SEC commissioner Greg Sankey, LSU head coach Brian Kelly, LSU athletic director Scott Woodward, and several other leaders in the SEC including Alabama Crimson Tide head coach Nick Saban, are in Washington DC this week meeting with the nation's leaders in order to fight for reform in NIL. At the SEC Spring Meetings Brian Kelly sat down with SEC Network's Paul Finebaum and said that they needed to somehow find a way to "put the genie back in the bottle," alluding to the drastic and rapid ways in which NIL has influenced recruiting in college football. Ole Miss is one of just 15 undefeated teams remaining in college football, yet the Rebels held steady at No. 9 in Top 25 polls.No matter what the NCAA claims, Ole Miss has won each of its first six games to start a season for just the second time since the 1960s. The Rebels improved to 6-0 (2-0 SEC) with a 52-28 blowout win at Vanderbilt.Next up is Auburn Saturday at 11 a.m. CT, followed by a trip to rival LSU. Kickoff in Baton Rouge, as announced on Monday, is set for 2:30 p.m. CT on CBS.“Give Lane Kiffin credit. He had Matt Corral last year.
