Belle PR CEO and founder Charlotte Belle joined us on the latest episode of 'Living with Intent'. Again, another fantastic conversation. Belle PR represents talent such as Grace Beverley, Alex Scott, AJ and Curtis Pritchard and loads more! She really opens up about the graft and mindset to build a successful business in an industry that is highly competitive and saturated. Charlotte is a truly inspirational female that has built a very successful business, going out on her own at the age of just 26 years old to now employing 5 other women. 'Pressure is a privilege' was something that stuck out for us. At the end of the day, we're lucky to be in a position where we can put ourselves under pressure, if it fails, all you do is start again. We hope you find this podcast as inspirational as we did, and as always please do get in touch out and share the pod it really does make a difference! Have a great week and see you soon!
As we continue with Series 4, George and Em take the reins for this episode by discussing all about the Intent91 team. The Intent91 team of 6 soon to be 8, is one of the most enjoyable and fulfilling aspects of building a business. The couple explores what they enjoy the most about building a team, how they keep employees inspired, and what challenges they have both personally faced since managing a team. The ambition is to build a team of like-minded and inspired individuals, right now Intent91 is 6 employees but the goal is to create a team of 50 motivated and happy people. We hope you find this insight into the Intent91 team interesting, we believe the takeaways can be applied to any business and also in your personal life!As always, we love hearing from you! So please message us on Instagram or email us at info@intent91.co.uk if you enjoy listening!Have a great day! x
Series 4, we're back! After a short hiatus, we're so excited to be back and we aren't messing around! We kickstart series 4 with a huge guest, Drew Taylor. Drew is a true pioneer in his field, taking his passion to new heights and inspiring thousands of individuals into a new sport. The parkour legend has a list of accomplishments from holding a World Record, featuring in a Netflix documentary, and now in the process of developing a video game around his passion. Drew and Emily have been friends since school resulting in a very humble and honest conversation, giving you a fantastic insight into the mind of someone that has turned his passion into a very lucrative career. This is potentially our best episode yet, and even if you know nothing or very little about parkour this episode still has so many takeaways. We hope you are keeping well during lockdown 3.0, and we hope you enjoy the pod! As always, we love hearing from you! Catch us on socials or email, and if you could share the pod, we would really appreciate it! Enjoy!

Conor shines a light on just how dedicated he is and how he won't be satisfied until he achieves his dream of playing in the football Premier League. Furthermore, in light of Boris's recent announcement of a 3rd national lockdown we ask Conor how the current situation has impacted him and the game of football. As always, we really hope you enjoy the podcast, and now more than ever we are here to support you! “That was one of my favourite chats so far” – George.George & Em share their experiences of growing a sustainable brand in this week's podcast, during a time where going out on your own and taking that risk may seem scarier than ever. George opens up about his early David Lloyd days as a personal trainer and just a few of the key critical success that got him to where he is today. This pod takes a look at some of the critical success factors, with the standout being Em stepping into the business and helping take it to the next level, by taking over control of finances and working ON the business rather than working IN the business. The couple dive into a few of the biggest mistakes they have had to learn the hard way, so that hopefully you don't make the same ones!We hope whether you are an entrepreneur or an inspiring entrepreneur you find good value in this podcast and decide to take that leap of fear.As always, we love hearing from you! We take a look at how we use social platforms in a positive way and protect ourselves from zapping our own energy by scrolling news feeds that make us compare and inflict negative thoughts. We both believe that social media can be used positively as long as you use it in the right manor, understanding that when you see something that makes you feel bad or unhappy you stop and unfollow or mute that account. It's not all negative! George discusses how he has used Instagram to motivate, inspire and educate him throughout his personal training career.
