitot Ilinoisas šāvēja upurus, publiskās vietās nošauti jau vairāk nekā 20 amerikāņi. dattrax:  HIYA Fellow House Fiends!! Welcome new and our regular visitors from around the globe!! Thank you for taking the time to scan through some of our mixes to see if you'd like to listen to a full mix. We appreciate you visiting us here.  Started this mix near the end of March. This is my 11th attempt at this final version. I hope that you enjoy this mix because it was made with much love. All the happy and negative energies that were pent up got released into the making of this mix. I start or bounce to a few different mix projects once I'm stuck, not feeling it, or need a break. So many mixes that I want to make, but not enough time.  For the first three versions of this mix, I just chose the 1st two tracks of this new mix and started mixing out of the batch of 150-200 tracks [organized within 18 folders. See here: https://prnt.sc/e_YYxUmRCfas ] that were possible for this mix.  The first two tracks always set the mood and expectation of a mix. Then the folders divide the tracks out into categories of tempo and types of energy expressed. There are always enough tracks in each of the 18 folders to give me enough choices/possibilities for each combination. Not enough to overwhelm, because having too many choices doesn't make for a good mix either. I have in the folders the core two dozen tracks that make up the underlying feel or goal for any specific mix. Then after each mix attempt is completed - just listen and see if I like the feel and if I train wrecked any mixes or killed the vibe with a wrong track combination choice. If I don't like it, then delete it. Back to the drawing board for the next mix attempt. Then liked parts of each of the first three versions, so cobbled together, made some arrangement changes, and listened some more to a few more mix attempts. Keep trimming and changing the tracks, the orders, and a bunch to different spots to create the right feel. Then I fell into a trap of being too structured. LMAO!! This is the most planned-out mix that I've ever made. Then you add the fact that 90% of the mix are the new re-rubs that I've made over the last few months, there's another entire layer of dattrax choices that changes the feel/vibe/groove of the mix. There was one slight mistake, but I couldn't do the 12th attempt. LMAO. Sorry. ["Re-Rub" - don't know if there's an actual definition or name, but here's mine. I take a vocal track that I love that's old, or not in good quality to stand alone, or in a version that I have that don't really love.  Then I go through a bunch of instrumentals or dubby tracks (tracks with vocal snippets) to find one that works well with it.  Then I sync the speeds and mix the two and EQ out the instruments and EQ in the vocal and other parts that I like. Record them together and use them as separate tracks. Then let the new or recent house instrumental be the base for this vocal's Re-Rub. Then I use these Re-Rubs in new mixes or live DJ events.  Just quick and dirty refreshes of favourite vocals to make them sound more modern and gives you the reminder of how great the original vocals are. Or you can say, the poor man's version of a bootleg for someone with ZERO producing talent, dedication, or equipment. Ha ha ha ha. Although, one Re-Rub can take as fast as 20mins to make or an hour, depending on the constraints of the chosen combination.] This mix has the majority of the house vocals in classic house vocals ('classic house' to me is from 1980-2008) and 80's pop tunes + maybe a dozen recent tracks. 49 Tracks in 2hrs and 34mins!! --------------- [If you're reading this on mobile, then everything is jumbled up.
