"Don't let the sting of change deceive you—the very pain you are feeling might be the labor pains of a new promise."Pastor Lee Lukinovich delivers a powerful word on navigating the pain of transition and change. Using the biblical analogy of childbirth, he explains that "no pain, no birth" is a spiritual principle where the anguish of a closing chapter often precedes the joy of a new promise. By examining the refining journey of the Apostle Peter, Pastor Lee shows how God uses seasons of failure, grief, and "growing pains" to mold our character and wear down our rough edges. Whether you are closing a difficult chapter or facing a "new wine skin" season, this message offers hope that God redeems every tear, using our deepest pains to comfort others and prepare us for a firm foundation in His glory.

Do you feel like you're just "scrapping by" instead of living the life of abundance God promised?. Pastor Lee Lukinovich dives deep into what it means to build your life on the Rock of Abundance, moving from a mindset of scarcity to a life of bold generosity.Using the dramatic story of Moses and the Israelites in the wilderness, Pastor Lee exposes the difference between "striking the rock" through self-effort and "speaking to the rock" through faith and relationship. You'll discover that God doesn't just want to give you enough to survive; He wants to provide a "gushing" overflow with "12 baskets left over". Learn how the principles of sowing and reaping and simple obedience can unlock a supernatural flow of provision in your life, even in the driest deserts. It's time to stop striving in your own strength and start living out of the inexhaustible source of Jesus Christ.

Are you tired of just "showing up and paying up" at church? It is time to discover what it means to live a life that is truly supernatural. He shares incredible, real-life stories from his decades of ministry, including supernatural encounters where the Word of God came alive off the page and bold moments of street ministry that saw lives changed in an instant. This message is a wake-up call to stop conforming to the world and start operating in the power of the Holy Spirit.✨ What You'll Learn:Why having a "different spirit" is the secret to making an impact in your community. How to take every thought captive and stand against the standards of the world. The importance of following God wholeheartedly, no matter your age.Step out in faith: Are you ready to claim your mountain? What do you see when you look in the mirror? In Rock of Identity, Pastor Lee Lukinovich challenges us to stop living "down" to our own insecurities and start living "up" to who God says we are. Using the story of Gideon, who was hiding in a wine press when God called him a mighty hero, Lee breaks down the difference between the facts of our current situation and the truth of our eternal identity. It is an encouraging look at how trading in your "mirror identity" for a foundation in Christ can completely change the way you see your future.

Are you looking for a message that really hits home? In this recording, Nick Fury shares his incredible story of surviving death three times to remind us that God always has a plan. This talk is the start of a series called Built on the Rock and focuses on the Rock of Salvation. Nick walks through the famous story of Lazarus in John 11, but he adds a lot of personal insight and research that makes the verses come alive. He explains that Jesus is the resurrection itself and why He chose to wait four days before performing one of His greatest miracles. You will also learn about the stones we all have in our lives, like doubt or fear, and why we need to be involved in moving them out of the way. The message wraps up with a powerful reminder that we need community to help us through the process of restoration. If you need to hear that your current valley is actually a place for growth, this is definitely for you.

Can dry, scattered bones really live again? In this Resurrection Sunday message, Pastor Lee Lukinovich explores the vision of Ezekiel and the incredible power of the Breath of Life. This talk is about more than just ancient history, it is about the spiritual revival waiting for you right now. Pastor Lee also shares massive news about the church's transition into District Church with a mission to bring life to all of East Jefferson. If you feel hopeless or disconnected, discover how the Holy Spirit can breathe new life into your soul and give you a new identity. You are not too far gone for a fresh start. Watch now to hear about the new season God is leading us into.

In this message, Pastor Lee Lukinovich explains how we can all become a pipeline for God's power to reach the world. Using the story of Jesus feeding the five thousand, he shows that bringing life to a community starts with a heart of compassion and a personal, relational touch. He shares a great story about a local "grass guy" who went above and beyond to help a customer in need, illustrating that ministry is often about simple acts of kindness. You will learn how God uses multiplication to reach people one by one, ensuring that no one is left out and that those who give of themselves end up with more than enough left over.

Are you tired of just going through the motions of faith without seeing real transformation in your life or community? Pastor Lee kicks off an inspiring new series titled "Empowered to Bring Life" by identifying the one thing we cannot live without: the power of the Holy Spirit. He reminds us that while strategies, locations, and names may change, only the breath of God can bring true life to a ministry or an individual. Using the magnificent 800-year-old McDonald Oak tree as a guide, Pastor Lee explains how we are like acorns that possess incredible potential but require external power from God to grow.By looking at the transition from the Gospel of Luke to the Book of Acts, this message highlights the importance of waiting on God's empowerment before trying to fulfill His mission. You will discover how the life God puts inside you is meant to grow outward, overflowing from your own heart to your marriage, your family, and ultimately your entire community. Pastor Lee uses the analogy of a faucet to show that we must stay connected to the "vine" to ensure that life-giving water flows through us to those in need. Tune in to learn how a humble and hungry heart can become a vessel for the same power that raised Christ from the dead.

When your back is against a wall and you're facing a dead end, will you stand firm or give in to fear? Pastor Lee continues the "Be Still and Know" series by diving into the miraculous story of the Red Sea, where God turned a dead end into a highway of deliverance. Alongside his wife Rachel, Pastor Lee shares the vulnerable behind the scenes journey of their move to Metairie, including the seasons of "not yet" and the dreams that confirmed their calling. The central question for every believer is whether God will be glorified through your life or in spite of it. Learn why your part is simply to trust and obey while God orchestrates the victory.

How do we recognize God's hand at work when life feels like it's shaking? Returning from a mission trip to Africa, Pastor Lee uses the story of the 10 plagues in Exodus to show how God makes His power unmistakable, even to those who don't follow Him. Just as the magicians in Egypt had to admit they were seeing "the finger of God," we can learn to see His fingerprints in our own difficult seasons, from health miracles to the survival of the church. This message is a powerful call to be still, be humble, and "lean in" to the unique mandate God has for your life. What is one "fingerprint" of God you can see in your past when you look back? Let us know!Follow this podcast for more messages on how to stand firm when everything around you is shaking.

How many times have you heard God calling you to do something and decided to hit the "snooze button" instead? In this message from The Tabernacle Church in Metairie, Louisiana, Rhondalyn Thibodaux explores why our actions often speak much louder than our words. Drawing from the story of King Saul in 1st Samuel 15, Rhonda breaks down how easy it is to justify partial obedience when God is actually asking for a total surrender of our own plans.Rhonda shares her personal journey of moving away from a "lukewarm" life to find true peace and healing in Jesus. She challenges us to consider three major parts of walking with God: learning to truly listen, humbling ourselves to surrender control, and having the courage to take a step of faith even when we do not have all the details. Whether you are feeling a tug on your heart to change your lifestyle or you are ready to stop making excuses, this message is a powerful call to answer the "alarm" God is sounding in your life today.

In this moving message titled "How Will You Praise?" Rechelle Lyons gets real about the tipping point in her own faith journey. She shares the raw story of facing a discouraging infertility diagnosis and a 1% chance of having kids naturally, followed by the heartbreak of a miscarriage. It is a powerful look at what it means to trust God when your circumstances don't seem to line up with his promises.Through the lens of Jesus entering Jerusalem in Luke 19, Rechelle breaks down the difference between praising God only when things go our way and praising him simply because of who he is. She talks about how easy it is to fall into "conditional praise" or to try and put God in a "religious box" when we feel out of control. She reminds us that even when we are in the thick of a struggle, Jesus remains the same and is always worthy of our worship.Ultimately, this sermon is a reminder that we were created by God and for God. Rechelle challenges us to consider if we are letting creation, like the very stones on the road, praise him more than we do. Whether you are in a season of waiting or walking through a difficult trial, this message will encourage you to shift your perspective toward a heavenly view.Have you ever found yourself offering "conditional praise" when life gets hard? How do you think your daily routine would change if you viewed your life as a testimony meant to bring glory to God, regardless of the outcome?

Worship is way more than just a song we sing on Sunday morning. This week, Pastor Lee explores the wonder of worship and the difference between giving God praise and truly yielding our hearts to Him. He digs into the history of King Solomon's temple to show us a cool principle called "form and fill": when we work by faith to prepare a place for God, He is faithful to fill it with His presence. We also get real about the "idols" in our lives, like comfort or even sports, that can sometimes take God's place. This message is a great reminder that true worship happens through our choices and our obedience, not just our voices.

What do you do when you're "beat half to death" and stuck in an "inner dungeon" season of life? Using the powerful story of Paul and Silas, Pastor Lee demonstrates how praise isn't a denial of pain, but a declaration of trust that shifts our focus from our problems to our God. At The Tabernacle Church, we are committed to growing people who bring life by celebrating the King in every circumstance. As Pastor Lee encourages us, we must "shift our focus from the chains to the chain breaker" to invite God's presence into our deepest struggles. Your praise has the power to break chains and bring life to those around you. Join our journey of worship and find more messages at TheTabChurch.net.

Ready to leave the past behind and step into something brand new? Guest speaker, Pastor Anthony Marquize, shares a life-changing message on how we can be "reconciled" to God. Using the simple image of balancing a checkbook, Pastor Anthony explains how God takes all our mistakes and "blots them out" with the blood of Jesus, replacing them with His perfection. You aren't just a "fixed" version of your old self—you are a completely new creature!Pastor Anthony's word for you today is simple: "You have to be more aware of the presence of God than you are your problems. If you become aware of the presence of God, you win". Stop looking in the mirror and seeing your failures; start seeing who God says you are—an overcomer and an ambassador of Christ.Connect with us at: https://thetabchurch.net#TheTabChurch #NewCreation #Overcomer #Reconciliation #AnthonyMarquize #VictoryInChrist #Grace

What if God wanted to use a "foreign king" or a complete stranger to answer your deepest prayers? In this session, we look at the incredible story of King Cyrus and how God "stirs the hearts" of people to make things happen on Earth. We're on a mission to bring life to every nook and cranny of our community, but that requires moving from just praying to actually obeying. We talk about why you should never despise "small beginnings"—even when your progress looks like a puny concrete slab instead of a finished temple. Whether you're an intercessor or an instrument of action, discover how to make yourself available so that God doesn't let your potential go to waste.

Pastor Lee wants to move you past a "religious checkbox" faith where reading the Bible feels like a boring homework assignment,. Instead, he describes prayer as a vital "breathing" process: we inhale God's life and strength so that we actually have something of value to exhale to the world,. Drawing from the story of Daniel—who continued to pray even while facing a lion's den and a lifetime of captivity—he shows how persistent prayer can move heaven and impact the supernatural realm,,. This is an encouraging reminder that God isn't just trying to keep you surviving; He wants you running through life like an Olympic athlete.

Are you tired of striving and ready to start abiding?. Pastor Lee dives into the famous encounter between Jesus and the woman at the well, showing how the Savior meets us at our "high noon"—the personal, shameful places where we think we are hidden,,. Discover how receiving the Holy Spirit is like a spring of living water that satisfies your deepest spiritual longings forever,,. It's time to move from being an "outcast" to an "evangelist" as you let His life overflow into your entire city.

Learn to fix your eyes on eternal things rather than temporary struggles, and find out why our God is an "undefeated" King whose presence fills the temple,,.

TIS THE SEASON TO BE RESTORED! Pastor Lee Lukinovich breaks down the difference between healing and restoration: Restoration is bringing back what was lost and making it better than before! Using the incredible story of Jairus (Mark 5), learn why you need the RIGHT POSTURE of desperate humility to receive your miracle. If you've gotten a devastating report, remember: Delay is not denial, it's development. Jesus says: DO NOT FEAR, ONLY BELIEVE.#Restoration #Faith #Jairus #Miracles #DoNotFear

Tune into our new series, "Tis the Season," featuring the powerful message "Tis the Season to be Restored" from Pastor Carl. Forget the holiday smoke screens and the pressure to just "be jolly". Pastor Carl dives deep into why Jesus came: to heal the brokenhearted. If life has left you crushed, shattered by grief, trauma, or betrayal, know that the Lord is near you. God desires holistic healing—restoring your spirit, soul, and body completely. Learn how the pain the enemy meant for harm can be taken by God and used as the very foundation for your breakthrough!.

We are incredibly thankful for God's grace! Pastor Lee shares the message Grateful for Provision, the concluding part of the Gratitude series, from the Metairie campus. Drawing inspiration from the faith of Abraham, we learn that being grateful for provision means looking for the grace of God (eukaristia) being extended to us in all circumstances. When we take steps of faith, we are essentially tagging God into our situation, and He promises to meet the need. He already met our greatest need by providing salvation through His Son, so we know He will graciously give us all things!

We're moving along in the awesome "Gratitude" series! Tune in as Pastor Lee from The Tabernacle Church Metairie campus shares an amazing message titled "Grateful for Life". He reminds us that life is sacred, precious, and a genuine miracle. Get ready to hear about Mary pouring out expensive nard—a powerful example showing that true gratitude is much bigger than just saying "thank you". Lee emphasizes that life is a gift paid for by Jesus, and our gratitude should motivate us to offer him a "life poured out"!

Join us for the start of our new series, Gratitude, with the message "Grateful for Family." Rhondalyn Thibodaux explores the difficult truth that family can be both beautiful and broken. Drawing inspiration from her own 10-year vow renewal and the biblical story of Joseph, she explains how gratitude prevents division. Rhondalyn encourages us to see the covenant value in the people God has placed in our lives. Discover how to forgive family members, redefine past wrongs for God's good, and stand against the enemy's plan to destroy your household. She urges us to focus on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony, and remember that earthly family is temporary, but Kingdom family is eternal.

In this powerful continuation of the "Sight to the Blind" series, Lee explains Jesus's clear command to the healed man: Do not even enter the village! This message is a fierce call to holiness and being set apart from what is common. Using the vivid metaphor of an eagle living like a chicken, Lee reveals the three "villages" holding us back from soaring in God's purpose: the Village of Recognition (seeking fame over faithfulness and letting the fruit speak for itself), the Village of Unbelief (where faith is laughed at and miracles are blocked), and the Village of Distraction (where common things, like lifestyle choices, consume our attention and availability). Discover why setting yourself apart for God's purposes alone, with an undivided commitment, is the only way to fulfill your unique destiny.

Are you just seeing trees? We're diving into the powerful two-part message, "Sight to the Blind: Are You Seeing Trees?" with Pastor Lee Lukinovich.Based on the incredible miracle story where a blind man sees people looking "like trees walking", this message is a prophetic picture of our own discipleship journey. Pastor Lukinovich shares how God wants to do a deep work in you so you can move past spiritual dullness and see people clearly—not vaguely or dully. This message explores how we often fail to see people clearly in three ways, including overlooking them or seeing them as merely "favored". Discover why seeing clearly helps replace frustration and annoyance with intercession and compassion. Get ready to see others the way Jesus does: as God's harvest and your purpose and ask Him to touch your eyes again so you can truly love your neighbor as yourself!

This final message in our series, “What does God say about?”, tackles one of the most paralyzing forces we face: fear. More than a fleeting emotion, fear is a spiritual weapon wielded by the enemy to derail God's purpose for your life. Pastor Lee unpacks fear through the acronym F.E.A.R.—False Evidence Appearing Real—revealing how it thrives in our imagination and causes us to freeze or “play possum.”Through the story of Joshua, we explore how an entire generation missed the Promised Land because they surrendered to fear. But there's a better way forward. Pastor Lee introduces a simple, powerful formula for walking by faith: HBO—Hear, Believe, Obey. This message reminds us that courage isn't the absence of fear, but the decision not to bow to it. And here's the twist: the very thing you're most afraid of might be the clearest sign that you're stepping into exactly what God has called you to.

The topics we cover in this series—like hypocrisy and judging—aren't just hot topics; they can be traps leading to the death of a believer. This week, we use the story of the Trojan Horse to illustrate how entertainment works in your life: it holds your attention and subtly influences you to do what culture wants. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but God wants you to have abundant life! When we are careless about what entertains us, we risk being discipled by the culture instead of by Jesus. King David showed us the way by being protective, making a covenant about his eyes and ears, because he knew that whatever he gave his attention to would eventually get his affection. We stress that if you let something in, it will come in and live in you. What you consume is either going to feed your spirit and faith or feed your flesh and sin nature. Remember, the flesh is hostile to God. We examine how ungodly entertainment can desensitize your spirit and starve your hunger for God.Not all entertainment is evil—good entertainment can leave you feeling encouraged and rejuvenated (just ask about the fun that happened at Band of Brothers!). However, we must beware of the danger: when sin starts looking normal and holiness starts looking extreme, your gates have been open too long. We can't stop everything we're exposed to in this world, but we can control what we allow into our gates and choose not to entertain. God's Word gives us a filter: fix your thoughts on what is true, honorable, right, pure, and admirable (Philippians 4:8). It's time to take inventory, clean house, wipe your histories, and unfollow anything that is drowning out God in your life.

We are getting super transparent in this message! Sister Rechelle Lyons continues our series, "What does God say about_____?". Today we are talking about "What does God say about Judging?". Rechelle shares a hilarious (and ultra-relatable) story about shaking her head and criticizing her husband's parenting style—and realizing she needed to look in the mirror. The Bible warns that criticizing and judging our brothers and sisters in Christ is actually "evil talk" intended to harm and destroy character. When we adopt a self-righteous attitude or try to convict others, we are taking the place of the Holy Spirit and aligning ourselves with the enemy, the accuser. We are all equal servants under one Master (God)! Learn how to use righteous judgment, which begins with self-examination and choosing to approach others humbly and gently to restore, build, and edify, not tear down.

We are kicking off a new series across all campuses called "What Does God Say?". Pastor Lee Linovich dives into the "juicy" topic of hypocrisy. He uses the powerful analogy of the hollow water oak to show how "heart rot" (fungal decay on the inside) compromises us, causing us to fall when the winds of life blow. Lee reveals why our religious rituals and outward show cannot replace genuine relationship with God. He points out that Jesus called the Pharisees and scribes hypocrites because they honored God with their lips but their hearts were far away. Pastor Lee shares his own vulnerable testimony of feeling too broken to change, emphasizing the incredible truth that Jesus says, "Come as you are". God is not impressed by religious checkboxes or outward performance; He wants your heart, and if you give Him your heart, He will change the behavior from the inside out. Learn why choosing to obey God, even when you don't feel like it, is an act of faith, not hypocrisy. God is drawn to authenticity and will receive a broken and contrite heart.

In this final message of the That's My People series, Pastor Lee Lukinovich dives into the revealed heart of God and His sense of urgency. What is the cry of Heaven right now? It's that His house may be filled!.We look at the powerful story Jesus shared in Luke 14 about a great banquet. God paid the highest price—the blood of His one and only son—for this feast, and He doesn't want His house to be half-empty.If the people originally invited make excuses (which Alexander Pope says are worse than a lie because they are "a lie guarded"), the master sends servants out to the streets, lanes, highways, and hedges to compel everyone to come in. This shows us that spiritual excuses are often a sign of lukewarmness, and we can't hang out in the middle—we have to pick a side.God doesn't care if you're blind, broke, or an outcast; there's a seat with your name on it if you want it. It is our urgent responsibility to be those servants and invite people, because today is the day of salvation. Hear how the church is putting Luke 14 in action by creating compelling, free outreach opportunities (like the all-expenses-paid Skate Night) to help bring friends and family into the Father's house!

Message 2: "How to Deal with People" You don't want to miss this one. Pastor Lee's bringing a message that's honest, timely, and might just hit closer to home than you expect. It's part two of our “That's My People” series, and whether you're thriving in your relationships or just trying to survive them, this one's worth your time. That's the picture God has for us! Each one of us is meant to become a mighty oak of righteousness, a display of His splendor, starting as a small acorn with incredible potential. But God doesn't just want single trees; He wants a whole grove of oaks spiritually covering places like East Jefferson Parish, inviting everyone to find shelter and care. How do we get there? Pastor Lee lays out a clear blueprint with "Five Es" derived from 1 Thessalonians:Engage: We're called to be intentional and authentic, seizing opportunities to invite and urge one another towards God's truth. This means connecting with care, refusing to waste a chance, but always being sensitive, not pushy.Encourage: This isn't just being kind; it's deliberately walking with people, especially in tough times, showing genuine care and helping them grow into who God created them to be.Empower: We want to see people set free from whatever holds them back—breaking generational curses or addictions—and then help them find opportunities to use their unique, God-given gifts for others.Expect: We stand on God's word, expecting supernatural things to happen in our lives, and we also hold each other accountable to our commitments, expecting growth and victory because we're putting in the work.Enjoy: Yes, we can (and should!) enjoy this journey with God! This message dives into just that, using the story of a woman in the Bible who poured out something incredibly valuable for Jesus.Discover why embracing your brokenness isn't a weakness but where God's anointing can flow through you, and how to push past those "indignant voices" that might question how you use your time, talent, or treasure for God.It's all about seeing Jesus' value and trusting Him with everything. Get ready to be encouraged to live fully for Him today! Tune in!

Hey everyone! Welcome back to the "Past. Present. Future." series. This is message #2, titled "Embracing the Moment". If you caught the last one, we talked about moving past our past. This time, Pastor Lee Lukinovich is helping us focus on the present. So, how do we really live fully in the moment God has given us? Jesus gives us the key in Matthew 6:33-34: Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness. But what does "seek first" even mean? Pastor Lee unpacks that it's about having a passionate pursuit, a real desire, a holy hunger for God's rule and for becoming more like Him. It's not a fearful search, but more like the excitement you'd have looking for something precious. This spiritual hunger is actually a good sign that you're spiritually alive and growing. Being lukewarm or lacking hunger can signal a lack of spiritual life. Seeking God's "kingdom" means surrendering your own will and letting His rule and reign influence every part of your life – like your job, family, schedule, finances, and even your body. Seeking His "righteousness" is passionately pursuing His nature and character, allowing the Holy Spirit to transform you to be more like Him. The Bible promises that if you hunger and thirst for righteousness, you will be filled.Pastor Lee shares how living this out personally helps him deal with his own fears about the future. By embracing the moment with Jesus and getting honest about where he's at, God can gently reveal areas where more faith is needed and call him higher. Being faithful right now, seeking God first, is the way to find peace about tomorrow. What you do today truly impacts tomorrow, whether good or bad. It's about having that confidence, knowing you are actively seeking God first in your life .Tune in to hear more about putting this principle into practice to truly embrace the moment you're in and trust God with what's next!
