C'è il via libera definitivo al contratto per i lavoratori della Sanità. La firma definitiva al Ccnl 2022-2024 è arrivata nell'incontro all'Agenzia per la rappresentanza negoziale delle pubbliche amministrazioni (Aran), dove hanno sottoscritto il contratto i sindacati Nursind e Nursing up.

Aquest dimarts ha tingut lloc una sessió del projecte “Omplim la motxilla!”. Impulsat per l’Àrea d’Educació de la Paeria de Balaguer, té l’objectiu d’afavorir la implicació de les famílies en l’educació, especialment en el cas de famílies nouvingudes. En total han participat una quinzena de famílies S’inicia el termini de presentació de la sol•licitud de la convocatòria 2025 del Pla de Barris i Viles. El termini de presentació de la sol•licitud finalitza el dimecres 15 d’octubre. La Paeria de Balaguer presentarà un projecte valorat en 20 milions d’euros amb l’objectiu de transformar el centre històric i reforçar la cohesió social Tiurana projecta un edifici multiusos que pugui acollir alguns dels esdeveniments que es fan al municipi i que s’han de suspendre o ajornar quan plou L’Audiència de Lleida jutjarà la setmana que ve un home acusat d’agredir sexualment una menor d’edat a Balaguer La mortalitat a les carreteres catalanes es conté durant l’estiu, amb 36 persones finades, el mateix nombre que el 2024. En canvi es duplica la sinistralitat a Lleida passant de sis a dotze El canal d’Urgell finalitzarà la campanya de reg el 27 de setembre. El jurat estarà format per professionals relacionats amb el sector musical. Galway songwriter Jamie McIntyre has been riding the crest of a wave this past year with his 2024 summer single “Over Galway Town” becoming a viral smash hit amassing over 4 million streams on Spotify sitting amongst some of the world's biggest artists in the viral charts. Aran Nayebi is an Assistant Professor at Carnegie Mellon University in the Machine Learning Department. He was there in the early days of using convolutional neural networks to explain how our brains perform object recognition, and since then he's a had a whirlwind trajectory through different AI architectures and algorithms and how they relate to biological architectures and algorithms, so we touch on some of what he has studied in that regard. But he also recently started his own lab, at CMU, and he has plans to integrate much of what he has learned to eventually develop autonomous agents that perform the tasks we want them to perform in similar at least ways that our brains perform them. So we discuss his ongoing plans to reverse-engineer our intelligence to build useful cognitive architectures of that sort. We also discuss Aran's suggestion that, at least in the NeuroAI world, the Turing test needs to be updated to include some measure of similarity of the internal representations used to achieve the various tasks the models perform. By internal representations, as we discuss, he means the population-level activity in the neural networks, not the mental representations philosophy of mind often refers to, or other philosophical notions of the term representation.
