Emily and I dive into coherence, and it's not balance like we've been taught. Most of us walk on tiptoes trying to navigate intense nervous system pressure, one invoice or sickness away from collapse, then we start again and again. Coherence means learning to move with the waves instead of fighting them, finding peace within your cells instead of rigid perfection. When a moose appears outside my window, everything stops, hormones don't matter, problems disappear, I'm just in awe. That's what big animals teach us about forced presence. We're carrying the weight of seeing every atrocity through screens when our old brains are wired for helping you pick up dropped apples, not the whole world's pain. The deepest need is understanding your nervous system so you can build resiliency, not keep breaking. Light and love. In Part 12 of The Journey Beyond Death, and the second installment of our seven-part Near Death Experience series, we explore extraordinary journeys beyond the veil that challenge everything we think we know about life and consciousness. Susan Grau shares her astonishing survival from being trapped inside an unplugged freezer as a child — an event that opened the door to celestial realms, where she witnessed the Room of Heart's Desires and the profound truth that not all earthly wishes serve the soul's greater purpose. Retired fireman Bill Letson recounts his own near-death experience during a critical illness, detailing a powerful journey beyond his human identity into realms of infinite peace and cosmic unity. Bill's story invites us to consider the idea that our physical existence may be an orchestrated simulation designed for the soul's evolution — and that love and awareness are our truest destinations. We are also joined by Dr. Anna Stone, who shares her near-death experience following a catastrophic medical emergency. Anna's journey takes her beyond the human body into a realm where thought moves faster than light, where personality and humor endure, and where the ultimate measure of a life is the kindness we show others. Her stunning testimony offers a rare glimpse into the soul's expansive existence beyond the boundaries of time, space, and the material world. Through Susan, Bill, and Anna's powerful stories, we confront the nature of reality itself and glimpse the deeper truth: we are infinite beings navigating a temporary human experience. Their revelations remind us that consciousness never dies, love never fades, and that each act of empathy leaves an eternal mark on the soul's journey home. ----------------------------- Featuring in order of appearance 01:00 – NDE Survivor Susan Grau 10:46 - NDE Survivor Bill Letson 35.54 - NDE Survivor Dr. Anna Stone ----------------------------- Susan Grau — NDE Survivor & Spiritual Medium At just five years old, Susan Grau experienced a profound near-death encounter after a traumatic accident, forever altering her understanding of life, death, and the unseen world. The Corona Virus has flooded our world with depression, anxiety, fear, loneliness and many challenging feelings. Who and what we surround ourselves with is crucial to how we feel, especially during vulnerable times. Music, movies, television, relationships.. They all shape how we think, which leads to feelings, words, action and ultimately, our destiny. Now more than ever we must guard our eyes and hearts with what we allow in. There are three departments of our life that need extra watering during this time of uncertainty: mind, body and spirit. If we just focus on one, the others lack which will lead to deprivation. In episode 63 of A Drop of Sunshine podcast, we get intentional with what we allow in. I have you do a self scan then invite you to join our family in a mind, body soul challenge this next week.
