This episode is the 4th in a series following the college careers of Paige Davis and Lexi Miloradovitch.  Better known on this podcast as the college girls, we have followed Lexi and Paige all the way through their 4 years of higher education.  What started in 2020 with an idea to see what it would be like to document two good friends going through completely different college situations, we now get to talk about them being College Grads!  Both Lexi and Paige graduated in the summer of 2024 and now we are here to talk about it all.  We hit their final year from all angles.  What was their final year like? What were their graduation experiences (remember, they didn't get a normal high school graduation)? This episode brings some firsts to The Mic is Ahn.  Andrew Kline is our first guest in the history of the podcast that is bringing us into the world of professional wrestling! Andrew is also the first guest to have a slash in his last name because Andrew Cass is the character he portrays in the squared circle.  This interview was a breath of fresh air for me, because as a lifelong wrestling fan, I've been waiting for the opportunity to talk about it with someone else who is actually going through it! This episode of the podcast is an important one.  Vicki and I talk about dealing with the loss of a loved one, and what it's like from all perspectives.  Vicki tells us the story of her family and how they went through a major loss.  She does a remarkable job of explaining the details, emotions, situations, and effects that losing a loved one can have on a person.  We talk about grief from her view, her sons view, and all that they have been through.  Vicki also is willing to get into questions and answers that most people don't feel comfortable talking about.  My goal for this episode is to help anyone who listens to better understand what loss and the ensuing grief are like.  If you've already had to deal with major loss, this episode is still for you, because we leave no stone unturned.  Sure, the episode is more serious. In this episode we are talking about a new subject.....Elementary education! The first episode of 2024 brings standup comedian Andrew Orolfo back to The Mic is Ahn Podcast.  This is Andrew's third visit, and in this episode we are catching up with all of his most recent activities. This session was put into action by the Pepsi commercial starring Shaquille O'Neal that aired on Thanksgiving....in which Andrew was a part of!!! Episode 63 brings Dr. Celeste Holbrook back to The Mic is Ahn Podcast.  She first visited back in episode 53, where we talked about our relationship with her brother Devon and how she got started in her career as a sexologist.  This time, we vowed to do something completely different.  Celeste and I go back and forth asking questions about a very wide array of topics.  She asks me four specific questions about what I'm proud of, afraid of, women's sports and my favorite date memory.  Trust me when I tell you that my answers involve things I've never talked about before on the podcast. Episode 62 is a blast from the past.  I've wanted to talk about this for awhile, and now is the time.  I once worked with the Dallas Mavericks for one NBA season.  Today I'm talking about it on the podcast.  My goal for this episode is to tell the story of working for the Dallas Mavericks during the 1999-2000 season as the Mascot Coordinator and Street Team Coordinator.  What does that mean?  What did I do?  How did I get there?  All of these questions will be answered in this episode.  I talk about the job descriptions, what the day-to-day was like, and what game days were like from my perspective.  Of course I added some stories from the year...because this was a very important year in the history of the Mavericks.  During the middle of the season, Mark Cuban bought the team...which I talk about.  I also cover road trips that I went on, Dennis Rodman, Don Nelson stepping up to Karl Malone,  listening to Pat Riley yell and curse....a lot, being at a Christmas party at Nellie's house and why I was only there for one year.  There is a bunch of information in this episode that I haven't ever talked about with anyone....so tune in....check it out....and enjoy my year with the Dallas Mavericks!  Email: themicisahn@gmail.comInstagram: ahniebpe

This is the third installment of the College Girls, Paige Davis and Lexi Miloradovitch and their journey through college.  If you aren't already familiar with them, they made their debut in episode 12 and returned on episode 42. This is their 3rd year in college, and in this interview we talked about a whole bunch of unique topics pertaining to their college experiences.  To catch you up, Lexi and Paige are good friends that graduated from Northgate High School in 2020 and then went off to college in different places just as the pandemic was in full swing.  Lexi has been at TCU in Fort Worth, TX and Paige has been at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, CA.  In this podcast we talk about: How they are most different now, classes they are taking, the most underrated thing about their campuses, and a good bit about food.  We talk about how to identify new students on campus, how their relationships with their parents have changed, and we also mention the future.  We get very real with everything, including struggles and issues they've had, but I promise you we have fun.  Oh yeah....we talk about their sports experiences....and TCU has had some great ones.
