As we enter a new year, we look back at ways we coped with the year before and ways we will choose self-care and seek joy in the coming year.
Caring for a loved one can be exponentially challenging when resources are not available or are difficult to access. Today we talk about those challenges and how we need to be advocates for our loved ones.
When you find yourself in the role of caring for your parents it can be overwhelming. I sat down with my sister recently to chat about our journey as now caregivers for our mother.
How we react to people and situations can either be draining or empowering. When we find ourselves in constant “reactive” mode, we are often giving others power over our emotions. It’s time we take that power back and assume personal responsibility for our emotions and reactions!
Join us as we chat about how we’re doing during this period of COVID, isolation, and tense times.
How can we help those around us grow, shine, and thrive?
Do you have a word to live by for the year or a season?
Are you on the New Year’s resolution bandwagon?
Join the girls from My Path Has Purpose to learn how this crazy journey began.
