Esta devoción mariana, aún tan desconocida, recibió el visto bueno de la Iglesia, por medio del dicasterio para la Doctrina de la Fe, a finales de agosto de 2024 y hoy llega a nosotros para compartir su espíritu de amor, intimidad y misericordia. En la habitación de Estelle Faguette, junto a la cama de la desesperación, es María quien viene a nosotros para recordarnos: “No temas, tú eres mi hijo, mi hija… Confía en mi y proclama mi gloria!”

We'll cover the story behind the apparitions of 1876, the messages Mary conveyed to Estelle Faguet and what they might mean, the miracles and spiritual fruits that flowed from these apparitions, and the devotion and ongoing veneration of Our Lady of Pellevoisin.

This episode includes a destination site where an apparition the Virgin Mary took place in 1876 called 'Our Lady of Pellevoisin' Pellevoisin is just one of the places along the 1,200-mile "M" pathway through France known as “The M de Marie” (The M of Mary.) The "M de Marie" is a pilgrimage trail that people from all walks of life will be processing across on Sunday, May 26. This year the pilgrimage is also known as "The Way of the M." May 26 is the official day that France celebrates Mother's Day. This unique pathway traces the letter 'M' (for Mary) across France. The pathway was created in part, to honor the Virgin Mary and in order to celebrate of some of the major apparition sites where she has visited humanity over the centuries since she passed on from the world.  Also in this installment, I will read an excerpt from my book, “The Very Fine Light.” There are links, photos and more about this on my website. The Re-consecration of the United States of America to the Virgin Mary is yielding fruit as the summer comes to an end. This brief update is to highlight things you won’t want to miss. And please tell a friend! First up is to remind you of the new movie premiering August 28 in theatres and, wait for it, YES ON DEMAND. The Feature film with actor Harvey Keitel is about the Fatima apparitions of the Virgin Mary. It’s been endorsed by the shrine of Our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima as well. Here’s a brief summary of the movie from the official Fatima the Movie website: “Fatima is an uplifting drama based on historical events, a 10-year-old shepherd and her two younger cousins in Fátima, Portugal, report visions of the Virgin Mary, inspiring thousands of believers and angering officials in the secularist government, who try to force them to recant their story.” Next up is an update on the M de Marie, or M for the Virgin Mary pilgrimage: This journey is a procession across France tracing the letter M for the Madonna by two horse drawn wagons with matching statues of the Virgin Mary known as Our Lady of France has processed away from Paris. It is heading to Orleans for events over the last week of the month. I’ve linked to a great interactive map that will guide you to the remaining location as they travel through September 13 when both carriages meet up at a large conference at Pellevoisin, France And I recently learned of a fantastic series of events starting on the Virgin Mary’s birthday, September 8. It is called the Spiritual Rosary Pilgrimage. It is my understanding that this is a Free internet event that is emanating from Australia and runs from September 8 for 4 weeks until October 7. It features over 20 Catholic speakers and much focus is on the Virgin Mary and the Holy Rosary. It looks to be a massive 4-week series of free online activities. So there are wonderful, uplifting events revolving around the Virgin Mary this day and with many prayerful ways to reach out to her as her birthday on September 8 approaches. Speaking of which, The Passion of St John the Baptist takes place on August 29, a Saturday this year. Take a moment to reflect on his role in our Christian history as well. The apparition of “Our Lady of Pellevoisin” is a stop along “The Great Love of Mary” cycling tour in France.
