This episode is a movie musing of "ISOKEN" the movie.
The virtuous woman seems to have become the "golden image" held up for women to bow to, or be banished from the committee of women. In this episode we talk about the man mentioned at the beginning of this popular chapter.
This is to men, positioning themselves for the best chance to being the women they love.
The demands on supply which is rooted in emotional insecurity, peer pressure among other things are costing lives in manipulative ways. How do we focus less on things that have nothing to do with the basics of survival - food, clothing, and shelter?
These are my thoughts on the series theme by theme.
Without "judgement" this episode is looking at the reasons why some men prefer to choose their women from outside their communities - religious or cultural.
Analysing the pick-mes as they relate to Black women.
Are we trying to "have" children or do we want to be parents?
Many times "we" forget to treat our popular persons, as want others to treat. This episode explains the complexities of being popular and not permitted to go the market undisturbed, for instance.

"some" Yorùbás have a bad habit of speaking ill of people who have what they want/desire. And since they want it practical at no cost, be it trade secret or women, they go dirty in other to force the people to "prove" the rumours wrong, by giving the propagandists exactly what they want. For so long, women of colour have had tough love or struggle love as part of their lives journey. The drama would have been funny if it wasn't heartbreaking with long-term consequences and trauma that seems to last longer than love. Some have given up on love, other simply accept it as their cross. With divestment looking like a better option, I thought it best to highlight the issues that may come up, why/how those issues are even there to, and how they can be avoided. Naturally, we are religious by nature, or there won't be Best-Sellers on book titles like "Why We Do What We Do" or something to that effect. As much as we probe and ask why, in some aspects of life/society, we hardly do the same for ourselves as individuals. We hardly question why we do what we do. Furthermore, we hardly question the origins of the "whys" behind our "whats" if they are ours or others. The motive is always more important than the motion. This and more forms the thread of the talk this episode. For questions, enquires and feedbacks send a message through the message portal available to you.
