Dio non mi chiama a superare i muri da solo—mi dona una comunità che tiene le corde. Come Paolo, ho capito che la vera comunità mi aiuta a superare la paura, crescere nell'umiltà, costruire relazioni profonde e vivere il mio scopo. Appartengo, credo e divento—tutto questo attraverso Cristo e il Suo popolo.

God didn't create us to face life's walls alone—He gave us community. Just like Paul needed others to lower him in a basket, we need people who will hold the ropes for us. True community helps us break through barriers, teaches us humility, strengthens our relationships, and pushes us toward purpose. I believe we're called to belong, believe, and become—together.

Non siamo fatti per vivere la nostra fede da soli. In nessun punto della Bibbia si dice che sia meglio affrontare la vita cristiana in solitudine. Al contrario, abbiamo bisogno di una comunità. Ecco perché i small groups non sono semplicemente un'attività opzionale della chiesa, ma una vera e propria ancora di salvezza spirituale, dove può nascere il soprannaturale.Nel passo di Marco 2, vediamo come quattro amici portano un paralitico da Gesù. Quando la folla blocca l'ingresso, non si arrendono: trovano un modo e lo calano dal tetto. Questo mi ha fatto riflettere su quanto abbiamo bisogno degli altri — e su quanto, a volte, gli altri abbiano bisogno di noi per essere portati davanti a Dio.Da questo episodio emergono quattro pilastri fondamentali per una vera comunità:Fede – I quattro amici hanno messo in pratica la loro fede con azioni concrete. A volte viviamo grazie alla fede di chi ci sta vicino.Speranza – Hanno visto possibilità dove altri vedevano solo limiti. La speranza ci fa guardare oltre la paralisi.Amore – Hanno agito mossi dall'amore, mettendo da parte la propria comodità per il bene dell'altro.Perseveranza – Non si sono fermati di fronte agli ostacoli. Hanno continuato fino a vedere il miracolo.Questi quattro elementi sono come i quattro angoli del tappeto che portava il paralitico. Se ne manca anche solo uno, il tappeto si sbilancia e la persona rischia di non arrivare mai da Gesù. Ma quando tutti e quattro sono presenti e uniti, la trasformazione è possibile.Per me, questo è il cuore dei small groups: un luogo dove portarsi a vicenda, sostenersi, crescere insieme e vedere Dio all'opera in modi che da soli non potremmo mai sperimentare.

We are not meant to live out our faith alone.Nowhere in the Bible does it say that it's better to walk the Christian life in solitude. On the contrary, we need community. That's why small groups are not just an optional church activity, but a true spiritual lifeline—where the supernatural can be born.In the passage from Mark 2, we see four friends bringing a paralyzed man to Jesus. When the crowd blocks the entrance, they don't give up: they find another way and lower him through the roof. This made me reflect on how much we need others—and how, at times, others need us to be brought before God.From this story, four foundational pillars of true community emerge:Faith – The four friends put their faith into action. Sometimes, we live by the faith of those around us.Hope – They saw possibilities where others only saw limitations. Hope allows us to see beyond the paralysis.Love – They acted out of love, putting aside their own comfort for someone else's good.Perseverance – They didn't stop in the face of obstacles. They kept going until they saw the miracle.These four elements are like the four corners of the mat carrying the paralyzed man. If even one is missing, the mat becomes unbalanced, and the person may never reach Jesus. But when all four are present and united, transformation becomes possible.To me, this is the heart of small groups: a place where we carry one another, support each other, grow together, and witness God at work in ways we could never experience on our own.

Semplicemente ti ricorda: “Io sono con te.”La Sua presenza non promette una via di fuga — ma garantisce che non sei mai solo.La presenza di Dio è la nostra pace, non le circostanze.Salmo 23:4 «Quand'anche camminassi nella valle dell'ombra della morte, io non temerei alcun male, perché tu sei con me»Davide non evitò la valle — ma la attraversò con coraggio, grazie alla Presenza.Ma Dio non è solo con noi — è anche per noi. E questo cambia tutto.

Sometimes God doesn't change the situation. He simply reminds you: “I am with you.”His presence doesn't promise an escape — but it guarantees that you are never alone.God's presence is our peace, not our circumstances.Psalm 23:4: “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me.”David didn't avoid the valley — he walked through it with courage, because of the Presence.But God isn't just with us — He is also for us. And that changes everything.

Come Stai Portando La Presenza di Dio?

Davide, nel Salmo 27, non chiede risposte ma la presenza di Dio. In un mondo affamato di soluzioni, siamo chiamati a cercare intimità con Dio, non solo le Sue benedizioni.Cerca il Suo volto, non solo la Sua mano: la vera gioia è in Dio, non solo nei Suoi doni.Focalizzati su ciò che conta: come Maria, scegli la parte migliore — stare con Lui.La Sua presenza è rifugio, non palcoscenico: Dio a volte ci nasconde per proteggerci e formarci.Dove guardi determina la tua forza: il nostro sguardo su Gesù sostiene la nostra fede.Conclusione: Non inseguire solo miracoli o risposte — cerca Dio stesso. Come Jim Elliot, scegli l'eternità, non il successo terreno.

In Psalm 27, David doesn't ask for answers—he asks for God's presence. In a world hungry for solutions, we're called to seek intimacy with God, not just His blessings.Seek His face, not just His hand: true joy is found in God Himself, not just in what He gives.Focus on what really matters: like Mary, choose the better part—being with Him.His presence is a refuge, not a stage: sometimes God hides us to protect and shape us.Where you look determines your strength: fixing our eyes on Jesus sustains our faith.Conclusion: Don't chase miracles or answers—pursue God Himself. Like Jim Elliot, choose eternity over earthly success.

In un mondo instabile, solo il Regno di Dio è irremovibile. Viviamo non secondo ciò che è temporaneo, ma fondati sulla Grazia, sulla Roccia che è Cristo. Tutto ciò che può essere scosso sarà scosso, ma noi riceviamo un Regno eterno. La nostra risposta dev'essere adorazione, fede e gratitudine incrollabile.
