Inductive Bible Study "Inductive" means drawing general principles from specific examples. In other words, getting what applies to all of us from specific examples in the Bible. It is done in three steps.
When facing with problems, Jesus invites us to believe, pray, wait. The only pray God does not answer in the one you don't ask.
Our present worries aren't compare to the glory that will be reveal to us. Hope gives us the ability to face all difficulties.
Each human being suffers in a way no one else suffers. Come to Him for grace for your thorn.
What it means to be the beloved of God? God took Jesus, blessed Him, broke Jesus and gave Him in the Cross.
You are a holy people for God your Lord. The Lord choose you, because He loves you.
God tells us "we are his beloved children". We like Jesus are taken, blessed, broken and given.
Everyone goes through suffering. How does a Christian respond when suffering comes into their lives. Nathan teaches us important lessons.
Often people wonder if they are making the right decision. Or if they are living in the middle of God's will for their lives. In this lesson we learn from God's Word how he guides His children.
Isaiah was filled with wonder and awe at the presence of the Lord in His temple. When he was awestruck he humbled himself to service in the Lord's Kingdom. Justine shares how we can take a similar path with passion and wonder.
What does it mean to be a holy person? Do you have to dress oddly to be godly? Paul is concerned that the believers at the church in Corinth were starting to slip into a lackadaisical lifestyle about the holiness and address the issue head-on.
Many don't know much about the Lord's Supper and why we observe this ordinance. Communion is the appetizer of our future bliss.
Pastor Tim teaches on one of our ordinances. The ordinance of Baptism.
Peter Druker said the most important question any business asks is, "What's my business?" and the second most important question is, "How's business?" In this lesson Co-Pastor Timothy Moore and Joe Chambers explain the vision of Restoration Church Mukilteo and the call to covenant membership.
God’s plan to protect the world from decay, to purify it and bring whatever flavor and zest it’s going to have, are Christ-followers.
There are some striking similarities between the role of a parent and the role of a pastor. Have you ever wondered about what goes on in the heart of a pastor for his congregation?
Making the transition of parenting children who want to be adults is a very difficult task for the child and even more so for the parent. In this lesson we learn Biblical pattern for womanhood and manhood.
The most important decision of our life is the choice of a spouse. We need ancient wisdom to help us make good choices.
In this lesson we discover what love looks like inside a marriage. How do we develop a Jesus-shaped love for our spouse? I will break it down as The Practice of Love and The Power for Love.
Sometimes we drift away from the very basics of what it means to have a Christian marriage.
Our children need a framework by which they can make good choices in a life that is going to be a challenge to live.
You and Jesus can write the ending of the rest of your story.
Love always finds a way to impact our lives if we let it.
How do we position ourselves to access the one thing needed? In a very simple display, we see a clear contrast on how to be agitated with Jesus and the way to peace.
The way Luke sets this story up it is clear to me that he is putting on display for all generations a universal truth about how mankind tries to get God’s favor. One is on full display in Simon and the other in the sinful woman.
Jesus makes gratuitous amounts of the best wine the world has ever tasted on the Third Day of this wedding feast in Cana of Galilee to point us to a higher and holier truth that on the THIRD DAY after his death, by raising Jesus from the dead, God would pour out on you and I gratuitous amounts of love, joy, and life.
All of us know that food is really more than food. The table company we keep is more than just random people that sit around a table with you. Who you share a meal with says much about who you are.
Sometimes live doesn't turn out like you dreamed. When we forget that God can't be boxed into our projections, we often fall into despondency. It doesn't have to be that way when remember the whispering grace of God.
