This week we bring you the Pros! That's right, we're bumping shoulders with the elite at the UCI world cup in MSA, Quebec! An incredible win by Finn Iles,  the first Canadian win @ MSA since Stevie Smith in 2013. #Longlivechainsaw Jackson Goldstone set the stage for a Canadian men's sweep as he took 1st and wrapped up the Junior overall title. A crash for Amaury Pierron dashed his hopes of wrapping up the elite overall title at MSA. We talk with the riders and enjoy an amazing, but exhausting weekend!  Like, follow, subscribe

Ricky is mostly frozen because he has crap internet.

Meet Peter, the man behind the Big Axe! We talk to Peter Cole of Big Axe brewery, and sample the Gnar She Gose collaboration brew. Robert, who is probably the foremost craft beer sampler (nerd) in all of Sussex, joins us to talk about the MTB Atlantic collaboration brews. This week we talk beer, poop, and bikes. Probably more beer and poop than bikes. Becci's mechanic sucks ass, and miss Lori is conspicuously absent (Darren's shoddy work again).....

An exciting announcement! #colla-beer-ation #bigaxe Darren hasn't got a clue what day it is, Wesley is out of town (because we're late recording). Lori gets new socks, and Becci smells colours. We also discuss the basics of wheel truing. Part 2 to follow.
