Episode 18 Show Notes: Welcome to the Episode 18 of the Knit Actually Podcast! • Actually Working • I talk about projects I am currently working on including o Windschief Hat for my husband o Sockhead Hat for me! o o Baley Sweater for my son o • Actually Hand Dyed o I dyed a BUNCH of things this week!!! First, I skeined up the yarn I dyed in the class I took at Fancy Tiger Crafts o o I kettle dyed some Aran weight MCN in Peacock Blue for a hat for my husband for Christmas • o I hand dyed some MCN Fingering, which I’m using for my Sockhead Hat o o I made two attempts at speckled yarn, on a DK stellina base. The first one is lovely, but definitely not speckled o And the second turned out pretty much exactly how I wanted it to o THEN, I tried stencilling a sock blank, and I was pretty happy with the results on my first try o Last I dyed some self striping yarn, and I feel like I’ve finally got the hang of it! • Actually Attending o Handweavers Guild of Boulder Annual Sale , November 4-8 o Interweave Yarn Fest, March 31 – April 3  List of Workshops is here.
