With Al out of town, Gil and Ron take the show on the road and podcast from Final Round, joined by Belia and Steph.  They begin innocently enough with Steph describing her search for employment and her confession that she name dropped to get a job. With Al unavailable, Gil and Ron journey to Belia's house to podcast.  The show starts with the guys' ongoing debate about how soon the episodes should be published. In the course of the debate, the show receives not one but two "surprise" call in guests to weigh in on the subject. Topics then range from Columbus/Indigenous Peoples/Coming Out Day to the Titanic Data Set to football kneeling (yes, again). Belia describes her adventures in podcast editing and speed dating, Gil puts forth and attempts to defend his Hot Chick Hypothesis, and Ron gets the last laugh when the guests side with him...

With AL travelling to Cape Town to track down the one and only Nicolas Blank, Rod had been waiting for the interview so that he and AL could do the rest of the show. Josh and Marc also talked about a recent experience at a non-towered field, which did not go over well with Josh.  And heads up about the Chicago Aviation Symposium on June 25th at Lewis University in Romeoville, IL (KLOT).  It's all part of the Bridge The Gap initiative to bring controllers and pilots together in the spirit of safety.  If you're in the Midwest, mark it down on your calendar.
