The Tired Moms Club with bemybreastfriend podcast is a must-listen for any mom navigating the world of breastfeeding and pumping. Hosted by Kristen, aka bemybreastfriend, this podcast provides relevant and relatable content that is perfectly timed for a pump session. As a listener, I look forward to every episode and appreciate the effort that goes into recording and bringing on guests.

One of the best aspects of this podcast is the abundance of lactation chat and topics that are discussed. Kristen tackles various issues related to breastfeeding and pumping, making it incredibly relevant and relatable for moms in all stages of their journey. The information shared is informative, inspirational, and presented in a way that is easy to understand. Additionally, the timing of each episode lines up perfectly with a typical pump session, making it an ideal companion during those moments.

Another great aspect of The Tired Moms Club podcast is Kristen herself. She has been through her own challenges with breastfeeding and pumping and has transformed her experiences into a positive one. Her positive attitude, humor, and ability to spin the "awful" stigma associated with exclusively pumping have changed mindsets for many moms. Through her stories and conversations with guests, she creates a sense of community where moms can feel supported and understood.

However, one potential downside to this podcast may be its focus on breastfeeding and pumping. While Kristen does mention that it's for both nursing and pumping moms, some listeners who exclusively nurse may feel less inclined to listen due to the emphasis on pumping. It would be beneficial if there was more balance in content between these two aspects.

In conclusion, The Tired Moms Club with bemybreastfriend podcast is a fantastic resource for moms navigating breastfeeding and pumping journeys. Kristen's relatability, informative content, and perfect timing make it an ideal companion during pump sessions. While there could be more balance between nursing and pumping topics, overall this podcast provides valuable information, support, and a sense of community for moms everywhere.

Your body knows when it is under increased pressure and won't produce as much milk in those types of situations. Whether this is your first baby, or maybe it has been several years since you last delivered, you don't have to worry about how you are going to feed your baby. But there are certain things that I wish someone would have told me before I delivered my multiples to help me better prepare and that is what I share with you today.I share several resources including a few workshops and courses created by dear friends of mine that I highly recommend. I go into the importance of knowing your correct flange size and how you can go about measuring this. I share a funny story about how I didn't even like Instagram in the beginning and how what started as a little passion project of mine has turned into a thriving business. My goal with this podcast is to help you fill a void while you are breastfeeding.
