In this sermon he expounded on the history leading up to the Revolutionary War and how clergy and biblical truths set the foundation for a new country being formed.

This week was our annual Compassion Sunday. Pastor Steve Lortz preached out of Luke 10 and taught how the religious leaders had a different interpretation of scripture than Jesus did. What does it mean to have compassion? To whom should we show compassion? Is our faith in what we say or what we do? He challenged us to think about how we interpret scripture - is it more like Jesus or the religious leaders?

On Easter Sunday, Pastor Paul taught about what the resurrection means for the old covenant, new covenant and future.
