In this episode, CeeBee reads from the book, The Kemetic Tree of Life by. . Preface: The ancient Egyptian origin and mystery of the spiritual tree. The concept and iconography of the tree as a spiritual symbol and or metaphor has been used from time immemorial throughout human history. Most people, in modern times, have become familiar with the concept of the "Tree of Life" through a system of spirituality called Kabbalah. However, the idea of having direct access to God through special knowledge, in Kabbalist, was already evident in the teachings of the Ancient Egyptians, the Christian Mystics (Gnostics), the Hindus and the Buddhists who all came long before the Kabbalists. In Ancient Egypt, however, the teaching of the Tree of Life took on a special meaning. In its earliest form, originated in Ancient Egypt, it was related to theurgical religious system developed in the Ancient Egyptian city of Anu and the tree was seen as the source of life, and it was the Goddess, as the divinity being worshipped, the special Bodhi tree of Buddha and the Tree of the Life in the Garden of Eden, which is also, according to some Christian traditions, known as the tree upon which Jesus was crucified. Also, the cross of Jesus is often referred to as a Tree of Life. In present day practice, the Christmas tree was originally supposed to be manifestation of the same idea. The star at the top of the Christmas tree was supposed to symbolize the attainment of Cosmic (Christ) Consciousness. In Ancient Egyptian Spirituality there is a concept called Chet-n-ankh which means "staff of life" - "foodstuff from wood" - "vegetation", "sustenance from the tree," etc. It relates to the physical sustenance that is derived from plants and trees and the mysteries of the tree goddess who provides astral sustenance. It is also related to the Djed pillar of Asar which is symbolized by a tree trunk. The Djed pillar is also represents the spiritual and mystical essence of a human being and of God. The Ancient Egyptian Ankh is composed of two hieroglyphic symbols. The top of the ankh hieroglyph is called Shen and it means eternity. It is composed of a rope that has been formed into a circle and knotted at the bottom. The other glyph is vertical line, which is determinative glyph that means object, as in the objects that exist in time and space. So this combination of eternity, which is derived from the Spirit, and the objects of time and space, which are finite, ephemeral and limited, produces a "life process" which we know as mortal existence on earth. Dr. Kovacs' extensive research tracked the existence of a shamanic-mystic-scientist culture from at least 40,000 BCE.  Our ancestors had developed symbolic language and various shamanic techniques to trigger altered states of consciousness.  Some of these ancestors achieved great skill as visionaries, mystics, and scientists, while others, it is not known how many, achieved the ability to experience Cosmic Consciousness. Their Gift, the blueprint for our evolution, is the knowledge that we are all immortal, divine, and creative.  This blueprint is revealed in the heart wisdom of the mystic and the new science of quantum physics. Unfortunately, in the West, this sacred tradition was suppressed by both Church and State and lost to mainline culture, but it survived underground in the Hermetic arts, Alchemy, Gnosticism, Kabbalah, and Mystic Christianity.  This powerful tradition emerged four times in European history in an effort to integrate this larger consciousness into mainline culture. Each time the tradition emerged, the culture experienced a renaissance, as in the High Middle Ages, the Italian Renaissance, the Rosicrucian Enlightenment, and the German and English Romantic Period.  Each of these attempts was suppressed. The consistent suppression of this ancient wisdom is the root cause of our current planetary crisis.  And it can only be healed through the consciousness of the heart that births a just and feeling world.  This same tradition, on which our survival now depends, has once again emerged today—and it can change the world. The June solstice happens on Sunday, June 20, at 11:32 P.M. EDT. Which official marks the beginning of summer in the Northern Hemisphere, occurring when Earth arrives at the point in its orbit where the North Pole is at its maximum tilt (about 23.5 degrees) toward the Sun, resulting in the longest day and shortest night of the calendar year. During June solstice, the Northern Hemisphere receives sunlight at the most direct angle of the year. The opposite is true for the Southern Hemisphere. As I have received full guidance, the Summer Solstice/Winter Solstice signifies the sacred marriage of the Hiero Gamos. The Hieros Gamos is the Wedded Garment of God, wearing the White Robes of the One. Hieros Gamos refers to the Risen Christos-Sophia, as the embodiment of the inner hiero-gamic union between the human being and the divine. Hieros Gamos is the full resurrection of the body to the eternal light of Christos, Cosmic Christ Consciousness. In the bodies return to energetic balance, neutral in the Unity Field or Zero Point), the lightbody being is One with God, and the Christos body is glorified in its perfection as representative of God's eternal light image.
