There is a lot happening in Alabama sports right now, and this video hits the biggest storylines from both basketball and football. We start with the controversy at Auburn, where Bruce Pearl retired in September 2025 and Steven Pearl took over as head coach, a move that has sparked heavy criticism over nepotism. ESPN reported Bruce's retirement and Steven's succession last fall, and that debate has resurfaced this week with Paul Finebaum calling Bruce Pearl's public comments about helping his son get the job “pretty embarrassing.” From there, we turn to the SEC Tournament, where Alabama is sitting in a strong position in Nashville.
