Văn bản sẽ có hiệu lực từ ngày 1/5/2026, tạo hành lang pháp lý thống nhất cho doanh nghiệp trong quá trình xuất nhập khẩu.Văn bản hợp nhất quy định rõ phạm vi áp dụng đối với cơ quan cấp Giấy chứng nhận xuất xứ hàng hóa (C/O), thương nhân và các tổ chức, cá nhân liên quan đến hoạt động xuất nhập khẩu. Đồng thời, hệ thống khái niệm như: hàng hóa có xuất xứ, không có xuất xứ… được chuẩn hóa nhằm đảm bảo cách hiểu thống nhất trong thực thi.Một trong những nội dung trọng tâm là quy định tiêu chí xác định xuất xứ hàng hóa. Theo đó, hàng hóa được coi là có xuất xứ nếu thuộc một trong hai nhóm: có xuất xứ thuần túy (như nông sản trồng, thu hoạch trong nước, khoáng sản khai thác…) hoặc không thuần túy nhưng đáp ứng các tiêu chí như hàm lượng giá trị khu vực tối thiểu 40% hoặc chuyển đổi mã số hàng hóa. Đáng chú ý, văn bản cho phép doanh nghiệp linh hoạt lựa chọn phương pháp tính RVC (trực tiếp hoặc gián tiếp), nhưng phải áp dụng nhất quán trong suốt năm tài chính. Đồng thời, quy định về “cộng gộp” xuất xứ giữa các nước thành viên giúp doanh nghiệp tận dụng nguyên liệu trong khu vực để đáp ứng tiêu chí xuất xứ, qua đó nâng cao khả năng hưởng ưu đãi thuế quan.Bộ Công thương hợp nhất quy định về xuất xứ hàng hóa trong FTA ASEAN - Hàn Quốc.

The Innate Health Assessment tool developed by Prof Dan O'Neill and a team from the Royal Veterinary College has been described as revolutionary. Nos preguntamos constantemente si alguna cosa, persona o experiencia nos traerá algún tipo de beneficio. Es como si la vida real se convirtiera en una especie de juego.La verdad es que a nadie le gusta perder. Queremos ser los mejores en los deportes, en las discusiones, e incluso obtener más "me gusta" que los demás en las redes sociales.El problema es que muchos transfieren esa realidad a la religión. "¿Qué gano con ir a la iglesia?", se preguntan algunos. Más que nunca, esta pregunta está siendo planteada, principalmente, por las nuevas generaciones. Permíteme mostrarte tres beneficios que obtenemos al ir a la iglesia.Alegría. David escribió: "Yo me alegré cuando me dijeron: 'Vamos a la casa del Señor— (Sal. 122:1). Este versículo forma parte de un salmo compuesto como cántico de peregrinación: era cantado por los judíos en su camino hacia el templo en Jerusalén. ¿Sabes por qué esto era motivo de alegría? Simple. Los peregrinos encontrarían a Dios allí. ¿No debería ser esa también nuestra motivación para ir a la iglesia? Aiden W. Tozer escribió: "Hay más alegría restauradora en cinco minutos de adoración que en cinco noches de fiesta".Amistades. Su mensaje es urgente en nuestros días. Mientras más cerca estamos del regreso de Jesús, más deberíamos reunirnos en la casa de Dios, pues allí podemos sentir un anticipo de la presencia de Cristo. Maar de EU bijt van zich af. Het ziet voorlopig af van een handelsdeal met de VS, allemaal vanwege Groenland. Ook is een meerderheid van het Europees parlement voor het activeren van het antidwanginstrument tegen de VS, de zogeheten handelsbazooka. Zorgen dus voor de Amerikanen. Al zien ze zelf geen vuiltje aan de lucht.
