Cress has a passion for assisting adults and children and chldren with autism on their journey to health, wellness and living an empowered, passionate, spiritual life. Her own official journey began in 1994 when she studied Reiki Level 1 and found it instrumental in assisting her with the personal issues she was going through at the time.
