Hour 1 We had another brutally boring football game last night between the Vikings and Bears. Boomer said it's because there have been 50 different starting quarterbacks this year. Even though we have been complaining about how bad the product has been, we are still watching. There's also a lack of hitting in practice which leads to poor play in the games. Boomer also said the majority of players coming in from college are not prepared for the pro game, particularly at quarterback. Even Patrick Mahomes sat for a year before he played. Jerry is here for his first update of the day and starts with sound from last night's boring Monday night game. Rex Ryan said Brandon Staley should go back to Division III football. Gio wonders what Bill Cowher does with his free time and imagines him out clubbing in NYC. Joe Schoen talked to the media and didn't say much. Bill Simmons had a strange way to describe the Eagles season thus far. It involves Milton Berle. In the final segment of the hour, the Mets hired Scott Havens as President of Business Operations. They are going to try and build a casino over by Citi Field.  Hour 2 Giants GM Joe Schoen met the media and he was asked so many questions about the draft even though they are still ‘in the hunt' and the draft is so far away.
