When comining home from long periods of incarceration, the former offender must learn to rid themslves of the survival/prison mentality. Society does not work the way prison does. Four Factors of Human Relationships with Dr. Clete Bulach Dr. Bulach formed a consulting agency called “The Professional Development and Assessment Center (PDAC)”. The agency provides training to improve leadership skills in human relations, conflict management, and group management. Personnel from the agency serve as evaluation and research design consultants. School districts that want to develop data-driven school improvement plans, that are further designed to improve the quality of instruction, have found the services of the PDAC to be beneficial. Dr. Bulach was the external evaluator for the character education grants (1999-2003) for the State of Georgia's and West Virginia's Departments of Education (2002-2006). Dr. Clete Bulach boils that down to a commonsense approach to Four Techniques to Keep You from The Conflict. And each one of them has a win or lose. When there's a conflict you can win, lose and you can lose, lose and you can win, win, The secret of being a good leader is knowing when to take on the conflict, when wait till another time to take it on. The competitive style. When we win you lose tends to be disruptive? The win,win in a win, win you try to find out what the other party wants. And you try to give it to them, so they can win also, in a win, win you try to find out what the other party wants. and you try to give it to them, so they can win also. When you can't find a win when you go to lose, lose and that's compromise When you compromise you have to give up something, you give something up and the other party has to give something up also in order to get the deal done.
