Joey originally hails from Manchester England and after 7 years spent travelling the world to every continent the world has to offer he decided to call the sunny shores of Perth home. From birth Joey was abandoned by his father which caused a large amount of confusion and mental health issues growing up, with bouts of depression and dices with suicide. Once Joey found a physical home for himself he began the real journey of life in understanding who he was as a person and where his troubles came from. Using a method today known as EP7 Joey was able to realise his true reason for being in life in not only being able to become the father that he never had, but being able to share all of the lessons of EP7 and his fatherly love to the world, through his coaching in EP7 and his in school workshops, on Creativity, Resilience and his B.A.M Principles. A completely organic connection with this absolute legend and he has so much incredible wisdom to add to the world - honoured to get to be in the presence of this legend! ➤➤➤ MORE OF JOEY ➤Instagram: @joey_the_nomad ➤Facebook: Joey O'Dell ➤Website: https://jwgodell.com/ ➤Podcast: Naked Reality

Some Wednesday Wisdom with @coachtomevans as we speak about the importance of building authentic relationships!♡♡♡ Short & sweet listen! Get amongst it! With high vibes, Tom & Lo
Another Value Chat Session with @coachtomevans as we talk about not getting too caught up in all of the chaos! So often we're stuck in the past memories or feeling worried about the future, based off imagination and what hasn't actually happened yet! We discuss some very basic techniques and tools to implement in moments of stress and overwhelm and the things you have the ability to control within yourself, versus trying to control the external environment and those around you
All days have been leading to building more confidence - Starting with: ▶️CLARITY and understanding your WHY behind what you do ▶️CAPABILITIES and how realising how capable you already are can allow you to step into action immediately ▶️COMMIT - commit to yourself and your own success, it's as simple as that. ▶️COURAGE - when you do all of the above, the courage will start to build and to remember that confidence and success is built by taking courageous and uncomfortable action daily, no matter how small (embrace the growing pains!) ▶️CONFIDENCE - alas, we arrive here. It is not innate and must be built, so start doing the things that will make you grow to new heights. @alexkotarba and I recommend starting with physical movement, food & nutrition and also working in your mind too!! We have so much enjoyed this process and aim to add value! We are more than open to feedback and any questions that have come up, we will gladly answer to the best of our abilities!!! With oceans of love and light, confident beings, Alex & Lo
Join Lauren along with her sister Sarah, and her brother-in-law Josh, as one of them runs us through a gratitude practice - they do this every night before dinner, as this is the time they are all available to reconnect, to check in, and to take a moment to all pause together - blessing each meal and moment for the day with a dash of gratitude. Join in with any moment of the day that you are needing an attitude of gratitude (it doesn't just have to be when you're eating...but it's a nice place to start!).
Day 4: COURAGE: Goal Setting Workshop Alex and I cover the STATE Triad: 1.Physiology 2.Focus/ Energy 3.Language Then I guide you through a moment you recall (or perhaps create), where you remember being your most confident you, most courageous you - you may even have a name for this character that you can call upon. We used the Soulful Sounds on Spotify for our meditation and @alexkotarba and I plugged into separate devices to play it while still being able to listen to the guided visualisation! Give it a go, even it is something really new for you- experience it and then see what you think of it

Day 3: COMMIT: Goal Setting Workshop How do you show up for yourself in each moment and really commit to the task at hand? In a world and mind that is so easily distracted and procrastination is much easier to lean into, join us in leaning into the discomfort of discipline! In the long game, discipline will set you free and lead you to have more efficiency and freedom in all areas of your life! Alex and I love this process ourselves and love guiding you through it - @alexkotarba is doing the activity in each session in REAL TIME, as I walk her through the process - so don't just watch, but truly engage and do the work too♡ Today we worked on scheduling specific time slots for our action steps to take us closer towards our goals - we unconverted those yesterday, so if you haven't done Day 2, we encourage you to do that (it will flow more fluidly then!).

Day 2: CAPABILITIES: Goal Setting Workshop Day 2 of Goal Setting with @alexkotarba CAPABILITIES- what are they?! They are everything you are capable of, from the most simple and minute tasks and 'things', to the more obvious ones! We start first by identifying and writing all of those down (encouraging you to do the same...) and then we step into 5 Actionable steps you can take to get you closer towards your goals/ clear vision that you identified yesterday! The last part of this talk we covered 5 excuses that Alex shared with us and then re-writing a different story around them - an empowering line, that when we feel unclear, lost, overwhelmed, we can check back on to get ourselves back on track and climbing the ladder, not spinning on the hamster wheel!

This week Alex Kotarba and I talk a lot about the book 'The Compound Effect' by @darrenjhardy - if you haven't read it and love a great personal development book, get onto it! We speak about how small actions done consistently over a long period of time will get you to where you want to be, even though we get so challenged in a world that favours instant gratification! What I love most about talking with the beautiful @alexkotarba is that we can talk about a topic and get to the same point with a slightly different way of communicating- LOVE YA GIRL! ACTION STEPS: ➡️Write down 3 actions that will allow you to move towards your goals, purpose, or the best version of YOU ➡️Write down 3 excuses you keep telling yourself about a specific area you're working on
