In 1993, four people gathered in a dark basement in Scole, England, hoping to communicate with the dead. What followed was five years of unexplained phenomena that challenged scientific understanding. Strange lights danced in the darkness. Objects materialized from thin air. Photographs appeared on sealed film. Scientists and professional skeptics were invited to investigate, and many left without explanations. The spirits claimed to be building a network between dimensions and warned of coming changes to humanity. Were the Scole Experiments genuine contact with the afterlife, or an elaborate magic show perfected over 500 séances? The evidence remains controversial, but the impact on those who witnessed these events was undeniable.

Send us a textIn this raw and revelatory episode, I share how getting literally robbed in Barcelona led to the most honest business clarity I've had in years. Stripped of my phone, my routines, and my digital reflexes, I was forced to sit with my own thoughts — and what came up wasn't just discomfort, but truth. I unpack the toxic grip of “pics or it didn't happen” culture, the myth of clarity through consumption, and why most ambitious women are chasing goals they didn't even choose. In this episode of Comic Stripped, Evan Bevins and Mark Radulich take a deep dive into A History of Violence, comparing the 1997 graphic novel written by John Wagner (Judge Dredd) and illustrated by Vince Locke (Deadworld), with the 2005 film adaptation directed by David Cronenberg. Originally published by Paradox Press, an imprint of DC Comics, the graphic novel is a gritty, pulp-inspired crime thriller following Tom McKenna, a small-town diner owner whose violent past resurfaces after he thwarts a robbery and is outed as a former mob hitman. Wagner and Locke craft a tense, noir narrative grounded in bloody realism and identity crisis. The film adaptation stars Viggo Mortensen as Tom Stall, with Maria Bello, Ed Harris, and William Hurt rounding out a powerhouse cast. Screenwriter Josh Olson reworks the core premise, shifting the story's focus from pulpy crime fiction to psychological drama. Cronenberg transforms Wagner's narrative into a meditation on suppressed violence and the duality of human nature, anchored by Mortensen's haunting performance. The panel discusses how Cronenberg stripped down the original's mob-heavy plotting to explore more intimate moral dilemmas — particularly the effect of Tom's hidden past on his family and his sense of self.Evan and Mark also examine how both versions tackle themes of redemption, guilt, and identity, as well as the differing narrative choices — from Locke's visceral, sketchy art style to Cronenberg's cold, calculated visuals. They consider the cultural contexts of both releases, the adaptation's critical acclaim (including Academy Award nominations for Best Adapted Screenplay and Best Supporting Actor for William Hurt), and whether either version offers a more definitive take on the cost of violence. Tune in for an in-depth comic-to-screen breakdown with sharp analysis, biting humor, and a respect for storytelling craft across mediums.Disclaimer: The following may contain offensive language, adult humor, and/or content that some viewers may find offensive – The views and opinions expressed by any one speaker does not explicitly or necessarily reflect or represent those of Mark Radulich or W2M Network.Mark Radulich and his wacky podcast on all the things:https://linktr.ee/markkind76alsohttps://www.teepublic.com/user/radulich-in-broadcasting-networkFB Messenger: Mark Radulich LCSWTiktok: @markradulichtwitter: @MarkRadulichInstagram: markkind76RIBN Album Playlist: https://suno.com/playlist/91d704c9-d1ea-45a0-9ffe-5069497bad59

In this episode, I delve into Guillain Barre syndrome, a relatively common neurological disorder. I discuss the clinical manifestations of the disease which range from fairly rapid weakness and sensory impairment to pain and breathing difficulty. I also detail the long road to recovery from the disease. The podcast also discusses the almost limitless triggers for GBS, from infections and vaccinations to trauma and childbirth. I also review the pathology of the disease, explaining how a wide range of antibodies target the fatty myelin covering of the nerves to reduce the efficiency of electrical nerve transmission. The podcast also highlights the investigations of GBS, particularly spinal fluid analysis and nerve conduction studies, and the treatment of the disease, which canter around immune modulating agents. I also chronicle the history of the terminology of GBS, following the work of the three French physicians, Georges Guillain, Jean Alexandre Barré, and André Strohl. I refer in this theme to the book 'Guillain-Barre Syndrome: From Diagnosis to Recovery', by Gareth Parry and Joel Steinberg.I illustrate the clinical aspects of GBS with such graphic patient memoirs as those of Carole Williams, titled 'Chaos in Body and Mind', of Meg Lumsden, titled 'Unknown', of Wenesday Ketron titled 'Geeyahn What?', of Scott Earle titled 'The Wave of Guillain Barre Syndrome', and of Robin Sheppard titled 'A Solitary Confinement'.
Here are 3 big things you need to know— One — President Donald Trump has announced far-reaching new tariffs on nearly all U.S. trading partners. That includes a 34% tax on imports from China and 20% on the European Union. Trump says he was placing tariff rates on dozens of nations that run trade surpluses with the United States, while imposing a 10% baseline tax on imports from all countries in response to what he called an economic emergency. Two ---- The man who was found outside Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh's home with weapons in 2022 intends to plead guilty to a federal charge of attempting to assassinate a justice of the United States. Roske was found in June 2022 outside Kavanaugh's Maryland, home armed with a gun, knife and burglary tools, according to court documents. He could face a maximum sentence of 20 years in federal prison. And number three — Hunter Biden is going to be permanently stripped of his law license in Washington, DC. The son of former President Biden agreed to "consent to disbarment" in an affidavit filed on Tuesday after a recommendation from a disciplinary agency. The DC Court of Appeals must now accept the recommendation to then accept Biden's consent to disbarment before making it official.
This week on Breaking Battlegrounds, guest host Sean Noble joins Sam Stone for a packed episode featuring Mackenzie Eaglen of the American Enterprise Institute, who breaks down the true state of U.S. military readiness, how China's defense spending compares to ours, and why Pentagon bureaucracy is undermining our ability to prepare for global threats. Later, Maricopa County Recorder Justin Heap offers an inside look at what he calls a “crisis situation” in his office, revealing that outgoing officials stripped him of key powers, staff, and budget before he even took office, leaving voters with a “clearly broken system” and a power struggle that threatens local election integrity. And stay tuned for Kiley's Corner, where she covers the heartbreaking suicides of four officers from the same department last month—and the mysterious reappearance of Valery, the lost wiener dog who vanished on Kangaroo Island in 2023 and was spotted again this February. The Sedona trip and experience was amazing, unbelievable, overwhelming, mind-blowing, spiritual, with all the ingredients of an awakening. It would take years to process. I returned home to a part-time job that was much needed to help ground me and distract myself from the whirlwind of thoughts in my mind. I was also volunteering much of my remaining time which became a calling. I visited a friend I had met on one of the spiritual group meetings. The song kept playing wherever I was, "Africa" by Toto. The line, "Hurry boy, it's waiting there for you" stayed in my head. Once again a restless state emerged. We were watching a show and there was reference to Africa. This time it caught my attention. The next morning I remembered Margaret, a Near-Death Experiencer (NDE), talked at the conference I attended about her trips to Africa where she volunteered. She said that others were welcome to join, but that we needed to pay our own way. I called Margaret out of the blue, and she answered the phone stating, "I was expecting your call." The signposts were clear now. I had to go. She spoke about a woman whose dream it was to go, but could not afford the trip. I looked at the expenses to make the trip and, no surprise, I had enough to cover my own expenses, along with one other. Her name is Lib and I was humbly able to make her dream come true. She ended up staying in Africa to fulfill her own purpose. The experience there was, and still is, unbelievable and profound. I left the fast-paced world of America, and into a place where there was no time. My body went through the withdrawels related to the rituals of the West (schedules, timelines, constant stimulation, activities) to adapting and ultimately embracing life at a much slower pace. I felt as if I was in a National Geographic special as I spent time in tribes, experiencing their customs that were unlike anything I have ever experienced. I would eventually leave on my own for a journey that would bring me to experiencing the wonders of Africa and its amazing human beings. Once again, my life would change, this time at the core level related to my beliefs and values. I volunteered in one of the Townships that housed the purposely displaced native Africans, into massive ghettos filled with despair, starvation, crime and more. This was contrasted with up-close experiences with that amazing wildlife of Africa, and a "near-life" experience rafting down a Class 5 river in Zimbabwe. The essence of Michael Crichton's quote made total sense now, "“Often I feel I go to some distant region of the world to be reminded of who I really am. There is no mystery about why this should be so. Stripped of your ordinary surroundings, your friends, your daily routines, your refrigerator full of your food, your closet full of your clothes -- with all this taken away, you are forced into direct experience. Such direct experience inevitably makes you aware of who it is that is having the experience. That's not always comfortable, but it is always invigorating.” Note: I am concluding my podcasts with Transformation Network, as I seek a new beginning related to my dream of guiding and inspiring others to find their own truth and become their full potential. I am incredibly grateful to the staff that helped me get my start in podcasting. They are truly amazing people. And thank YOU for your time to listen in and be a part of my life and teachings. I hope that I influenced you in some small or big way to make the most out of the most amazing journey you will have --- YOUR LIFE!!! Wildcat Hawkins isn't here to follow the rules. With a title as explosive as Don't Mind the Sellout Train When I Dynamite the Tracks, the 2024 single from the boundary-pushing artist is anything but conventional. It's not just a song; it's an experience that unfolds moment by moment, as unpredictable and mesmerizing as the rainstorm that set the scene for its accompanying music video.
It's Dalton's final solo pitch of the Death's Door Saga, and not coincidentally the bleakest and most disturbing! Send me a DM here (it doesn't let me respond), OR email me: imagineabetterworld2020@gmail.comToday I'm honored to have on the show and introduce you all to: French whistleblower, survivor advocate, and fierce mother and mama bear who is in the fight of her life to save her two children who were kidnapped and abducted by their father, authorities, and the satanic cult he belongs to: Dalila SadockIn a world shrouded by shadows, one courageous mother emerges as a beacon of hope, shattering the silence with her unwavering resolve. Dalila, a lioness of love, steps onto the stage of this transformative podcast, her voice echoing from the heart of France to unveil a chilling tale of betrayal and resilience. She fearlessly exposes a sinister reality: her beloved children, Camile and Milo, were torn from her arms, abducted by their own father with the complicity of a corrupt system - police and authorities entwined in a web of deceit.Once a devoted girlfriend, Dalila's life seemed a fairy tale when she met her ex-boyfriend online, a man she believed was her soulmate. Their romance blossomed swiftly, leading them to build a life together and welcome their first child within a year. Yet, beneath the surface of this dream, a nightmare brewed. It was only after the birth of their second child that Dalila's intuition screamed louder than the reassurances of doctors who dismissed her daughter's haunting signs of sexual abuse as mere imagination. Undeterred by their denials, she fought for the truth, eventually escaping her husband's grip and securing full custody of her children through the courts - a victory for a mother's fierce love. But the battle was far from over. Even with limited visitation rights, her ex's shadow loomed darkly. Unable to contact her children during his time with them, Dalila's heart broke as she witnessed their return - shaken, screaming, and scarred by unspeakable trauma. What unfolded next was a mother's relentless quest for justice. Her children whispered of horrors unimaginable: caged children, graphic accounts of abuse, sketches depicting human sacrifice amid famous French landmarks, presided over by prominent politicians. These were not mere childish tales but cries for rescue, painted in the innocence of their terror. With no agenda but to shield her little ones - already in her care full-time by law - Dalila turned to the authorities, armed with her children's drawings and testimonies. Yet, in a cruel twist of fate, her pleas were met with betrayal. One fateful day, as her children sat in school, the very system meant to protect them facilitated their abduction. Stripped of her rights, accused of fabricating their suffering, Dalila watched helplessly as custody was handed to their abuser. Since that devastating moment, she has not laid eyes on Camile and Milo, her every attempt to reclaim them met with indifference - even surviving assassination attempts dismissed by those sworn to uphold justice. But Dalila is no ordinary soul; she is a warrior forged in the fires of adversity. Refusing to be silenced, she has taken her story to the global stage, gracing international podcasts with a mission to ignite a movement. The voice of a fierce mama bear, a desperate hope that the world's ears will turn toward her children's plight, exposing the corrupt underbelly of France's justice system. Camile and Milo are blessed beyond measure to have a mother whose love defies oppression, a mother who transforms pain into power.CONNECT WITH THE IMAGINATION:EMAIL: imagineabetterworld2020@gmail.com OR standbysurvivors@protonmail.com My Substack: https://emmakatherine.substack.com/BUY ME A COFFEE: Support the show

"Just as the Psalmist said, 'pride goeth before the fall.' And boy, did I learn that lesson. If I were to boil it down to what is the one thing that is different about me from before my crisis and after my crisis, it is that I was stripped, completely stripped, of my pride. The Lord needed to compel me to be humble. I was one of those foolish ones that needed to be compelled to be humble. I think of all the things I learned through that experience, I'd like to think that now I am a more humble person. I no longer aspire for those callings, which was a big part of who I was through most of my adult life. I now see other people in a different way. I see people with greater love and greater compassion. I just feel the love of the Savior as I look at each person. I just see people through a different lens because that pride is being stripped away."https://www.eventbrite.com/e/copy-of-come-back-to-christ-tickets-1209945723229?aff=oddtdtcreatorhttps://mikesautoshack.com/Come Back Team:Director, Founder & Host: Ashly StoneProducer: Lauren RoseOutreach Manager: Jenna CarlsonEditor: Cara ReedAssistant Editor: Michelle BergerArt Director: Jeremy GarciaEpisode Sponsor: Brick House Recovery https://brickhouserecovery.com/

Welcome to this super-charged, explosive episode of Light ‘Em Up.We're currently being downloaded in 119 countries. We tackle the topics that touch your lives! On this episode we examine how our First Amendment (freedom of speech) and due process rights can be stripped from us and violated in a rapid series of cascading events that ultimately put our freedom and liberties in grave jeopardy. We travel to Michigan to speak with our special guest, Alison Reedy, the mother of young Dillon Reedy. The following events unfolded at Huron High School in New Boston, Michigan on December 8th, 2021.This is a case that every parent of any school child anywhere across the nation should be extremely concerned about.Imagine sending your 14-year-old son to school in the morning and by the afternoon he's been arrested, never Mirandized (according to his mother) taken in hand cuffs to the juvenile detention facility where he was processed into the system and issued a state (juvenile) criminal ID number — and forced to submit to a mugshot — ALL for something he did not do.The fact pattern showed that in a brief conversation with another student in class, Dillon was accused by the classroom teacher of making a terroristic threat to “shoot up” the school. The teacher incorrectly overheard what she thought was a threat. She later allegedly admitted that she never herself felt threatened, according to Alison. From there, common sense went AWOL.Dillon was “in big trouble”— the school secretary said to his mom — when she called to inform Alison to come to the school immediately. Wrongfully accused, wrongfully charged. Let down by a host of adults who should have been able to understand the difference between a credible threat and one that was not credible. This is a textbook case of a “rush to judgment” by over half a dozen school, municipal and county professionals and politicians, as well as the Huron School Board, any of which should have known better than to proceed with this case.Initial news reports regarding this incident were defaming, libelous and salacious and most importantly WRONG! Alison maintains that the county prosecutor was “rogue” … as the county was in possession of evidence that exonerated her son — yet, they chose willingly to suppress and overlook those crucial facts.“Negligence on all sides, a biased expulsion hearing and two off-record plea deals,” Alison stated. No one desires to see any violence on any school campus. However, this zero-tolerance policy for even uttering the words “shoot” or “gun” is an unconstitutional kneejerk reaction by the legislature and has led school administrators to make rash and very costly decisions concerning student discipline. The truth matters. Facts matter. Dillon Reedy's rights matter! If this happened to our guest and her son, certainly it can happen to you and your family. After hearing the fact pattern in this case you'll ask yourself:— Is this America?— Is the First Amendment still intact and applicable?— How can abuses such as this take place, everyday across our nation?Tune in to hear all of the explosive details. Follow our sponsors: Newsly & Feedspot. You can follow Alison on Facebook. Her group is called: My Son on the Alter. To vigorously defend against these false allegations this process has been a tremendous financial burden to her and her family. On top of the legal bills, she is attempting to raise funds for her son -- who maintains a 3.6 GPA -- so that he can realize his dream of going to college in Utah for computer science.Link to the GoFundMe Page. We want to hear from you!
Join Mark Radulich and guest Evan Bevins as they explore Corrective Measures, the six-issue limited comic series from Arcana Studio, written by Grant Chastain with art by Fran Moyano. Originally published in 2008, the series tells the story of San Tiburon, a maximum-security prison for super-powered criminals, where corruption runs rampant, and power struggles erupt between inmates, guards, and shadowy government forces. We'll break down the key themes, character dynamics, and narrative choices that made the comic a cult favorite, while also discussing its dark, noir-inspired art style and its place in the superhero genre outside the mainstream publishers. The conversation then shifts to the 2022 live-action adaptation, directed by Sean Patrick O'Reilly and starring Bruce Willis, Michael Rooker, and Tom Cavanagh. We'll explore the film's production history, how it differs from the source material, and the challenges of adapting a complex, character-driven comic on a limited budget. Was the movie a faithful translation of Corrective Measures, or did it strip away the depth that made the comic compelling? Tune in as we analyze both versions and determine whether the film does justice to its gritty, super-powered prison drama roots!Disclaimer: The following may contain offensive language, adult humor, and/or content that some viewers may find offensive – The views and opinions expressed by any one speaker does not explicitly or necessarily reflect or represent those of Mark Radulich or W2M Network.Mark Radulich and his wacky podcast on all the things:https://linktr.ee/markkind76alsohttps://www.teepublic.com/user/radulich-in-broadcasting-networkFB Messenger: Mark Radulich LCSWTiktok: @markradulichtwitter: @MarkRadulichInstagram: markkind76RIBN Album Playlist: https://suno.com/playlist/91d704c9-d1ea-45a0-9ffe-5069497bad59
