Balaguer celebra els actes amb motiu de la Diada Nacional de Catalunya. Els actes començaran un any més un dia abans amb l’acte institucional que es farà avui dimecres a partir de dos quarts de nou del vespre a l’església de Santa Maria. En aquest acte es commemoraran els 50 anys del Congrés de Cultura catalana, els 150 anys del naixement de Juli Garreta, i el Mil·lenari de Montserrat. Després de l’acte es farà un ballada de sardanes amb la cobla Aires de la Terra. Els actes seguiran dijous 11 de setembre a partir de les 12 h, amb una trobada al monument l’Esculll. En aquesta s’interpretarà la proposta de música i poesia ‘Mai la direm prou’ a càrrec de David Pradas i Núria Miret D’altra banda “Balaguer per la independència” celebrarà un acte alternatiu també dijous a les 11h a la plaça Sant Domènec. El Consell Comarcal de la Noguera, amb la col·laboració de l’Ajuntament de la Sentiu de Sió, han organitzat conjuntament per dijous al vespre l’acte institucional comarcal per commemorar l’Onze de Setembre Balaguer celebrarà la desena edició de l’Encontats, el Mercat del Conte i el Llibre Il·lustrat, enguany serà del 17 al 21 de setembre amb l’escriptor Carles Cano com a padrí d’aquesta edició i la il·lustradora Natasha Domanova com a autora de la imatge protagonista del cartell d’aquesta edició d’aniversari Els carregadors de vehicles elèctrics de Les Avellanes i Tartareu ja estan a ple funcionament. La Vall d’Aran no es un escenario. Es un organismo vivo que decide cuándo abrirte paso y cuándo cerrarte el camino. Aquí no mandan los relojes ni los récords personales, manda la montaña. Este fin de semana lo hemos comprobado en primera persona. Junto a Fred Urrutia —compañero en RUNNEA y periodista incansable— viajamos hasta Vielha para preparar la Val d’Aran by UTMB de este 2025. ¿El objetivo? Reconocer el terreno. ¿La experiencia? Mucho más que eso. Lo hicimos de la mano de Aran Discover, el único partner oficial de la prueba. Y lo que en principio iba a ser una toma de contacto con el recorrido, se convirtió en una lección de trail, de vida y de respeto por un entorno tan salvaje como bello. David y Fran, los fundadores de Aran Discover, no son guías al uso. Son corredores, locales, apasionados del terreno y de su cultura. “Este valle lo conocemos como si lo hubiéramos parido”, nos dicen mientras señalan una senda invisible entre pinos y rocas. Ellos han corrido las distintas distancias del evento. Han organizado la primera edición. Y, sobre todo, han entendido que lo que muchos corredores necesitan no es solo un track, sino contexto: saber lo que te espera en cada kilómetro, por dónde vendrá el calor, dónde escasea el agua o qué subida te vacía sin avisar. Aran Discover nace justo para eso: para ofrecer acompañamiento real, guiado técnico y asesoramiento logístico a quienes quieren llegar bien preparados a la carrera. Y no solo a la élite. “Hemos tenido desde corredores que van a por sus primeras 100 millas hasta atletas que pelean por puestos de podio”, explican. La montaña no discrimina. El respeto por el terreno es el primer paso para todos. Parece que lleva toda la vida en el circuito, pero esta será solo la quinta edición. La HOKA Val d’Aran by UTMB nació en 2021, tras un primer intento frustrado por la pandemia. Desde entonces, ha crecido hasta consolidarse como una de las grandes citas del calendario internacional. VDA (163 km): la vuelta entera a la Vall d’Aran. Majestuosa y brutal. CDH (110 km): la hermana pequeña, que no lo es tanto. Técnica, intensa y cambiante. PDA (55 km): con tramos memorables como Colomers o el Port de Rius. EXP (32 km): ideal para disfrutar sin morir en el intento. SKY : distancia más corta con salida en Beret, pensadas para trail runners explosivos o debutantes. Cada prueba tiene su lógica y su terreno. Y cada tramo es un mundo. Colomers no tiene nada que ver con Torán. Artiga de Lin no se parece a Liat. Aquí todo cambia. El paisaje, la piedra, el suelo, la altitud, el clima. Por eso, reconocer el terreno no es un lujo. Es parte del entrenamiento. En tres días aprendimos más que en semanas de planificación desde casa. Porque aquí el mapa no manda. Lo hace el cielo. Lo hace la nieve. Lo hacen las tormentas que entran en media hora y te obligan a improvisar. Como el viernes, en el Tuc de Couva, cuando una tormenta nos sorprendió en altura. Gracias a Fran, bajamos rápido y seguros por una ruta alternativa que él conocía al detalle. Al día siguiente, con David, recorrimos zonas de Montgarri y Montoliu con nieve acumulada. De nuevo, ruta alternativa. Sin su conocimiento, estaríamos hablando de otra cosa. Lo importante no es solo saber por dónde va el recorrido. Es entender por qué, cuándo y cómo abordarlo. Dónde dosificar. Dónde apretar. Qué zonas exigen técnica, cuáles son tramposas. Saber, por ejemplo, que entre dos avituallamientos pueden pasar cuatro horas. O que una subida que parece sencilla en el perfil, se te puede atragantar por calor, altitud o exposición. Hay algo más que queremos destacar. Algo que David y Fran nos repitieron durante todo el fin de semana: “No vengáis solo a correr. Venid a conocer”. La Vall d’Aran no se resume en un dorsal. Aquí hay gastronomía, historia, románico, cultura propia, lengua propia. Y gente. Mucha gente dispuesta a acoger al corredor con cariño. Si te obsesionas con el crono, te perderás todo lo demás. Y lo demás, créeme, vale la pena.

Meşâyıh-i kirâmdan birkaçı, aşk serhoşluğu ve kendinden geçdikleri zemânda, bu iki itâ'atin birbirinden ayrı olduğunu gösteren sözler söylemişlerdir. Adamlarından birkaçını, Harkana, Şeyh Ebül-Hasen-i Harkânî hazretlerinin huzûruna göndermişdi. Şeyh hazretlerini yanına çağırmışdı. “Şeyh efendi gelmek istemezse, (Allahü teâlâya ve Onun Resûlüne ve siz müslimânlardan olan âmirlere itâ'at ediniz!) meâlindeki âyet-i kerîmeyi kendisine okuyunuz” demişdi. Sultânın adamları, şeyh hazretlerinin gelmek istemediğini görerek, bu âyet-i kerîmeyi okudular. Şeyh hazretleri buna karşılık, (Allahü teâlânın itâ'atine o kadar çok dalmış bulunuyorum ki, Resûle itâ'at etmekden hayâ ediyorum. Âmire itâ'ate vakt nerede?) buyurdu. Şeyh hazretlerinin bu sözü, Allahü teâlânın itâ'atini, Resûlünün itâ'atinden ayrı bildiğini göstermekdedir. Bu söz, doğru yoldan ayrılmış olmanın alâmetidir. Hâlleri doğru olan büyükler, böyle sözler söylemezler. İslâmiyyetin ve tarîkatin ve hakîkatin bütün basamaklarında, Resûlullaha itâ'atin, Allahü teâlâya itâ'at olduğunu bilirler. Resûlullaha itâ'at ile olmayan Allaha itâ'atin, dalâlet, sapıklık olduğuna inanırlar. Yine işitiyoruz ki, Mehene şehrinin şeyhi, şeyh Ebû Sa'îd-i Ebül Hayr ile oturuyordu. Horasandaki seyyidlerin büyüklerinden olan Seyyid Ecel de yanlarında idi. Şü'ûru yerinde olmıyan bir meczûb içeri girdi. Şeyh hazretleri, bu meczûbu, şeyh Ecelin üst yanına oturtdu. Bu hâl, seyyide ağır geldi. Şeyh hazretleri, seyyide dönerek, (Size olan saygımız, Resûlullahı sevdiğimiz içindir. Bu meczûbu ise, Allahü teâlâyı sevdiğimiz için yüksek tutuyoruz) dedi. Allahü teâlânın sevgisi ile, Resûlullahın sevgisini ayırd eden, böyle sözleri de, doğru yolun büyükleri uygun görmezler. Allah sevgisinin, Resûlullaha olan sevgiden çok olmasının, tarîkat serhoşluğundan ileri geldiğini bilirler. Böyle sözlerin söylenmesine izn vermezler. Şu kadar var ki, vilâyet derecelerinde yükselmiş olanlarda, Allahü teâlânın sevgisi dahâ çokdur.

Aran Nayebi is an Assistant Professor at Carnegie Mellon University in the Machine Learning Department. He was there in the early days of using convolutional neural networks to explain how our brains perform object recognition, and since then he's a had a whirlwind trajectory through different AI architectures and algorithms and how they relate to biological architectures and algorithms, so we touch on some of what he has studied in that regard. But he also recently started his own lab, at CMU, and he has plans to integrate much of what he has learned to eventually develop autonomous agents that perform the tasks we want them to perform in similar at least ways that our brains perform them. So we discuss his ongoing plans to reverse-engineer our intelligence to build useful cognitive architectures of that sort. We also discuss Aran's suggestion that, at least in the NeuroAI world, the Turing test needs to be updated to include some measure of similarity of the internal representations used to achieve the various tasks the models perform. By internal representations, as we discuss, he means the population-level activity in the neural networks, not the mental representations philosophy of mind often refers to, or other philosophical notions of the term representation.
