Bored and Sober

Zach and Sid traveled to Las Vegas to experience Meow Wolf's latest interactive installation, Omega Mart. They discuss traveling during a pandemic, and their other stops, including the Erotic Heritage Museum, Pinball Hall of Fame, and The Neon Museum. It's an episode full of food, cannabis and desert adventure!

Zach and Sid are back to talk to you about what they've been watching (mostly The Queens Gambit), what they've been doing, and none of it involves the mediocre state of Kansas!

Cocaine is a helluva a drug, just ask Stephen King! He did a bunch of blow and Zach and Sid watched a bunch of his movies; Silver Bullet, Christine, Stand by Me, Misery, and most importantly, Maximum Overdrive. At least 20 minutes of this episode are dedicated to Gary Busey's performance in Silver Bullet, as the Drunk Uncle we all wish we had.

Zach set out to watch a bunch of scary movies in October, but since his girlfriend hates horror, they ended up watching a bunch of Patrick Swayze films instead. They discuss Ghost, Red Dawn, Roadhouse, Point Break and so much more!

Sid and Zach went to Atlanta for Sid's endometriosis surgery, and Zach can't wait to tell you about all the things he ate! They also watched Grey Gardens and Netflix's Dolly Parton: Here I Am. This episode has so many bad impersonations, it's a must listen!

The showtime 4 part docu-series Love Fraud follows a bunch of aunties as they track down Richard Scott Smith, a creepo who defrauds lovelorn ladies of the Midwest. You know things are bad when karaoke in Kansas isn't safe anymore!

Over the course of 4 years, the bodies of 8 women are found murdered in the small town of Jennings, Louisiana. The women all knew each other and had many interactions with the police officers who claim to have no clues in the case. Showtime put out a docu-series on the case call Murder in the Bayou, and Zach and Sid are excited to discuss it!

Zach has Sidney Delorean on the show to discuss 2 documentaries they recently watched. The first, Class Action Park discussed the history of Vernon New Jersey's dangerous waterpark, Action Park. The second, Jasper Mall shows a dying Alabama shopping mall and the inhabitants keeping it alive.

Michelle Carter.  This 2 part doc is about the headline grabbing case in which a teenage girl convinces her boyfriend to commit suicide.  Is she really the evil vixen the media portrayed her as, or is the truth more complex?  Sure, you could watch the doc to find out or you could listen to Zach Bird and Sidney Delorean hammer out the facts for free!  At some point Sidney says some hateful things about Irish Americans, please don't cancel her!
