Josiah Walker, a 27-year-old Costco worker, began a chat with a decoy pretending to be a thirteen-year-old girl. Walker asked the girl several graphic questions, including if she was a virgin, what her favorite positions were, and if she wanted to try having sex with multiple people. He worried about being caught a few times during the conversation. Walker drove 100 miles from San Deigo to the sting house in a Cobra Mustang. When he knocks on the front door, the decoy answers from another door. Walker rushes to the decoy with excitement. When he goes into the house, he approached the decoy and hugged her.
