In our series, The Word of God, we have been visiting the importance of getting back into the reading of our Bilbes. In today's society it is easy to read one scripture posted on social media, watch a quick 15 second video, or see that one daily Bible app post. We discovered that the Bilbe is likened unto bread or food, water and breath or air. How long could you survive without food, water and air? The body of Christ is starving to death, dehydrated and oxygen depleted! Today I want to show by example why it is so important to really get back into the reading of our Bibles. There are some things you'll never know unless you fully read your Bible in context of the other scriptures.
In our series, The Word of God, we are rediscovering the importance of your personal relationship with the Word. Too many have been distracted from the reading of our Bibles in our own personal time. We have already seen the Bilbe is likened unto bread and water. Today lets look at the breath of God. The biggest argument against the Bible being God's word is it was written by man and it is filled with errors. Lets take a look and see if we can refute these arguments. Would you only eat and drink and breathe once a week? Lets talk about it.

In every race, you have to decide what order all of the participants will start in. In auto racing, this involves a race before the race. Sometimes this is determined by "Heat Races", which is just a qualifying race to determine the starting order for the main race. The heat race is a shorter event than the main race. Other times, the Pole Position is determined by time trials, the pole position is typically given to the vehicle and driver with the best qualifying time in the trials before the race. This number-one qualifying driver is referred to as the pole-sitter. The term pole position has its origins in horse racing. Where the fastest qualifying horse would be placed on the inside part of the track, which would be next to the pole. The Apostle Paul likens your life to a race: Who gets to lead you in your race? The Koathites were not better than the other sons, they just had a different set of duties to perform. The same holds true today, spiritually speaking the Koathites are the pastors and teachers. Pastors are not elevated above any of the other members of the body of Christ. Pastors just have a different set of responsibilities and duties to perform. The Gershonites and the Meari-ites also have their own set of responsibilities and duties to perform, an in like manner, so do all of the other members of the body of Christ.
