We present our comparison of Hercules: The Thracian Wars to Hercules the 2014 movie starring Dwayne Johnson! Hercules is a Radical Comics character who has appeared in two limited series, The Thracian Wars and The Knives of Kush, both written by Steve Moore with Cris Bolsin as the artist. The Jim Steranko "Hercules" from the cover of the first issue is also featured in solid bronze as the first in the Radical Toyz product line. Radical Toyz commissioned sculptor Chris Ingram to bring to life the art that represents Radical's flagship title. The story takes place in barbarian Thrace, in Northern Greece. Hercules and his companions are hired by the Thracian king, Cotys, to train the Thracian army into one that excels in ruthlessness.Hercules is a 2014 American action-adventure fantasy film directed by Brett Ratner from a screenplay by Ryan J. Condal and Evan Spiliotopoulos. It stars Dwayne Johnson as Hercules, a self-proclaimed demigod who is hired to lead the armies of Thrace into battle against a warlord. Ian McShane, Rebecca Ferguson, Rufus Sewell, Joseph Fiennes, Peter Mullan, and John Hurt also star. The film is based on Steve Moore's graphic novel Hercules, specifically the limited series The Thracian Wars.Hercules was released by Paramount Pictures on July 25, 2014.It was one of two Hollywood-studio Hercules films released in 2014, the other being Lionsgate's The Legend of Hercules. The film became a box office success, earning $244 million on a $100 million budget, and received mixed reviews from critics, with some praise for Johnson's performance and the action sequences, though the screenplay and plot received criticism.Disclaimer: The following may contain offensive language, adult humor, and/or content that some viewers may find offensive – The views and opinions expressed by any one speaker does not explicitly or necessarily reflect or represent those of Mark Radulich or W2M Network.Mark Radulich and his wacky podcast on all the things:https://linktr.ee/markkind76alsohttps://www.teepublic.com/user/radulich-in-broadcasting-networkFB Messenger: Mark Radulich LCSWTiktok: @markradulichtwitter: @MarkRadulichInstagram: markkind76RIBN Album Playlist: https://suno.com/playlist/91d704c9-d1ea-45a0-9ffe-5069497bad59

I'm sharing the personal journey of losing the title “Firefighter,” and the deeper work God did to remind me that my worth isn't in what I do—but in who He says I am. Brett Rossi struts into this episode with rhinestones, chaos energy, and absolutely no interest in playing nice. She dives into her 16-year run as a feature dancer, complete with elaborate costumes, and performances in towns so small her luggage had a better chance of getting there than she did. And finally, Brett breaks the silence about her very public breakup with Charlie Sheen, the identity crisis that followed, and how she clawed her way back through therapy, reinvention, and refusing to let the tabloids write her story. Now she's the host of Stripped, a podcast where the glam takes a backseat and the mess gets the mic. Other topics on the table: dad bod thirsting, Bible shot glasses sewn into a nun outfit, Sean Penn showing up in a truck for breakfast and smelling like cigarettes, and why success isn't about being number one but staying sane long enough to enjoy the ride. Brett is hilarious, brutally honest, and fully in her comeback era. Just don't ask her to marry you in the comments. Thirsty for the good stuff before it drops? For over two decades, he lived a life most of us couldn't imagine — blending in with America's most dangerous criminals while trying to hold onto his identity, family, and sanity. In this raw, unfiltered episode, Scott opens up about his incredible journey: infiltrating the Outlaws Motorcycle Club and building deep relationships with dangerous men before being taken into a basement at gunpoint and stripped naked as they searched him for a wire; his infiltration of white supremacist extremist groups like The Base and Atomwaffen Division; and his descent into burnout, PTSD, depression, and how faith, family, and fitness helped him recover. He also shares powerful lessons on trust, deception, moral complexity, and the unseen toll on undercover agents working America's darkest corners."I forgot my alias. I forgot my middle name. My voice cracked. My hamstrings turned to rubber. That's how close it got."From his start in Greenville, South Carolina, to his years on the front lines of law enforcement, Scott's story is part thriller, part cautionary tale, and entirely unforgettable.

This morning, Senior Pastor David Dwight guided us through Isaiah 35, reflecting on the reality and purpose of spiritual deserts. These seasons can feel dry, disorienting, and deeply painful — when all that once brought comfort or strength seems to vanish, and hope feels out of reach. But in the quiet and barrenness, something sacred happens: our souls are laid bare before God. Stripped of distractions and self-reliance, we are invited into deeper communion with Him — where false beliefs are challenged, surface-level faith is exposed, and our hearts are reoriented toward what is true. If you find yourself in a desert now, it may feel impossible to imagine joy, renewal, or even peace. But hold fast. Deserts do not last forever. Living water will flow again. The wasteland will bloom. “Be strong, do not fear; your God will come…” (Isaiah 35:4)

The sheep's coat shall be stripped off the wolf's back! William Dyer, 1632-1696 Numbers 23:10, "Let me die the death of the righteous, and may my end be like theirs!" There is no living a life that is wicked, and then dying a death that is righteous. Oh, that men would but deal truly with their own souls! Many talk like a Christian, but few walk like a Christian. Many know what is to be done, but never do what is to be done. Many wear Christ's livery, but do the devil's drudgery! Many have hands as white as snow, whose hearts are as black as Hell! Many appear righteous, who are only righteous in their appearance. But such as deceive others with a false show of holiness, only deceive themselves with a false hope of happiness! Remember, sirs, that the sheep's coat shall be stripped off the wolf's back! "They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves!" Matthew 7:15 Oh sirs, that you would consider well these weighty things! Tell me, sir: What did Judas get by all his deceitful dealings? Nothing but a noose, in which his body was hanged; and a fire, in which his soul was burned!

Our season long examination of Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers continues with “Mother I Sober.” This emotionally devastating ballad marks the narrative and spiritual climax of Kendrick Lamar's album. Stripped bare and seated at the piano, Kendrick confronts generational trauma, inherited pain, and the illusion of self that's fractured by abuse, guilt, and silence. Building on the spiritual awareness awakened in “Mr. Morale,” this episode unpacks how Kendrick turns inward with unprecedented vulnerability, guided by the teachings of Eckhart Tolle and buoyed by the divine feminine presences that have supported his healing. You'll Learn: How Kendrick's fragmented narrative and musical structure mirror the psychological effects of trauma and the nonlinear path to healing. Why the song's piano arrangement and mirrored callback to “United in Grief” signify full-circle emotional closure. The symbolism of Kendrick's shattered reflection — and how the broken mirror represents the self before healing. What Beth Gibbons' haunting chorus reveals about ego, identity, and the universal yearning to escape pain. Why “Mother I Sober” is Kendrick's most personal and courageous song to date — and how it breaks the generational curse that defines the album's final act. Hosted by Dr. Sarah Hensley, Specialized Social Psychologist, Attachment Theory Expert, and Founder & CEO of The Love Doc Relationship Coaching Services with Co-host Raina Butcher, Owner/CEO of Joyful Consulting, LLC. Welcome to "The Love Doc Podcast" Season II, where Host Dr. Sarah Hensley and her co-host Raina Butcher dive deep into the intricacies of love, attraction, attachment, relationships, and self-awareness. Dr. Hensley brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to help listeners navigate the complexities of modern romance. In each episode, Dr. Hensley tackles burning questions about love, relationships, and the mind's complexities, drawing from her psychological research, real-life experiences, and her own individual expertise, to provide insightful perspectives and practical advice.Episode 5, Season II | "Stripped: A Family Court Crisis" With special guest Meg Miller from @standwithmegIn the gripping and heart-wrenching first installment of The Love Doc Podcast Family Court Series, Dr. Sarah Hensley is joined by advocate and mother Meg Miller, founder of the movement and platform Stand with Meg, for a raw and unfiltered conversation about the hidden horrors of the U.S. family court system. This isn't just a discussion — it's an exposé on the deeply rooted corruption that continues to devastate protective parents, especially survivors of abuse who turn to the system for help and are instead retraumatized, discredited, and often punished for speaking the truth.Meg shares her personal and still-unfolding journey, one that has left her emotionally, financially, and physically depleted. Despite doing what most would consider the “right” thing — seeking legal protection for her children from her abuser — she found herself on the receiving end of a system that silences and punishes victims. After years of legal warfare, Meg's five children were forcibly taken from her and placed in the custody of the very man she tried to protect them from. The pain is palpable. Her story is far from unique — it mirrors the experiences of countless women (and some men) who enter courtrooms hoping for justice and emerge broken, confused, and further victimized. Together, Dr. Hensley and Meg pull back the curtain on the disturbing pattern of custodial reversal, judicial bias, financial gatekeeping, and the dangerous misuse of parental alienation claims — all tools often weaponized against the protective parent. They also explore the ways in which family court proceedings are insulated from public accountability, allowing unethical practices to continue behind closed doors with little to no oversight or due process. This episode is not just about Meg's story. It is about the thousands of parents who have DM'd her, commented on her posts, and stood in solidarity under the hashtag #standwithmeg — parents who are navigating the same heartbreaking system, terrified for their children's safety and feeling voiceless and unseen. It's about the culture of silence that surrounds the family court system, where even speaking out can put a parent at risk of losing everything. This conversation is as emotional as it is enraging — and it is a must-listen for anyone who has ever questioned why so many abuse victims hesitate to leave a marriage and go to court. Tune in to bear witness, to learn, and to stand with Meg — and for all those fighting silently for their children in a system that too often protects power over people, we see you, we hear you, and we speak for you! To support and follow Meg Miller find her on all social media platforms @standwithmeg and standwithmeg.com. Tune in to "The Love Doc Podcast" every Tuesday morning for candid conversations, expert guidance, and a deeper understanding of life, love and relationships in the modern world. When Trump Couldn't Deport, He BombedTariffs blocked. Deportations sandbagged. So he reached for the B‑2s.It's easy to see Trump's June 2025 bombing of Iranian nuclear sites as yet another episode of MAGA theater—rage, firepower, and a dramatic “message sent.” But this time, it wasn't just for show. This was an act of geopolitical spite born from domestic paralysis. Trump, denied the ability to wage his preferred internal war—on undocumented immigrants, on tariffs, on the bureaucracy—chose instead to unleash a foreign one. If he couldn't stimulate the economy through deportation logistics and tariff revenue, he'd do it through the defense budget.Trump's economic nationalism has never required foreign conquest. He intended to stimulate the economy by taxing imports, expelling millions of undocumented immigrants, and redirecting federal spending into buses, lawyers, detention centers, and federal contractors. Like the Marshall Plan or post-9/11 Homeland Security boom—but pointed inward. That vision, however controversial, was internally coherent. But it collapsed under the weight of injunctions and process lawfare. While Obama removed over 3 million people, many via expedited removal, he was never seriously challenged by courts. But when Trump tried to expand expedited removal to cover undocumented individuals who had been in the U.S. for under two years, he was blocked by courts demanding hearings and extended due process. The same statutory tools were treated differently depending on who wielded them.Stripped of the tools used by every prior “Deporter-in-Chief,” Trump pivoted to the one realm where injunctions have no reach: foreign policy. And in the Middle East, he still had one friend—Israel. Surrounded by adversaries at home and abroad, Trump leaned into his relationship with Netanyahu, using Iran as a stand-in for every institution that blocked him at home.So came Operation Midnight Hammer. B-2 bombers dropped bunker-busting payloads on Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan. These were not just tactical targets—they were symbolic, theatrical, and strategic. It was a clear message to allies and enemies: if I can't fix the country my way, I'll make my power felt overseas.War is bipartisan. It doesn't get bogged down in courtrooms or FOIA requests. Unlike mass deportation—which would have required years of hearings and billions in logistics—bombing Iran took hours, not lawsuits. This wasn't just a military decision—it was a political workaround. When the courts took away his buses and judges and deportation raids, Trump gave the defense contractors what they wanted instead. Foreign war became his fallback stimulus. If America won't allow a domestic war on illegals, maybe it'll settle for a traditional one abroad. Either way, the spending flows.

In this episode of Comic Stripped, Mark Radulich and Evan Bevins dive into Here, discussing how Richard McGuire's formal experiment reshaped the boundaries of graphic storytelling and how Zemeckis' adaptation attempts to interpret that same vision through cinema. The hosts explore whether the emotional arc added in the film enhances or detracts from the original's minimalist power. They also debate the challenges of adapting abstract art into narrative film, and where Here sits in the pantheon of both graphic novels and cinematic experimentation."Here" is a 6-page comic story by Richard McGuire published in 1989, and expanded into a 304-page graphic novel in 2014. The concept of "Here" (in both versions) is to show the same location in space at different points in time, ranging from the primordial past to thousands of years in the future. "Here" has been recognized as a groundbreaking experiment with the formal properties of comics. Here is a 2024 American drama film produced and directed by Robert Zemeckis, who co-wrote the screenplay with Eric Roth, based on the 2014 graphic novel by Richard McGuire. Echoing the source material, the film is told in a nonlinear fashion: using a locked-down or "static shot" technique, the story covers a single plot of land and its inhabitants, from the distant past to the 21st century. During the film, the screen is often subdivided into panes, presenting events from different times simultaneously. The film stars Tom Hanks, Robin Wright, Paul Bettany, and Kelly Reilly, with digital de-aging via generative artificial intelligence being used on much of the cast to have them portray their characters over time. Here premiered at the AFI Fest on October 25, 2024, before being theatrically released in the United States by TriStar Pictures through Sony Pictures Releasing on November 1, 2024.[10] The film received generally negative reviews from critics and grossed $15.8 million.Disclaimer: The following may contain offensive language, adult humor, and/or content that some viewers may find offensive – The views and opinions expressed by any one speaker does not explicitly or necessarily reflect or represent those of Mark Radulich or W2M Network.Mark Radulich and his wacky podcast on all the things:https://linktr.ee/markkind76alsohttps://www.teepublic.com/user/radulich-in-broadcasting-networkFB Messenger: Mark Radulich LCSWTiktok: @markradulichtwitter: @MarkRadulichInstagram: markkind76RIBN Album Playlist: https://suno.com/playlist/91d704c9-d1ea-45a0-9ffe-5069497bad59 For the purposes of engaging with tiktok and youtube viewers, what is the best 10min or more segment from this podcast? The universe isn't random chaos—it's an organized, responsive system that actually listens to human consciousness. From CIA experiments with psychic spies to ancient traditions that taught reality-bending techniques, the evidence suggests our thoughts influence the physical world in ways science is just beginning to understand. Twin boys separated at birth who lived identical lives, a balloon that traveled 140 miles to find another girl with the same name, and quantum physics experiments that prove consciousness affects matter. Evidence suggests a massive world called Maldek once existed between Mars and Jupiter. This planet had a large moon that orbited it for millions of years—a moon with oceans, atmosphere, and possibly even life. When Maldek was destroyed in an ancient catastrophe, its moon was hurled into a new orbit around the sun. Today, we call that moon Mars. This explains Mars' strange features: why half the planet looks completely different from the other half, why it has tidal bulges like a moon, and why nuclear isotopes in the soil match signatures from atomic weapons. The same pattern of destruction that claimed Mars and Venus may be heading for Earth. Government scientists have hidden the evidence for decades. But the truth is written in planetary scars, ancient monuments, and mathematical patterns that reveal the violent history of our solar system.

Jolly Jane Toppin, a nurse in late 19th century Lowell, Massachusetts, became one of New England's most prolific serial killers, confessing to 31 murders and claiming responsibility for 100 deaths. Her story reveals how she used her position as a trusted caregiver to poison patients and family members while deriving sexual pleasure from watching them die.The haunting legacy of "Jolly Jane" Toppin still echoes through Massachusetts more than a century after her crimes. Born Honora Kelley to struggling Irish immigrants in 1857, Jane's transformation from abandoned child to one of America's most prolific female serial killers reveals a disturbing journey through the dark corners of New England history. Stripped of her identity at a young age, Jane became an indentured servant to the Toppan family who erased her Irish heritage, renamed her, and created a fictional past for her. This early experience of identity manipulation foreshadowed the deceptions that would later define her murderous career. As she trained to become a nurse, Jane developed not only medical skills but a disturbing fascination with death and suffering that would claim dozens of lives. What makes Jane's story particularly chilling is her methodical approach to murder. Working as a private nurse for wealthy New England families, she poisoned her victims with morphine and atropine, sometimes prolonging their suffering for her own pleasure. She confessed to killing 31 people but claimed the true number might be closer to 100. From her foster sister Elizabeth to the entire Davis family, Jane eliminated anyone who stood in her way or owed her money. The case of Jolly Jane represents a perfect storm of historical circumstances: the vulnerability of patients in early medical care, the limited forensic capabilities of the time, and the trust placed in caregivers. Her victims' deaths were typically attributed to natural causes until suspicions finally arose after the Davis family murders in 1901. Following her arrest and trial, Jane spent the remaining 37 years of her life in Taunton State Hospital, ironically developing a fear that her own food was being poisoned. This episode explores not just the crimes of a serial killer, but the societal conditions that allowed her to operate undetected for so long. Uncover the disturbing psychology behind one of New England's most notorious murderers and examine how her legacy continues to influence our understanding of female serial killers today.Join us Friday, June 20th at Memorial Field in Taunton, Massachusetts for a gathering to remember Debra Melo on the 25th anniversary of her disappearance.Follow @crimeofthetruestkindOnline: CrimeoftheTruestKind.comPatreon: patreon.com/crimeofthetruestkindSupport the show: patreon.com/crimeofthetruestkind Hosted on Acast. A clinic in minimal from the elusive Acting Press boss. Why do certain sounds cultivate a cult following? Simply put, it's often because they resist easy consumption. PLO Man and his imprint Acting Press lean into this. Searching for the Berlin-based DJ and producer, you won't find much online presence, interviews or conventional PR. What you will find, if you look hard enough, is a catalogue of records and mixes with a kind of tape hiss charm (a spiritual successor to Basic Channel and Chain Reaction, but scuzzier and lighter on its feet). Founded in 2015, Acting Press once seemed to belong to the short-lived "outsider house" trend, but is now synonymous with a certain strain of modern minimal, one that is analogue, spacious and pointedly opaque. PLO Man's output is equally sparse by design: this week, he joins the RA Podcast with a characteristically elusive style, accompanying the near two-hour mix is a one-answer Q&A that gives almost nothing away. Stripped-back, ever-so-slightly sleazy and coated in dust, PLO Man's RA Podcast continues that lineage in style. Opening with the featherlight microhouse of Margaret Dygas, RA.988 unfolds into a carefully curated spectrum of minimal, dub and deep techno. Among familiar names—look out for the blinding Rhythm & Sound and Moodymann blend—are deep cuts and left turns alongside the odd outlier, like lovers' rock pioneer Gregory Isaacs. Like the best of his forebears, PLO Man wants RA.988 to take time for you to settle in. But once you do, you won't want to leave. @p_el_oh Find the tracklist and interview at ra.co/podcast/988
