David is defined in the Bible as a “man after God's heart”. Though his sins and his mistakes were greater than Saul's, God chose to entrust the throne to David and did not forgive Saul's sin, because David was able to repent, with the right attitude. Here are some points that will help us to be men and women after God's heart - Be and stay humble: it will be God himself who will raise those who remain humble before Him - Be a worshipper: in every situation of your life, do not contemplate the greatness of your problem, but contemplate the greatness of your God - Speak what you believe and not what you see: In life's circumstances, speak the truths of God and not the reality of the circumstances around you.
Pastor Yong was raised Buddhist, so she when she met Jesus, she knew nothing of how to “do church” or walk in the ways of God! But the Holy Spirit became her best friend and led her into faithfulness in studying the Word of God and into a committed prayer life She learned to serve in church and in a prison ministry with passion for the Lord. She shares of healing miracles and the manifestation of the fragrance of Heaven as well as keys to releasing this outpouring of Glory in her church in a cornfield, including: Be consistent and disciplined in whatever you do and keep your promises to God one day at a time Keep Jesus as your first priority and maintain your excitement for Him Be hungry for the Lord and diligently seek His face Encounters with the Lord in the prayer closet come from focus on Jesus Let the Lord love you Just obey God! The more we make room for Him, the more we see Him move God will do His part when we do our part Contend with prayer and fasting for the fulfilment of God's promises Never allow discouragement to steal your vision and purpose. Don't quit! Decree, declare, and prophesy the will of God according to His Word Expectation contributes to the manifestation of signs and wonders EMAIL: feedback@globaloutpouring.org WEBSITE: https://globaloutpouring.net RELATED LINKS: Episode 123: "Promise, Purpose, and Process" with Pastor Yong Brierly Part 1 Dr. Larry Lea's website Free Prayer Guide from Dr. Larry Lea Episode 114: “Wise Advice to Help You Stay Ahead of the Curve” with Pastor Tony Kemp Episode 116: “Let's Take a Closer Look at Judgment—Wise Advice to Help You Stay Ahead of the Curve,” Part 2 with Pastor Tony Kemp Tony Kemp at Global Outpouring Convention (his first session) Tony Kemp at Global Outpouring Convention (his second session) Tony Kemp at Global Outpouring Convention (his third session) CONNECT ON SOCIAL MEDIA Global Outpouring Facebook Page Global Outpouring on Instagram Global Outpouring YouTube Channel Global Outpouring on Twitter

Among the heroes of faith is one who his exploits were not itemized but their summation was highly recognized. This is the person of Enoch. Enoch was a man of faith although not as we define men of faith in our times. In our times men of faith are men who use their faith to heal the sick, raise the dead, perform miracles, signs and wonders and command some natural and physical results. Although these are good, But they were not what made Enoch a man of faith as revealed in scriptures. The scriptures in Hebrews 11:5 says, "By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God." Hence, Enoch was called a man i.e Hero of faith because he pleased God. This makes us understand that pleasing God is the greatest manifestation and display of faith not miracles signs and wonders. This means that a man who pleases God with seemingly no miracles signs and wonders is a man of faith in God's sight when compared to a man with miracles, signs and wonders who does not please God. This is contrary to our popularized carnal judgement of who a man of faith is of is not. In our times, we judge a man to be a man of faith on the grounds of the results we see not his faithfulness to God, and this has been the greatest undoing in the church. Pleasing God is the highest and greatest operation, manifestation and proof of faith. Hebrews 11:6a says, "But without faith it is impossible to please him:". We learnt in one of our previous lessons that Faith is from and it is totally centered on God not man. This means that God is the only one who determines whether a man is pleasing Him or not i.e living by faith or not. Hinged on this truth, we can conclude that, God gave us His faith for only one purpose which is to please Him. Faith used for any purpose other than pleasing God, is not God's faith but man's faith, and it can lead to any place other than God's heart and abode. Therefore, as believers in Christ our pursuits should not be results, miracles, signs and wonders, our pursuit should be PLEASING GOD. What does it mean to please God? Please is from the Greek word εὐαρεστέω: euaresteō and by definition means to be well pleasing, to be well pleased with a thing or to gratify entirely. Thus, to please God is to; Do things that are well pleasing to Him Be a person that makes God well pleased Gratify God entirely. How can we achieve this? After Enoch, no other human had this recognition of pleasing God in this magnitude again except He who created and enacted the New covenant that is, the person of Jesus. (Study: Matthew 3:17; Matthew 17:5; Mark 1:11; Luke 3:22; 2Peter 1:17). The only way to please God is to perpetually and continuously live, move and walk in Jesus, the beloved of the Father in whom He is well pleased. The scriptures in Acts 17:28a says, "For in him we live, and move, and have our being;" Grace to you. Jesus is Lord. LIKE A CHILD Inspired by the hymn, Jesus Loves Me. Don't say I'm all grown now when you hear Him Be like a child, believe and be blessed.
We continue to unpack the different warnings found in the book of Hebrews. Taken from Hebrews 6:1-6, we discover the reality of falling away and how can we not fall away. 1. Aim for maturity: Be hungry for Growth. 2. Avoid compromise: Be holy for God. 3. Abide in Him: Be humble in God.
You can thrill Jesus' heart by believing in Him- It may sound prideful to think we can make our Lord marvel, but it is not when you see Jesus is amazed by us when we are amazed by Him- Be amazing-
Have you lost hope for your situation? Do you believe God can't meet you where you're at? Zack Parkhotyuk shares a powerful message that is sure to give you hope again - to believe that all you have to do is touch the hem of Jesus' garment. God is ready to meet you. Are you ready to meet Him? Notes: Mark 5:25-34 1. Your issue is not your identity She had the issue for 12 years People called her by her issue. Jesus called her by her identity. Don’t allow your disappointments dictate your doctrine Don’t compromise with something God called you to conquer. Don’t let the length of your issues lower the level of your faith When our ability ends, God’s ability starts - His ability is much greater than ours. 2. Before things get up some things have to get out. Before the girl got up, Jesus told the unbelief to get out. Some of us are asking God for some things to get up, but God’s waiting for some things to get out. The power of your miracle is in the atmosphere and faith that surrounds it. 3. Don’t just touch Jesus; tap into Him/ Be tired of just being close in proximity to Jesus; press into Him. When you tap into His presence, power begins to flow and problems begin to dry up. There is a type of desperation that stops Jesus in his tracks An encounter with His presence releases power for your problem. Devil will send friends thoughts to tell you to give up If your situation is dead, you’re qualified for a resurrection.

Let me ask you a question: why do you love Jesus? What made you choose to follow Him? Be honest with yourself. Was the promise of an eternal reward what sealed the deal? Maybe it was a promise of health and wealth? Or was it because who Jesus is, what He's about, and the idea of having a relationship with Him was so irresistible that you couldn't help but give your life to Him and jump on board with the Kingdom? What made you follow Jesus? The message that Micah has for us is that if you love Jesus for any other reason then who Jesus is and having a relationship with Him, you're in a dangerous spot. The kingdom of Judah believed that they were untouchable because God promised to protect them, but Micah tells them that they're loving a promise of God rather than actually loving God. The evidence is how they live their lives.Let's face it: a lot of the time, we like to love God's promises and the ways we benefit from Him more than Himself. But thank God that's not how God loves us. God loves us because God is love, and as the title says, "He is with us through it all."The main idea for us today is this: Love Jesus for who He is, not simply for what He offers.Welcome! Have a listen!

Do you ever struggle with being paralyzed by fear? Or maybe you don’t get paralyzed, but fear certainly creeps in and causes Living Free to become a hard accomplishment. When Jesus gave His last will and testament, He said “Peace is what I leave with you; it is my own peace that I give you. I do not give it as the world does. Do not be worried and upset; do not be afraid” (John 14:27). He knew His people needed peace: peace in the midst of the storm; peace for tomorrow; peace from the past; peace from an even present evil seeking to kill, steal, and destroy. There is a war waging and fear is such a huge part of that war. Today we are talking about the freedom God has given us in scripture to overcome that fear and live in peace. God has earned our trust. Won’t you give it to Him? Be sure to check us out at bestillbefree.com and find us on Facebook!
Discipleship begins with relationship Following Jesus starts with being with him Before you can work for him, you have to connect with him God filled the earth with wonderful, beautiful things in a way that reflects his beauty and majesty and worth. But nothing he created is more beautiful, majestic, or worthwhile than He is. Our passage today is about bearing fruit. The Bible is rich in metaphors about producing fruit Israel is compared to a vine in the OT. Our growth in the character of God is called the fruit of the Spirit One of the Genesis mandates was, be fruitful, go fill the earth. About reproducing and spreading the authority and image of God all over the earth, But our image of God was distorted by sin. In our passage today, Jesus will tell his disciples to be fruitful there is a prerequisite: you have to be with me. John 15:1-11 V. 2 cut off or pruned Cut off - maybe a reference to one who never belonged to him. Maybe a reference to losing all reward for not following Christ, but not salvation 1 Corinthians 3:12-15 testing of our work How does God prune us? has Gods pruning made you more fruitful? V. 4. "Remain" is used 11 times in 8 verses. What is the key to being fruitful in God's kingdom? The key to being fruitful in God's kingdom is to remain in Christ Jesus' metaphor is He is the vine, you as branches have to stay connected to Him to bear fruit. How do you remain in Him? Be in the Bible daily. Pray at all times - no relationship works without communication. Be obedient. Follow him even in times of doubt or suffering When one of Jesus' followers remains connected with him, his life can become an endless source of fruit. Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers. (Psalm 1:1-3 ESV) The mouth of the righteous is a fountain of life, but the mouth of the wicked conceals violence. (Proverbs 10:11) The lips of the righteous feed many, but fools die for lack of sense. (Proverbs 10:21 ESV) When I am not abiding, daily living with Christ, I don't think Jesus' teaching is true I think you can produce the fruit that God wants by myself That's either arrogance or ignorance Failure to abide in Christ will result in a wasted life. A lifetime of abiding in Christ produces an endless harvest of the character of the Spirit within and the love of Christ without No one can sum up all God is able to accomplish through one solitary life, wholly yielded, adjusted, and obedient to Him. - D.L. Moody
